    The installers showed up on time and they set up scaffolding and made sure to protect all work areas. They provided samples and photos of previous installations to help us decide which was the right product for our home. The job took about 2 hours to complete and at the end they cleaned everything up and removed all thrash. We made the right decision and we are very happy with the product. Our loft area is no longer a sweltering inferno :)

    The coordinator Mary Ann was extremely helpful. She responded as soon as she received my text with the picture of the door. As the crew were just completing a job in my area they were able to respond within 30 minutes. The crew were exceptionally polite and professional and completed the job in a timely fashion.     Aaron was extremely professional and courteous from the first contact. Excellent communication and follow up and confirmed our appointment via email and phone. Aaron arrived on time and did a fantastic job on my car. I purchased the full restoration which included cleaning the engine and touching up scratches. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and used quality products. He even showed me where my car battery is - I know this sounds dumb but I didn't have a clue and it's not in a typical location. I shopped around before deciding on Aaron, and I'm glad I did. He exceeded my expectations and the price was reasonable for the work performed. My car looks great and will continue to look that way because I now have a standing appointment with Aaron every two weeks.

    This company is a ripoff. Use AUTOSTAR. I have been using this company for years and have been satisfied. Recently I got my Audi TT repaired at the dealers and then by GVS. I noticed that they wanted to repair things that the dealer had repaired not even a month earlier. All along I firmly believed that they were upfront and honest, this was not the case. I had my oil changed prior to going to GVS and they drained and replaced the oil and filters that was not authorized. I had to get my coolant reservoir replaced because of a leak. The mechanic did not replace the cover for the engine and manifold and lost my oil cap. I went back they put on a cover and an oil cap that I mentioned was not the right cap. OK, an oil cap is a oil cap, I think. All of a sudden I had an oil leak and my manifold butter fly was damaged and had to be replaced. This probably came from when they botched the reservoir job. During that time I was charged for gaskets and was told I needed tires. I got my tires from Tire Kingdom. Not driving my car much, per odometer, my engine check light comes on and I get my oil changed again and was informed of oil leak. The light was still on so I took my car back to GVS. They informed me of the butterfly problem and the oil leak and this is what I authorized. The oil leak possibly came from when they replaced the reservoir. At that time they replaced gaskets and the oil cap that they LOST and an air filter that was just replaced the day before I returned to the shop. There is more but you get where I am going. Remember the dealer ran diagnostics not even three weeks before going to GVS. They are a RIP OFF and try to take advantage of people they think are not knowledgeable. AutoStar is a better place to go for service and they are HONEST and you do not have to pay for there mistakes. DO NOT USE, RUN I have paper work and documentation

    Service with fraud and disgusting insulting attitude. We decided to find service for change oil and tire rotation. We bought a voucher for ���Marka Tires and Auto Repair���. I did not make an appointment, so they were busy that day and I was told that there is a choice for me to either come other day by appointment or wait about an hour. I decided to wait. They really began with my car in an hour. I asked them to re-learn TPMS after the tier rotation. In all other places we have been before it was done on regular basis without any additional price and it usually takes 5-7 min. Here I was told that it is not included in voucher and it will take about an hour and will cost me $95. I called to my husband and we decided that $95 it is too much for the work that usually is complementary and takes 5-7 minutes (even we do it ourselves without special equipment). I asked specifically that according to the voucher it will be synthetic oil and manager Marco told me that it is correct. During the service I took a look on my car and realized that the oil they were going to put in my car is not synthetic!!! The manager Marco (or maybe he is the owner of the place) noticed that I am looking and immediately stood between me and the car and shielded a view. When Marco moved away and saw that the mechanic removed the box with oil, which he wanted to put in my car and brought another oil in a completely different package. After some time, manager Marco called me to the repair area and showed that they were pouring synthetic oil. I said that I saw that they wanted to pour not synthetic oil, to which Marco replied that he had stopped the mechanic. So, guys if you ever decided to change oil in this place: watch by yourself with your own eyes what kind of oil they are going to put in your car!!! After the service is done, I got into the car and saw that some yellow dashboard icon had started to burn. I phoned my husband and he told me that this is a motor icon. I showed this dashboard icon to the manager Marco, Marco told me ���that this is motor���, I answered ���yes, this is motor, but this icon did not glow when I arrived���. He told me that he did not believe me but decided to check what it was. It turned out to be an error of the O2-heater controller. I was told that it has no connection with the oil change. I talked to my husband again by phone and he told me to ask the mechanic to reset this error so we could monitor if the badge light up again. When I approached the manager in response to my request, he began to point his finger at me and sad that I am lying, and I am a liar! It was insult! I told him that it is abuse. He told me that it is not. I told him that it was him who was caught with the incorrect oil. He just waved to me and left... Service with fraud and disgusting insulting attitude to call the customer a liar!!!

    Technician called during transit to my location, very courteous. Showed up on time, took his time to do the work properly and the results were great! I could not tell the car had been repaired. I also have damages to my wife's car, I'm planning to call again to have them work on my wife's car this week!
