It's not as wonderful as it could be. The wait is too long. There's nothing special about the waiting room. It's a room that was converted into a waiting room and wasn't designed for comfort. The staff is only one person and I'd fire her. She seems to be competent but not great at renewing prescriptions. I like the doctor and his bedside manner. I use him regularly. I'm satisfied enough so I'll keep going.

He is cool you really don’t see him. His staff sucks especially his front desk. His wife Maria is awesome. He is good when you get to see him. Gutleber and his Maria are good but you really do not get see Dr. Gutleber because he is in and out you have to wait. They will say they will call you in. They are very inaccurate but aside from that I never been to a more rude practice. To improve the service outpatient communication, may be common sense and common courtesy. They are inaccurate and incompetent because they did not record things right. My husband had open heart surgery and I am disabled with major nerve damage with arthritis in my back and my foot and multiple of other issues include a huge possibility of having MS. They do not know anything about what happens to people when they have MS. I do not expect them to not the lay person. I would expect them to understand some of the issues there is other may be indirect complications or signs and symptoms of MS and other nerve damaging issues when it comes for healthcare professionals I think they better get there out together. Front desk I could not tell you her name but I never seen anybody so rude in my life and I could not believe that Maria Gutleber allowed her to speak to me and anyone else in that fashion. They also did not know who did what. Very very poor and I am dealing with social security and some serious issues. When I first got in they took my husband's insurance, we weren’t married yet and I did not have insurance and I was really shocked, but I do not have money for it so they did see me. That was the first time I got to see Dr. Gutleber and we both like Dr. Gutleber and then we got to see his wife Maria and she is either a microbiologist or whatever. First I thought she was a nurse practitioner. They were awesome but then it got to the point where he wasn’t feeling well and they were having people in and out and their staff is inadequate. They do not communicate with each other to say oh did you just call me, who did what task and why did you want them. You call me up and then call me in and say your results are in. I go to get up oh no you have to see the doctor, I said I know you just called me and I see the doctor by the time she took care of that he was gone for the day. She didn’t attend to me because she does not want to see this women and I do not want to see this woman in this office again. Ooh she said that in front of the entire staff. Well then my insurance ran already. I was the one that wrote the letter all I needed them to do was find and at that point Maria Gutleber says to me well who wrote this letter, I said why, because it very well written. Well not only am I a healthcare professional my entire family is a medical family. I know how to write a letter and she is so impressed with it she said I can’t do this because John is not here that her husband, Dr. Gutleber and I brought this in last week and we are talking about my social security I am trying to get my benefit and this needs to be, so finally walking out to feel take care of it and that was it I got my letter I sent it in. I got a note of my disability and I do not need to see them anymore and if Bruce wants to go because they are close he is actually going to have prescription written out if he does. He is probably just going to go to his cardiologist. I always waited even if I had an appointment. Punctuality sucks. Their office environment would be pleasing to look at because it is a really cool building and then they have it decorated nice but nobody knows who is doing what. People are just walking in circles all the way round which you do not. They are a lot of room don't and there is a lot people. At one point, I even have to reinforce, people just walk in and wrong room or no never mind whatever and all they do the same thing and somebody else just checking my blood pressure you know who gave you the shot, did you get the shot who was that gave you, I don’t know.

There are no words that can express the way Dr Yahia is with me (her patient) She is the most thorough, compassionate Dr. I have had in all my life that i can remember. Her bedside manner is off the chart! She is a great listener and very meticulous in every thing she does. When I moved down to FL (2005) a co-worker recommended me to another Dr in the office. At the time that Dr was not accepting new pts. The receptionist recommended I see Dr. Yahia. Well i was glad I did!  I am very particular about the doctor i choose because of some bad experiences. Dr. Yahia has such a calming affect and you will never be rushed out of her office. She will let you address all your concerns and she will give a diagnosis and a follow up. Sometimes she will refer you to a specialist but she will always follow up with the results. I could write a book on my experiences in Dr Yahia office. Everyone is so nice, her staff is wonderful! (Amy and Seanequa). She has other staff members but i do not know their names off the top of my head. If you need bloodwork, Dr Yahia office is a one stop shop. VERY CONVENIENT!  The wait time is usually around 15 min. But I am here to tell you I would not mind waiting hours if i had to, that is how great a Dr she is! She also reminds me every year for my yearly checkups. Dr. Yahia has been there for me through my ups and downs dealing with death in the family, anxiety when I retired. It was a very trying time, But Dr. Yahia got me back on track. I even had fears of the Dentist. Dr Yahia would remind me that I had to go. And finally I made the move to the Dentist and it is all good now. My fears are gone! I could go on and on about Dr. Yahia. I just would like to say she is one Dr. who always goes above and beyond for everyone! You will not be disappointed with her. She is a 5 Star Doctor in my eyes!

Excellent service, the doctor takes the time to talk to you about your health and explain details and recommendations. Many services like sonograms scans and blood work are done in the office. No appointment necessary.

Dr. Feldman, Practitioners and his Nurses (in the back) are goo , but the front desk receptionist makes patience not want to come to his office. Complaints have been made, but nothing has been done. The receptionist has such a BIAS aura towards cerntain people that it is noticable. Some patience wont say anything because they like doctor Feldman and the rest of his staff, but no one sick/ILL should put up with this....totally unexceptable.

She has treated me or sent me to other doctors for herniated disks, sleep apnea, colonoscopy, among many other things.  She has been spot on every single time.  She and her assistant are just wonderful.  She always sends me in the right direction.

Dr. Janice Milligan's office is run like a walk-in clinic.  It is a terriblly inefficient doctor's office run by underperforming assistants, aides and billing/scheduling staff who's work must consistently be monitored and often corrected.  The Physician's Assistant writes inaccurate scrips.  Twice, the mail-order pharmacy has returned my scripts sindicating they were unable to fill the prescription due to errors.  She writes prescriptions for medicines that aren't even available.  And, you can forget about getting in at the time of your appointment.  Two hours past your appointment and you're still sitting in the waiting room.  I've been there about 6 times now and that was the last time.  I can't trust her staff with my health care any longer.  I have little faith in their qualifications or abilities.  Which makes me wonder about the Doctor herself.

He is very professional and friendly. Overall, they provide really great service. I like how he takes the time to really listen to what you are saying. I really like him a lot. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

It's been a long way and its well worth it. He cares about his patients and he takes the time. He is not the one of those doctors, who treats us like numbers and he sits and talks to us for an hour if he has to explain things. He is very personable. His availability is a little difficult because he is not there everyday now but he is only there for about three and a half days a week. If he is there, it is great but there are days when he is not there. The office environment is great. Yesterday I got in right away, but sometimes even if you make an appointment, it will take as long as an hour too, as he gets a rush of patients. The friendliness of the staff is excellent and I will continue using Dr. Gutleber in future.

He is fantastic. He takes a personal interest in his patients. He will work with insurance companies, HMOs, etc. You do have to wait at the office, it' not a place you're going to walk in and out of but it is well worth the care you recieve. The only problem is punctuality because he likes to spend time with his patients.
