    For Cats Only
I've been taking my cat here for about 4 years. The price is reasonable. The staff is really excellent. The vets are excellent as well. They understand cats. They are very patient.  They give you information and don't rush you. They are just a quality veterinarian. I highly recommend them.

Vets are expensive. There was no wait time, basically. I had an appointment, showed up and went in.  The vet interacts great with my pets; she is wonderful. I keep going back because of the vet. Miles Rowley is the vet, that's the best thing I can say about them.

As it turned out my dog had a heart issue that was going to kill her in the near future so that is not the issue . She died at this specialist , she stopped breathing . The issue is how they handled her and us. They do not have an examine room where you can stay with your animal while it is examined and ask questions. They put you in a room with two chairs and take the animal away. They took her in the back , we could not see her and were not allowed to be with her. When they gave us a diagnosis and treatment options we were in that little room she was in back we did not see her again alive. If we had known where else to go we would have taken her out of there at that point as you are your pets advocate. As a result we will always wonder what happened back there as we were not allowed to even see where she was . I will always wonder about her stress level and care. They said she stopped breathing on the first IV injection

When we said we were taking her back to her regular vet to be cremated alone and not having them do it they said that it would be a leap of faith if we got her ashes alone. That they never had a problem with that with their cremation. We took our dogs body out of there to our vet and we do have a certified cremation alone card and it is signed. It was cruel to plant that thought. It was a torn heart valve I we asked if we could have done more for her and she said not with the knowledge we had. At best condescending to us and our AAHA vets in Palm City who had referred us. I have since conferred with 3 vets and 3 human cardiologists and I understand it was not repairable that is not the point I am discussing.

I have had this dog and other pets at Tufts, other specialists and always AAHA vets and have never had them examined without us present and able to discuss thoroughly any treatment and or witness care and handling. I have never before been denied access to her . Even when having her teeth cleaned I was called in to see a tooth in question while she was under anesthesia. This was a dog they diagnosed with a serious condition and in my opinion they were not caring or kind. The whole experience leaves a lot of doubt and concerns.

The dog died and that might have been unavoidable. The problem was the way we were treated and talked to and kept from seeing her until she was dead that was unacceptable. Even then it continued when we discussed cremation and said we were taking her back to her vet for that she said " it is a leap of faith if you will get her ashes back" At a Vulnerable time like that what a terrible doubt to plant in our minds about our vet. Also she said we did all we could with the knowledge we had, Implying it was not enough. It was very condescending to us and to our vet who had seen her for this twice and the last time only two days prior. Arrogance is not appreciated when you are losing a dog you adored and cared for extremely well. She always had exemplary care, this was a rare problem. It was handled very poorly but we did not know another cardiologist here. I have no idea what they did to her as I was not allowed to be with her or see her, they have no examining room , they take the dog away.

    ALL CREATURES ANIMAL HOSPITAL
We have used All Creatures Animal Hospital for our family vet for the past 4 years. They helped us find a companion rescue dog for our lonely poodle rescue. They held our hand when it was time to let our poodle pass over. We tried a vet a little closer to where we live for our Yorkie's annual dental: never again! It took three days for the dog to shake off the anesthesia completely. This NEVER happened at All Creatures.
Their compassion and their knowledge is remarkable. They work with local rescue groups and introduced me to Florida Yorkie Rescue with whom I now work. We are now up to FOUR dogs (foster failures...we couldn't give them up) and I have complete faith in Dr. Mary, Dr. Rich and Dr. Carrie. The staff treat you like family and we know our dogs' health &well being is placed above the business angle of a veterinary practice.
I wish I could find a family physician for my husband and I with the qualities these vets possess.

    ALL CREATURES ANIMAL HOSPITAL
I have  used All Creatures Animal Hospital for all three of my rescue dogs' healthcare needs for the past 4 years.  My dogs have been treated by all 3 vets there:  Dr. Mary, Dr. Carrie and Dr. Rich. Two of my dogs have health issues inherent to their breed (Yorkie/Yorkie mix) and one had a leg amputated due to abuse and neglect from his previous owner.  I have found all three vets to have superior/up to date knowledge, compassion and willingness to work with a dog parent to develop care plans for their pets.
They believe in preventative care, and actually care about the dogs themselves.
Their office is clean, the practice is well run and the staff is welcoming.
All Creatures Animal Hospital works with the community here in Martin County as well as several rescue groups.
I would highly recommend them to any pet parent.

At a time when most animal care owners are most vunerable is at a time when their pets are sick. I had a very sick animal and do I believe more could of prevented this yes. no one told me blood counts were high in an area that should of been looked into. after all isn't and should this not be left up to the owner. Only till it was too late and many visits later did I get the results. not only did I need help financially nothing was shared by this office who had a fund going in their own place . they did not share this with me I had to ask when they knew all along I was looking for help. they did not know what the animal could eat before a test only that it had to stop at a certain time. this I found odd since your working at a vets office. the people who run the front office were ALWAYS rude and inconsiderate towards myself or anyone else who would call up with a question about their animals . laughing about the condition the people on the phone were in about their animals.at the end when seeking advise of two vets because mine at this place gave me no HOPE. she would not even come to the phone to talk to me but told her ingnorant front office people she was no longer going to help me. I only suspect it will be just a matter of time before this place is out of business I am not the only one who has confronted difficult situations from this unprofessional place.

    VPI Pet Insurance
Surgery done on a toy poodle and has been very successful. She now has two tiny metal plates and eight little screws in her leg and has been doing great.
We have had VPI since she was a puppy. They were fantastic in both cases. I submitted all the info they needed and they sent us a check within 3 weeks of each of her surgeries. No increase in premium, no fuss, just the checks. VPI has truly been outstanding in everyway with us. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
If you want your insurance to cover this type of major surgery, make sure you get their Major Medical Plan and you will not be sorry.

    BOSTIC VETERINARY HOSPITAL
They are compassionate and I appreciate the way they talked to me.  I’ve know Gail for over 20 years.  Dr. Manning and Dr. Bostic are outstanding.  When I brought Hogan in to be put down they were very compassionate.  They had great sensitivity to past events with prior pets and I appreciated that very much.  Appointments are very easy to schedule and the wait time is minimal.  They offer competitive pricing for their services.  They took the best care of my Vizslas, Palmer and Hogan.  I would use their services again, however I have moved out of the area.

it went very well on the visit because she is super sensitive though an hour and a half after we got home she had a reaction to the shot (never had before they had asked) and when I called it was near closing and they said come we will wait for you, we did and Dr Schmidt waited for us as promised everyone was gone but him and a tech both waiting as well as a receptionist. He took terrific care of her also, knew what to do immediately which was calming to us, she received two shots to correct her reaction and we brought her home and within a couple of hours as he had said her symptoms improved. they could not have done more or been nicer about it even though they had to stay late. everyone from Drs to staff has said repeatedly, "call us if you need us or are concerned" ! They have a Doc on call 24/7 . The next day someone called to see how she was , great follow up, and the following day Dr Sentell called to see and give me some blood work results himself. They are everything you could wish for for your much loved pets. the facility is new and beautiful also extemely clean , they have everything you could imagine. Their staff is wonderful also, friendly and supportive. Your calls and questions are welcome. I highly reccommend them and I am particular as to who takes care of her and handles her. . They are an AAHA facility which is very important. The tech was even sneaking in a kiss to her, how sweet is that! It is also easy to find and since we are new here that helped too.
