Arsenio was conscientious about trying to arrive on time and called me when there was an accident on the way to let me know that he will be 20 min late. He was very professional and respectful and kept the area clean while working and took his shoes off without me even asking him to. There was complication with taking the hose off b/c it was rusted on and the thread part came off with the hose. He had to be cleaver to add an elbow pipe to get around the tight space issue with the box and was able to replace the hose bib. It would have been nice to have both hot and cold hose bib to match but we didn't want to touch anything that didn't need to be touch. It all worked out at the end. He kept his word about the maximum amount that they would charge if the bib was a problem. I would recommend Cape and Arsenio and would call them again for other problems.

On the first visit, the plumber fixed the leaky toilet. However, he only cleared the top of the drain. I had to call and make another appointment. I went ahead and authorized the use of a camera, which would cost more than $400. However, the plumber didnt need to use the camera. There was a blockage far down into the drain. But he did clear it out successfully for much less money. I was happy with the job he did.

Called ECM for a service call on our washing machine. Actually had a service man the "next" day! Professional repair man, fixed the issue and was on his way within 45 minutes - made my wife a happy camper!

The old pvc under our new bathroom sinks was glued together and hard to access. Dan came over and it took him about 2.5 hours to remove the old stuff and put in new. I am really glad I didn't attempt it myself because he had to unglue and cut some old heavy gauge pvc in two tight spaces. Everything is perfect. He was a nice guy and worked really hard.

He arrived on time and wore booties in the house. He was happy to do the additional projects. He was fast, professional and completed all of the jobs to my satisfaction. He was very nice. I felt that what I was charged was very fair for the work completed and was probably less than what I would pay elsewhere.

My 74 year old wife called for water heater replacement after power surge following Hurricane Irma took out the existing one. Contractor pulled permit to replace water heater. When installed blocked existing electrical outlet. Installation did not pass inspection as no electrical shut off within 6 feet. Contacted owner who said he was not aware of code. This is why we hired a licensed professional, so installation would be correct, to code and legal. Stated that he "assumed" electric connection was to code. Stated that it was not possible for him to know all code requirements. Stated house was not up to code. Home built in 1963 and met all code at time of construction as required by law. Company owner stated that he accepted "full responsibility". When asked when proper installation would be complete so water heater would pass inspection stated that he is a plumber...not an electrician...it was not his problem that installation did not pass inspection. Contractor stated we just wanted to get money out of him. Reminded him that as a licensed Contractor he was responsible for proper installation.Contractor also stated that he should have said that if additional electrical work was need he was not responsible but he did not. He accepted "full responsibility" however refused to take any action to remedy situation. Will be contacting Florida Department of Professional Regulation and U.S. Attorney's office for the Southern District of Florida as an entity that acted to ..."re-victimize, defraud, or exploit individuals and businesses in need".

I have used him for 8 years and everything has held up very well. Once when he was repairing rusty, leaking pipes in the kitchen, there were other pipes rusty but not leaking. He said that I could wait on those. He could have told me I needed them done to make more money. He is very honest.

Admiral, and Ryan, the service pro were great. They met my tight schedule and were price competitive. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, practical, and efficient with his time. Definitely knew his stuff. Final price was consistent with estimate. I would definitely use admiral and Ryan again.

I had a slab water leak. They fixed it by rerouting and giving me a . They did a good job but I sure hope it works for ever and I don't have to have any callbacks or problems . I really recommend this company.
