    AAA Century Appliance LLC
Washington, our technician was a real pro and went out of his way to see that the appliances were fixed properly. He had to order a number of parts to fix the wine cooler. When one would arrive, he would come out and put it in then he would check back to see if that fixed the problem. He did this a number of times and other than the first visit, they never charged for additional service calls to fix the problem. Since the wine cooler was an obscure brand and there was little to no factory support he had to just try different part replacements till he found the right one. Can't say enough good things about AAA Century Appliance. Going forward, they will be the one I will call.

.He came out, he didn't have the part but he was out the next morning. It took about 20 minutes to do it. I had nothing to complain about with them. I would use them again. The day I called, they came out that day and they were back first thing next morning. I would highly recommend them. The workers were fine.

    Re-Appliance

Service was requested my my former wife, as the refrigerator had failed. I had not seen the invoice prior to paying.  First glance would have told me something was amiss:  The invoice (which looked like it was created by an amateur) only carried the name "Re Appliance" as the business we were working with.  There were no names on the paperwork, only that the technician was "Rob".  Another red flag was that  there was no address as well.  Only a phone number.   The only other information on the invoice was that the work was warranted for 90 days.

Just 96 days later, the refrigerator died AGAIN.  It looked like the same problem.  When my ex wife called, he was completely defensive and stood on the fact that the 90 day warranty was over.  She had been told he was using genuine parts.  Because of this, she then asked him for the manufacturer of the parts so she could go after them for any attached warranties.  This is when he became abusive to her saying "This conversation is over"  then hung up the phone.

She had an alternate individual come out to check on the work, This Company (a valid one, I might add) rep told us that it appeared he had installed old used equipment in the unit.  So, with this, I personally called Rob to discuss the matter.  He did not return my call.  When I called a second time he was loquacious but at least talking "at" me  about the situation.  I had difficulty trying to get a word in edgewise.  He then added that he would rather not come back out on the job, saying he did not like dealing with my wife.  I then asked for a partial refund of the $1,700 we had paid him.  His response was an agitated "Absolutely Not" then went on about his 90 day warranty etc.

When I told him that the other repair company had suggested that old equipment had been installed by him, he went ballistic, telling me to reveal who had said that so that he could confront the person physically.  His agitation soon became a screaming diatribe.  When I finally got a word in, I informed him that I would be giving him negative feedback on appropriate venues.  His screaming at me reached new higher octaves as he began calling me every insulting, filthy name in the book.  Conversation ended.

I have built an successfully sold two business and have  managed up to 60 employees at a time. I can unequivocally state that I have NEVER run into such a nasty individual in my 65 years.  I can also state that the short fuse demonstrated by this individual should be a warning signal to anyone allowing him into their homes.

Kelly AC & Appliance Service Inc
I Am so glad I found Kelly AC & Appliance Service . After I called Bruce he quickly showed up and quoted the job.
He was really honest and professional and that is why instead of giving me a 3000 dollar quote like others , he gave me a great option of repairing the unit by replacing the correct part . which cost me 270 $. a saving over 2800$ !!!!
after the part was changed with 24 hours the unit is running smoothly and with no issue
Thanks Bruce for the quick response and your great job !

Masco Appliance and Air Conditioning Inc
Rick came out at the time promised.  He promptly diagnosed the problem as due to a kink in the water supply line.  The water supply line was made of plastic covered with a cloth material; it was builder grade installed by the builder.  This originally installed line was a tad too short to allow for movement of the refrigerator and that is probably what disposed it to kink.
Since the problem was in the water supply line to the refrigerator, Rick indicated that it would not be covered by KitchenAid.  He quoted a fair price for repair.
Rick recommended replacing the supply line with a stainless steel metal clad line which would not kink and which would also serve to have less propensity for leaking.  He said these parts would need to be ordered.   In the interim, he rerouted a line as an interim so we could use the refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker.
When the part arrived, Masco promptly called and arranged a time for installation of the new metal water line..   Rick, the same individual as before, returned and installed the new part, carefully checked for correct operation and assured there were no leaks.  He also realigned the refrigerator in the cabinetry.
MASCO delivery super service, both their office scheduling personnel and the service person were highly professional, accomodating and clearly competent.  I thought the cost was also very reasonable for two visits, travel, parts, and labor.  We would gladly use them again.for any of our KitchenAid and other appliances.

    A-1 Appliance Service
Firstly, I had requested an appointment later that week, but Ron had offered me earlier possibilities, which in fact worked out well. He was on time and he was thorough. Having bought my machine from Best Buy 5 years ago, I learned that a service call from The Geek Squad would be $150.00 plus parts and labor. Ron told me his fee is $55.00 for the call, and that price would be waived if parts and labor were required. Comparing the two, a bargain! I had thought my washing machine needed a costly repair. Ron Stetz proved to me that it did not. A less honest repair service could have performed costly unnecessary work. $55.00 . I highly recommend A-1 Appliance Service as thorough, honest, realiable and punctual.

We absolutely could not remove the old water filter from the refrigerator. We called A-I-A. Don, the owner, called us back in a very short time, and responded to our home shortly thereafter. Of course, he remedied the problem in short order. It was a minor call to him, and he could have just ignored it. We appreciate that he did not, and was very nice and professional. We now know who we can call for appliance problems.
