    This installation went very smoothly. Jimmy Lee is highly professional and made sure that the TV was set up to deliver everything I needed, from WiFi to closed captioning. He was very efficient and responsive to my needs. even asking questions about what I was expecting from the TV that I wouldn't have thought of. In addition, I had a used TV that my niece gave me that was originally a wall mount, but I wanted it placed in my armoire. He took it back to his shop, ordered the right part, and returned to set it up a few days later. I can highly recommend his service and would definitely use him again.

      Although I had looked for months for a qualified company to meet my needs, it was only several weeks ago that I met the good people at Treasure Coast Home Theatre.  After several iterations of interviews with Richard Roberts, reviews of resulting quotations, and conversations with references, there were significant reasons to try them. Rick and John work as a team and are an extremely hard-working, customer-focused partnership, dedicated to listening carefully to your needs and your budget - and presenting a solution.  They do whatever it takes to make the end-users and the buyer pleased with his or her system, and fit it to an agreed budget.  Although they will caution and educate buyers about their preferences, they will not force suggestions on anybody, but prefer working collaboratively.  Interesting and experienced in many disciplines, they also happen to be two nice people with an eye for achievement and customer satisfaction.  They work on small projects like mine to quite large projects for home, company, church, and outdoor entertainment systems.  They are quality driven.  With over thirty years of experience this market, in a wide variety and quality level of components, former multiple store owner Rick Roberts provides a foundation of knowledge rarely directly available to the consumer in this industry.  On the other hand, John has extensive experience in networking, wiring, and programming necessary to pull together any cohesive system.  He is also an expert in alarm systems and happens to be an accomplished pilot.  The two leaders in this enterprise bring levels of knowledge and experience nobody else offers on the Treasure Coast.  My situation is unique so I had specific needs for Treasure Coast Home Theatre.  Successfully garnering a world record and qualifying for the Olympic trials in the past, I evolved from a Hall of Fame athlete to an experienced businessperson running hundred million dollar companies.  Severely disabled twenty years ago when I shattered my back in a crushing athletic accident, I transitioned in the blink of an eye from a vice president to somebody depending upon income from disability benefits.  Although improving, in a typical week, I spend 95% of my time in bed.  Entertainment and work with computers have magnified in importance.  I see the world through them.  No longer able to work in my normal job, I hope to complete a book in the near future.   Given my circumstances, I had uniquely important design requests.  In addition to a flexible entertainment package, I needed Comcast and a computer integrated into the same access and control system.  The large screen 4K TV also had to serve as a computer and writing monitor for me.  Additionally, Treasure Coast Home Theatre Company had to remove my old system and wiring since I was physically unable.  They then installed a large screen UHD 4K Smart TV, an amplifier, and a Blu-Ray / 3D player.  John and Rick also integrated a computer, folded in Comcast Cable/Internet, and custom programmed a high-end, universal, radio frequency emitting, and expandable controller for the system today, and for changes that I will make in the future.  These are best people in the business.  They possess the ability to listen and design unique and flexible systems for your needs.  They are price competitive on both ends of their business - the hardware and the labor.  In case you are wondering, I did call then back when I discovered I did not have sound from my computer.  They fixed it the same day as my phone call, even though it was a setting that I had incorrectly configured and not their issue at all.  They were also available by phone at no charge to walk me through some instructions.  I cannot say enough good things about Rick and John.  It really comes down to this - do not settle for the component stores or appliance stores that say they can do it all, or the Electrical Repair companies that do Home Theater on the side and claim they do it well.  Instead, get to know whom you hire in this service business.  Treasure Coast Home Theatre made the startling discovery that my old home entertainment system did not meet electrical code and was a significant fire hazard.  They repaired the issue and did not charge for it.    Treasure Coast Home Theatre is a great example of professionals doing a wonderful job repeatedly instead of pretenders falling dangerously short of your needs.  I gladly add my name to their long list of references.  I am a happy and pleased customer.

    Our tv had sound but no picture. It was only 2 years old. We were not sure if we were going to have to buy a new one. Jimmy Lee assured us he would look at it and let us know our options. While we were dropping off our set, another man was there with the same issue. He was quite happy and I could immediately feel a sense of honesty in Leetronics business ethics. It took a few days for him to get to our tv but it was worth the wait.

    Leetronics was fantastic! Our TV went out after a storm, even with the surge protector. Based on the Toshiba online recommendation, we took it to Leetronics the next day. They fixed it as soon as the part came in (within days) and then noticed that the wifi wasn't working. They ordered a new part for that, and it was done within the week. The owner then stayed an hour past closing so I could pick it up after work instead of waiting until the next day! He was professional and very informative the entire way and I never felt nervous about whether the services were actually needed. We've had it back for two weeks and it's working great. He also gave us some tips about storms, basically just unplug everything, even the cable box and anything else routed to the tv.

    Jimmy was terrific! We had lost the video on our 6 year old TV. When I called, I described the problem and Jimmy asked me a variety of questions regarding our problem. After a long conversation and analysis, he thought he could repair it. I took the set into him and he checked it out, immediately, to verify the information I had given him was accurate. The next day, I picked up my repaired TV. While I could have bought a replacement for my set at about $400., I am extremely pleased that I didn't have to. I gladly recommend Leetronics and the owner, Jimmy!

    MYRTLE BEACH TV REPAIR ® Same-Day In-Home TV Servi
    The red convergence went out distorting the entire picture. After calling 3 other places, Beach TV said they could be there first thing in the morning. The other 3 either told me to bring it in (48? rear projection? Almost 4? across & 2? deep, around 100 lbs) or they could pick it up for 65$ to $100 one way. Not at Beach TV, the lady on the other end of the phone asked about make & model and had a good understanding of the problem. The Tech (later found out owner) had all the parts he needed to complete the job when he showed up (thanks to her asking the right questions), not a week to 10 days the others described to me. While he was working on the unit he recommended I change out the other 2 units (3 primary colors) because when one goes the others are soon to follow. This would save us from being down again and being charged with another service call. He already had the unit apart and it made sense, what?s another couple of bucks ($45-50) at this point. Beach showed up when they said they would, repaired the unit in a timely manner (next day), and were very professional. He took the time to explained to me things I did not know the TV could do and answered my questions about buying a TV in the future. He went on to describe what to look for and what not to buy, as well as the reasoning behind it. Thanks to Beach TV we are 3-5 years away from buying another large TV for the family room. It wasn?t until later I realized the man that had my entire TV in pieces, was the owner. Beach TV cares and it shows, Thank You to the other 3 others I called before I called Beach TV for not wanting to work, because I now found a great TV repairman who I have referred to others.
