    SR Technics needed to move from Sunrise to Boca. An entire functioning office. Right Choice Movers were absolutely phenomenal they were so efficient and helpful. Without hesitation I would recommend Right Choice Movers as the BEST MOVERS IN FLORIDA. I compared their price to approximately 8 other moving companies and they were the most economical. There were no hidden charges. They did exactly what they said they would do and more. I highly recommend them.

    Great! Dennis was extremely responsive and communicative. The three men that arrived were very efficient and professional. I had a lot of computer equipment and monitors which they wrapped and handled carefully. I would definitely hire Helping Hands again.

    Beware of this company. No insurance cover! This is an amateur moving company. One man show, with no insurance cover! The contract does not mention an insurance company, and when you ask for it, you are given some plain text on the letterhead, without naming an actual insurance company. For the extensive damage caused to my furniture and electronics during the move, I have been asking for insurance claim, but they have not bothered to even respond! They did not even bother to wrap the couches before transporting, causing smudges and tears all over. Same with much of the wooden furniture. To begin with, they did the estimate, but on the moving day kept complaining about the lack of space in the truck to fit in everything (BTW, they had brought the truck!). However, finally the damages were caused by them skimping on packing material and blankets. It���s a moving company full of empty promises, lots of excuses, no insurance cover, cost-cutting with packing material, no responsiveness, and lack of long-distance moving experience. So beware!

    Fantastic Job! The estimate for our residential re-location that included minor packing and moving of all furniture was very competitive. On the day of the move, the team of four men arrived five minutes early. When we initially walked through the house to see the layout, each man strategically took a floor (3 floors total) and immediately started the disassembling and staging the furniture. By the time I had come down from the third floor to the first floor, some furniture was already inside the moving truck! Throughout the entire day this ���team��� worked flawlessly and independent of each other. It was as though they each knew what specific assignment or task they needed to complete, and simply just ���got at it���. They exercised professionalism and care when moving the furniture (not a scratch) and were very detailed with any high value items. I have moved numerous time in the past ten years and this is the ���only��� moving company that I would recommend to others and would use again. THANKS

    Everything went well. A bit of confusion on the arrival time for the delivery of the items, but it was resolved. The pricing was very good for the move so the client has to be a bit flexible with moving dates and times to adapt to the schedule of the movers. After your pick-up, the date of delivery is not confirmed immediately. You are informed that the delivery would be within 10 business days and you are contacted 24-48 hours before the delivery date and time. My delivery was in 5 business days. I think you can pay more to reserve an exact pick up and delivery date with a dedicated truck, but I was looking for a discounted price for my move and this worked out great! Nirva who was my contact at Forward Van Lines was very professional at all times and was there to try and help out when we were trying to agree on a delivery time of my items. She was very patient and always very polite with me when I changed the pick up date and final inventory list for my moving boxes/furniture 2 or 3 times and never complained.. The moving crew themselves were all very professional and respectful. I would hire this moving company again for a personal move.

    The moves arrived 5 hours late. They never called to explain so I had to call them and they kept telling me a different story as to why they were late. First engine trouble, then they had to rent another truck. I know this was a lie, because they showed in a truck with the company name on it. When I asked the moves why they were late, one said the truck was robbed, later another one told me the truck was vandalized and the break line was cut. (They cant even get their lies right.) These guy once they started working, were completely disorganized, and argued and fought the entire time. It was embarrassing just watching it. They also showed up with a team of three people and a small truck. They told me another truck was also on its way with 3 more people. They truck never arrived. The team members that did show up were very dirty. The pads they used on our furniture left black residue and in some cases stains on our sofas. What should have been an easy move turned into a 9 hour nightmare. The only thing good about this move was the price, but it simply wasn't worth it. I would have gladly paid more for a more professional team.

    Excellent!! Arthur was really nice. He explained the whole process and helped us every step of the way. He definitely took the stress out of moving. The movers were great too! Punctual and very careful with fragile items. All furniture was wrapped for protection before transport. Would definitely recommend and use again.

    I had a few items - a queen bed, a full bed, a futon, and smaller items. Distance to move was less than 10 miles.

    When I spoke with the salesperson he agreed to flat price for moving. I made a big mistake of not checking his follow up email where he wrote a hourly contract! That was just the beginning.

