    Martin Memorial Medical Group
Excellent. I picked her (Dr. Robin Kass, MD Neurology) as she was associated with the University of Miami Department of Neurology, which has an excellent reputation. She met and exceeded my expectations on each visit. She is very easy to talk with and business like too. She asks for and respects information from her patient. Good combination. Very frank and realistic. I had no negative experiences with her. I would still use her, but I am using the VA full-time now. If there is a problem with VA, I will use her. When she switched to Martin Memorial, the change was easy, and the charges were acceptable. I recommend her when ever I can. She is still with the group.

    McNaney Flint, Dr. Heidi M.
Stopped in a few days before my appointment to pick up all the necessary paperwork so that I could have time to fll it out at my leisure. Arrived for my appointment with only 10 to 15 minutes of waiting time (if that long).....Staff that took me back for bp, weight, etc., was very attentive, made me feel confortable and very welcome to the practice. Really liked that when I was shown into the exam room, I was not told to disrobe and put on a paper gown. Said to wait and speak with the doctor first and then change after you've finished talking and was given a cloth gown to wear! Just so much nicer, than sitting there in a paper gown waiting to meet a doctor for the first time..... I had made the appointment with the nurse practioner and she was absolutely awesome. Great communication, felt very comfortable discussing anything with her, she REALLY listened, addressed the issues and made me feel very at ease. She did not rush or make me feel like she was in a hurry~just very impressed wiht the entire experience!

    Summer, Dr. Kahn
I've been seeing her recently, perhaps 3 or 4 times now. She is a very good doctor and undoubtedly concerned with my health and wellbeing.

    McNaney Flint, Dr. Heidi M.
I hoDr McNaney still has staff that I remember from when i was pregnant. And that was years ago. While "RV" retired, she still has a good group and I almost always see the same faces. That makes it nice. The girl that checks you in is very matter of fact. I guess that is what it takes to sit in that spot.. Velma usually calls you back to the back. She is the best. She always makes you feel more relaxed. Dr McNaney always seems to take time with me. I don't know how she does it. I rarely wait. When I do it is not for long. The office is always busy, but she as a nurse practicioner and does bone densities and ultrasounds, so they are not all waiting for her!. Anyway, this time the office was making the change to a computer chart. THEY DO NOT USE THE EPIC SYSTEM THAT THE HOSPITAL DOES thank goodness. There was some new paperwork. I hate that the government requires that all doctors get your social security. Apparently if you refuse now it makes its bad for the doctor, and if you have Medicare you have to provide it or they can't bill for your care. But her computer does not share info with any other computer or office. I guess she can get results from the Martin computer, but her data stays in her office. Despite the computer in the exam room now, you hardly know it is there. She stills sits down and talks to you. She never changes and I told her she never ages. Haha. She uses cloth gowns and drape sheets, those instruments are in a warm drawer. Somehow she chit-chats with you while she does the exam and it just does not seem so bad. I like seeing a woman. If you need a bone denisty they do them in the office. When you check out they get with you about a mammogram, etc. I never have any problems with them filing my insurance correctly. Once I paid a co-pay that I didn't need and after my insurance paid they refunded it without my even asking. I feel safe being cared for by Dr McNaney-Flint. She did surgery on my mom and probably saved her life. It was cancer. But it was caught early. She said mom could go to a cancer center, but mom did not want to go out of town, and Dr Heidi (that is what my mom calls her) was more than qualified to do the surgery. We are grateful. The one problem I notice is that sometimes the parking in the front of the building fills up, and you have to park along the side. And the front door to the building sticks so you have to know to pull hard.

    Santoriello, Dr. Kathy
She's explained everything and she's great. Not a lot of doctors would get you in within 24 hours with a problem. Her office is nice. I never wait more than 20-30 minutes for my appointments. The staff is very professional and knows what they are doing. They had a surgical room set up before I left the doctor's office. She's blunt in a nice way. She explains what she is seeing and what you need to do. You do get the option of seeing her or the physician's assistant. She is very sensitive on insurance things that don't need to be done right way.

    Partners In Women's Health
I am in the process of using them right now. I just had a small procedure surgery done with them. So far the experience has been really good. The surgical center that they put you through is excellent. The surgical team is one that you would want before you go under the anesthesia. It was my first time ever having to be put out and I was so comfortable that it wasn't even funny.  If you have an emergency they are there for your needs.

They are so amazing. The doctor's, the people, the staff are amazing. The actual appointment leaves a little bit to be desired.
