    ELECTRICAL SERVICES UNLIMITED HAS NOT REFUNDED OUR MONEY ($7,426) FOR A PROJECT THAT WAS CANCELLED IN OCTOBER 2018 NOR RETURNS OUR PHONE CALLS. A deposit of $7,426.24 was given to Electrical Services Unlimited for a $16.6k project involving the purchase of a 22kw gas generator for an Adult Care Facility in the month of May 2018; however, this project was subsequently cancelled during the month of October 2018. Yet, we were only recently notified that Electrical Services Unlimited was attempting to apply 25% restocking fee even though the latter item was never received by our company. Please note that the purchase of this generator was contingent on a city permit being issued and design documents being approved by AHCA; however, this permit was never obtained given that this project was cancelled during this initial phase. Thus, we feel that this 25% restocking fee is not only unfair but also improper given that no proof of shipment or bill of lading was ever provided for the latter. On November 13th, we spoke to Ivan and requested the following items being provided: - breakdown of what has been spent so far for this project - status of generator refund, - new proposal for smaller scope (i.e. 1 portable generator for an A/C unit per the revised AHCA requirements). Nevertheless, we never received any of the aforementioned items. We had also requested to meet with Ivan on several occasions to discuss this matter; however, each time we were left hanging due to the lack of follow up. Given the 2018 year-end requirement by AHCA and the lack of follow up, we had no choice but to complete this project via an alternate vendor. We are very frustrated at the lack of communication exhibited by ESU thus far given I previously requested that I be the primary point of contact for this project going forward, being that I am an Electrical Engineer, versus my mother (a 65 year old registered nurse & Owner/Administrator of Excellent Care ALF). The lack of contact only makes matters worse as it only propagates the appearance that ESU was attempting to take advantage of my mom and senior citizens in general. In light of the lack of information/follow up provided thus, we feel the aforementioned refund is warranted and more than fair at this time. Please note that no contract was ever signed with Electrical Services Unlimited; yet, invoice submissions were paid on time by our company when requested. Nowhere within these invoices was a 25% restocking fee stipulated regardless of whether we received the generator or not; thus, we feel that what they are trying to do is highly unfair. Consequently, we will be seeking litigation through our lawyer on retainer (with additional interest and damages caused by these delays) should we experience any further delays in this matter.

    Ivan is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He went out his way to diagnose every part of my electrical system both inside and outside. Most electricians would have diagnosed the inside and just charged me for a new panel. This guy is definitely the one that you want working on your home!

    I liked everything about how this went. It was easy to set up an appointment. They showed up exactly on time, were very nice, professional, did a great job. So much so that I had them quote cleaning my Orientals, which I am very picky about and have been very disappointed in the past when I've paid a lot of money for poor results. The quote was good and I had them take them all. Have already gotten a call about delivery on the Orientals and I decided to have them quote for tile cleaning before the rugs come back. So they'll be back tomorrow to look at the tile. I am so happy to have found them. I'm hoping the Orientals look great and the quote on the tile is another good one.

    Mr Hooper is an honest man with tremendous intergrity and accomplished all projects on time and meet all estimates. He is very professional and all his employees treated us with respect and courtesy. He respected our home cleanliness and always clean up his work area at the end of the day. He is very good at designing many improvements to a home which made our particular home more valuable. I highly recommend his company to everyone wanting to beautify their home. He also has a host of other types of contractor relationships that were of equal talent and integrity.

    They sprayed powder in house and liquid chemicals outside house a couple of times. It helped with roaches but not the spiders. Tech said they would wipe down spider webs I told them I wasn't paying them to wipe down spider webs but to get ride of them. Tech said that is all they could do. Very unprofessional and scheduled visits weren't on time and office kept calling to schedule visit when the tech had already been there.

    The inspector, Luis was extremely thorough and his explanation of everything was in a way that anyone could understand. He is very knowledgeable and because of his inspection we avoided purchasing a money dump house. I will definitely use this company again.

    It took to emails to this company to get a response.. They stated a sales person would contact me.. that never happened. I'm not going to chase these folks. What else can I say? If they are busy, I get that, at-least send me a courtesy email saying you all are busy.. but don't lie to me and say someone will contact me. Bad business.