    The moving team arrived without any boxes. After some discussion and agreeing to pay more they brought the boxes. The team had brought some clothes to wrap furniture, but I NEVER saw them to wrap anything! I even had to tell them to wrap the TV before putting int their van.

    Not only that they did not wrap the items, they dragged the white mattresses along dusty floor, corridor, and truck - leaving it all covered in black marks. This is a first for me.

    The also lost fasteners for furniture out of carelessness. So some of my furniture is still unusable - I have to go to buy the fasteners before I can complete the assembly.

    Probably the highlight of this experience was the fact that one of the things the moving team really stressed upon me is that they were working primarily for tips, and one of them was trying to establish a family with his girlfriend and needed more income. This was odd for a professional company.

    I complained to the supervisor who was always nice over the phone. She said she would follow up, but I am still waiting to hear from her after about a month.

    We have a lot of stuff--probably too much. The movers with this company worked very hard for hours to pack our entire house and move it. I couldn't believe it got done all in one day, but they worked tirelessly and with a much better attitude than I would have had! They were on time, professional, and did a great job packing. Nothing damaged, all beds reassembled, things all put in the correct rooms. The owner is pleasant and responsive, and the price was very reasonable.

    From start to finish the whole experience was extremely stressful and unprofessional. To start, the move was from my apt to a townhome approx. two miles from each other. I moved on a Saturday and since my destination was gated, the movers needed to be out of the community by 6o'clock in the evening.  I reminded Michael and the girl who answers the phone three separate times that I needed the movers over by 8am to start loading the truck.  This was discussed and promised to me before I signed the papers.  They showed up at 9:30am and during that hour and a half of stressing, I finally got hold of Michael (boss) who rudely said that it was a Saturday and most people sleep in on Saturday!  Really? What happened to the absolute promise they would be there by 8am? I couldn't believe what I was hearing!  Once they arrived, they moved very slowly, one of the movers spend much time talking on his cell phone.  When it came time to move the piano, they spent one hour deciding the best way to move it, though they call themselved professional piano movers!  By this time it was 1:30 and I looked around and saw still so much to do.  I called Michael, who eventually came over and reassured me they would get the job done and be out of the gated community by 6.  We FINALLY  left my apt at 3:30 with only 2 and 1/2 hours left to unload!! I was stressed to the max at this point. As we were leaving, Michael ran up to my car and asked if I would make a run to McDonalds for the workers who had not eaten!  I explaind that I needed to be at the townhome to show them where things should go.  He got very angry and YELLED at me telling me these guys havent eaten and they would have to stop somewhere.  I have a witness who heard his horrible attitude.  Finally, arriving at the destination, they moved my things in and didn't finish until 8pm (if they had gotten to my place when they were suppose to at 8am we would have been fine).I asked the guardhouse to please let it go and explained we wouldn't finish on time.  They let it go this time and saw how stressed I was.  When everything was finally in, the workers were ready to walk out the door without putting piano together and hook up the tv (that Michael said was included).  Finally, after insisting, they did put piano together but I had to hire someone to do the rest of the things Michael promised they would do.  To top it all off, my ipad was missing, still is. I called Michael to let him know where it was (in a box under my bed) but he immediately got defensive and said his guys wouldn't take anything.  He didn't even ask any questions at all!  Since then, I have looked through EVERY box that was moved and still nothing.  I called again after a few more days to let Michael know the ipad was not in the box but he kept putting me on hold when I tried to discuss all these events that took place with the movers, the fact that they arrived and hour and a half late, the fact they wouldn't do what was  promised to me (and put in writing), the missing ipad, the scratch on my piano, and a huge chunk of wood off my desk.  He got very angry (odd response) and again put me on  hold for 20 minutes, probably hoping I would give up.  He honestly wouldn't even listen and was overly defensive.  I finally said that I needed to record our conversation and he hung up.  Never tried to help, never wanted to listen, did not keep his word on ONE THING promised. Still out of my  ipad, which was a gift from my son, and still not sure what i'm going to do about that.  I just wanted to share my horrible experience and let people know how Lee's Moving Co. in Lantana treated me as a customer. I'm thoroughly disgusted with their attitude and unprofesionalism.
