    I brought my wife's car in for an oil change and inspection. It's critical that her car is running properly, I don't want her to break down on the side of the road. We received the inspection report within 2 hours of dropping it off. The pictures helped me to understand that I needed new tires as well. We got all the work completed before the end of the day. I spent some time on the phone discussing this with Andres. He is amazing and always looking out for my car and my wallet. I love Miami Quality Auto

    Brought my car in for an oil change. Determined that it was time for a tire rotation and air filter change. It went extremely well. I dropped my car off in the morning and by mid morning I had an email and text with the results of the inspection. I was able to approve the work on the phone and the work was completed by mid-afternoon. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

    I am a member of Miami Quality Auto's Car Care club and was able to take advantage of some of the great discounts offered. The work was very inexpensive. As always, Andres kept in touch throughout and made recommendations on what needed to be done with my car based upon the mileage. Always great working with Miami Quality Auto!

    They are good. It could be cheaper somewhere else, but I don't know. The guys are super nice, the service is great. They are very professional. It takes 1.5-2 hours with no appointment. It's quite a drive to them, in terms of customer service the people I come in contact with are pretty good.

    I have not had an issue yet. I continue to use their service, The professionalism of my service advisor was great. He went over and beyond really what he needed to do. He found a couple of issues that he did not need to take care of, but he took care of it and did not charge me for it. The overall quality of the service was great.

    You leave the car, he will call with an estimate and tells how long it will be so you can make the decision if you want to use them or don't want to use them. We found them to be very good and very confident. It's really hard to find someone you can trust.

    My brakes started grinding on the way home from work and knew I would have to tow it anywhere to have them replaced.
    Looking on Angie's List for a local shop, I found Pedro, the owner of Certified Mobile Tech.  I contacted him and he
    let me know he would be out to my house the next day.  He promptly contacted me in the morning and a few times later on to let me know how his work day was going and to give me a better estimate on when he would arrive. He pulled up with his truck, an auto shop on wheels with a helper and immediately got to work.  My front brakes were changed in no time at all, just under an hour. He was friendly, courteous and fast!   With all the crappy service that is out there in Miami, it was a pleasure to meet someone providing such a special service of coming to you to fix your car.  Without hesitation, I will absolutely be using his services again!  Be aware that his services extend through out South Dade, and all the mess and traffic that goes with it.  I much rather waited on him to get to me when he could, rather than being stuck waiting at a repair shop.  This is perfect for routine maintenance.

    They claim they are fixing the car, but it has taken them 4 months to fix. They are extremely irresponsible, they don't answer phone calls or emails. Last time we were out of contact for a month, and they still were re sending pictures taken on the second month of the service. It has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Now that we were out of contact because of their irresponsibility, I filed a complaint, to now the owner is punishing me by making me wait for the car even longer. He even sent me a text saying ' thanks for the complaint!' I'm very busy and will be out of town until nest week", and sarcastically said "have a good weekend". What a horrible man, I am a single mother, and I'm walking to work and back and my daughter as well. This place should be shut down, for their horrific service.

    I had brought it in 2 times before for them to find the problem with no success.  The problem was that it worked perfectly until it clicked off and back on at random times, but never in their presence.  Changing the whole assembly was their last choice, instead of their first.  They did not charge me for the two visits of trouble shooting which included an extensive check of the electrical contacts that could have been the culprit.  I found them on Angies List and their great reviews were justified.  I have had them work on both of our Hyundai's and my chevy silverado.  They have been very professional and honest and have tried to keep my costs as low as possible.  This is a family business that I highly recommend.

    The install was fast and the tech (Miguel) seemed to know what he was doing. ��The only issue I had was that I was initially told there was a warranty. ��Then the tech told me that warranties are only for parts they sold directly. ��I attempted to call Dave the owner/manager back to ask but I believe they were closed by then. ��There should at least be a 90 day warranty on the install, because even though the install seemed solid if mine breaks tomorrow I'm screwed...Lol.
    -fast install (less than 20 minutes)
    -tech knowledgeable and courteous
    -owner checked to see how my install went
    -accepted major credit cards ��and gave receipt
    -should have a short term WARRANTY on all installs (at least 90 days or more).
    -do not install aftermarket regulators (may be a con for some of you, not for me in this case)
