    Dr. Joseph Thayil & Associates
Out of control with their solicitation of business. The office makes calls to schedule old patients, repeatedly calling and sending reminders through the mail to schedule patients who have not been there for years, even though they were repeatedly notified that the patient had passed away. Each time an apology was made, then another call or another letter was received. This week, it was 2 calls to schedule a loved one who passed away. I wish to receive NO further communication from this office of any kind.

    Slootsky, Dr. Alan E.
He was friendly, it wasn't painful and its just a nice place to go to. He knows what he's doing and they are hi-tech. They use digital X-rays so you can get many more exposures. They are clean and cutting age. When I had an emergency, they made sure to get me in. You get emails, phone calls and even text messages. They've been good.

    Worcester, Dr. Thomas C
Dr. Worcester and his staff provided me with my best dental experience ever.  I am normally a "white-knuckler" at the dentist's office but Dr. Worcester and his staff truly made me feel relaxed and comfortable.  Dr. Worcester fixed my chipped tooth quickly and perfectly.  He also addressed a slightly receding gum and made it look and feel much better.  He changed over 2 of my metal fillings to white fillings, painlessly, even without novocain.  The hygienist gave me a thorough and gentle cleaning.  All in all, a great experience!

    Sarris, Dr. John G

The dental hygienist cleaned my teeth. They continued to bleed well into the evening. This is not normal, as I have had many cleanings over the years and I have my teeth cleaned 4x a year. The dental hygienist hurt me a few times during the cleaning and that is where the bleeding occurred. The taste of blood was nauseating. And, my husband had a similar experience last year. We are reluctant to continue to visit this office for cleanings.

Also, Dr. Sarris does not visit with his patients. I believe that they just want to make money and the Dr. does not care about his patients. The first time I was in the office was the only time he met with me. I respect the Dr.'s opinion and not the dental hygienists. Over all the years I have been going to dentists, I have never experienced this. The Dr. always takes the time to meet with his patients, why doesn't Dr. Sarris?

I also communicated this information to the online survey they sent me via email. They never responded to my complaint or questions.

    Christopher Schloss DDS
He is conservative and cautious in his treatment options. He is pleasant and competent. He has a good manner and runs a good office. His staff stays for a long time because he is a good boss. He deserves an A+!

The hygenist performed a good cleaning but the dentist walked in and stated I had a cavity. I told him that tooth has been filled for years, in which he was unsure. They took 5 impressions to make trays for me that still are not right. I have not returned since.

Dr. Robert L. Smith DDS & Dr. Lori Albe DMD
They were offering a coupon and I did use them and I was very satisfied with them. I did like him very much. He spoke to me as a real person before we sat down in the chair and discussed  anything that I needed done prior to my examination. After the cleaning, we discussed the price and everything of what would be done. I did have a loose filling or something but he was very kind and he took his time. He didn't have 3 other people in 3 different rooms. His attention was on me as a patient. They were an A. Staff friendliness is an A up until my revisit and I think the girl technician got annoyed with me because they've just been starting like all over with you again if you don't keep up but it was not the office, it's the hygienist. The communication is excellent and the best I've ever seen. The only thing I was annoyed with was the trying to get me back in but I can understand that. If you're gonna stick with that team and you should be going in for your routine visits so I can understand her frustrations.

    Pastura, Dr. Joseph
My husband and I both use him. He is very, very good. I used to travel probably about 25 or 30 miles for him, from one city to this one, when I lived further away. There are no issues with the service. His pricing is very, very fair and he is honest. I have had some experiences with dentists that would do work that was not necessary. He will let you know what you need, he won't push you to do it. And when you get ready for it and you realize you need it, he will do it. Not only that, I've recommended him to people who had been given a price for work to be done and they have called his office and over the phone they gave a quote that was considerably less than what the person had received. And then when they got to the office and had the work done. it was even less. So he seems to enjoy his work, but he is not out to take anyone at all.

    Adam Winton MD, DDS
I would give Dr. Adam Winton an "A" on every single thing. He is one of the million hand doctors. It's not just an implant, let's get it over with. He is an MD, maxillofacial surgeon. I will continue to use him in the future. He asked me if I was in a hurry and I said no. He said "Well, I don't do it the way some other places do." He told me that what I see advertised on TV where people go in there and I see the people advertised with some teeth go in, they come out with teeth. He told me first of all that those were temporary teeth. Luckily, I had no problems. With three of them up there, my upper gum area, he said he would like to put it in. He told me how it worked. He said that he would put it in and then we wait. He told me to come in after about two weeks and he would see how it would feel. Then, we're going to wait for about two months and see the tissues come down because he said that if we put it on the top, there's always a chance that it gets too close to the sinuses. When he gives the "okay," that's the time I go to my dentist to put screws to my implants. That's why I liked him.

They are A-1. He has a great sense of humor. The whole office environment is outstanding. They offer DVD’s to watch while work is being done.  He has great bedside manner and is very responsive to emergency situations.  He is very caring and when I needed him after hours he was available for me as well.
