They have Lack of communication, lot of students that they did not what they're doing, told me that they will contact me for my MRI but they never did so i wasn't happy and i had an EKG  done there by a student that didn't what she was doing. I had an X-ray done in the facility there and she offered me to wait a bit because she is checking in her manual, they need to be supervised if they don't know what they're doing. My first experience was one i would not recommend.

This doctor recommended a IUD which ended up embedded in my uterus and he had to surgically remove it after spending 30 minutes trying to pull it out. His actions resulted in my premature menopause, urinary leakage and painful intercourse. When I explained to him what was happening to me, he sent me a letter recommending I discontinue using his office. I am glad that I can explain what happened to me so it does not happen to someone else as I never filed a complaint with the AMA. Karma does eventually come around.

While I have been a patient of Dr. Evans for several years, I do not think I will continue to use her. I had a physical about 3 weeks ago and am sorry to say, they not only did not follow through with my critical health feedback but I had to call a number of times to get them to give me the results. They had me fill out new information when I got there as they had recently moved but said they could not contact me at my listed phone number and did not even try to reach my husband, who has always been my contact. When I called them to request the information, they only gave me part of the information and so I asked for a copy of the results and after another week had to call again. The bottom line is that I had critical blood levels and need to see specialists and when I asked to speak to the doctor, the receptionist told me I would need to make an appointment. Just not the kind of medical treatment I am used to. I guess previously I did not really have any major issues so she never had to take the time to discuss anything. So if you are in good health, she would be OK.

The office was very clean, smelled nice, and was surprisingly larger than expected. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and I didn't have to wait long (even for a new patient). Dr. Ullrich is younger than I expected, and I'm glad for that because he seems to be at the head of technology and wants to use newer techniques. I had a lot of questions and he spent the time explaining everything to me. He spent more than an hour examining me and discussing my history, current condition, and future treatments and lifestyle. He was extremely helpful and I'm glad I saw him versus waiting to see another doctor.

Every experience with this office and the doctor are as good as it gets for medical care. The staff is caring and attentive and the doctor is outstanding. I feel lucky to have this doctor and his office team taking care of me.

Get ready for your bank account to hemorrhage money for your "treatment" and for information overload, unfortunately not the information you needed for a full recovery.
I saw Dr. Woliner a few times. The end result is NOTHING he gave me worked. He ordered thousands of dollars in labs, which of course you need to pay for everything yourself since he is out of network provider and doesn't accept insurance. He literally gave me 11 supplements to take, none of which helped my state of health (I took them all for 6 months). He also attempted to upsell me on his custom protein powders and bars (instead of recommending I eat whole nutritious foods).
He seems to be a Jack of All trades and a master of none. He knows a bit about a LOT of things, but not enough to actually promote a full healing. He talks fast and talks about a lot of different topics and sent me home with stacks of xerox copies from medical books on arm muscles...your head will be spinning with all the information....but at the end of the day, what am I supposed to do with that? None of it pertained to the issue I went to him for!
Bottom line, nothing he did helped me. To top things off when I requested my medical records at a later date the office wanted to charge me $50 for lab results they NEVER gave me. Seriously? I've never heard of any doctor charging for this even though it is allowed in Florida.

.Dr Siverstein is an excellent physican who is employed by Dr Schwartzwald according to his staff. I have no issues with medical treatment and consider Dr Silverstein to be easy to talk with and managed my husband's medical issue well. The issue is with Dr Schwartzwald's staff who are not only incompetent but uncaring and rude. The patient does NOT come first with them. Only the Money.
My husband was given two appointments , both were broken by the staff office. Yet he was not even told about one of them and arrived for the appointment only to be told the doctor was not in and my husband made the mistake. HOWEVER , my husband had the appointment card in his hand showing the correct date and time. Yet there was NO apology at all, just rudeness. When we called to speak to the office manager she did not even call us back. Dr Silverstein wrote on the paperwork no co pay due to the errors. I was told he had no right to do that since he was an employee . No office manager call back. So if you can handle wondering if your appointment is real or not or you like poor administrators who don't care, this is the place for you. No reflection on Dr Silverstein who did his job well.

The doctor said the problem was cervical and he did not treat cervical issues. He should have stopped right there and referred me to a neurologist. Instead, He had his nurse give me a cortisone injection in my arm for no reason. He offered no pain medicine even when i requested it and I was clearly unable to function. I was doubling over with my husband standing right next to me. It was that bad and I told the doctor as much.He told me if the pain persisted he would request an MRI. Three days later I requested that I get an MRI. I had herniated discs in my neck . The doctor did not call me with the results for well over a week. I ended up in the emergency room of the hospital and then had ACDF surgery.
This practice should have immediately referred me to a neurosurgeon instead of giving me a shot in my arm and nothing to relieve the pain. Horrible experience. Followup was not timely. I took the MRI results and followed up with a neurosurgeon on my own.
In summary I felt this practice was not caring of my pain, condition and lacked responsiveness to lab results. The only good thing was when I requested an MRI they gave me the prescription to get one. The least they could have done was temporarily give me a pain medicine .

I had had a very annoying nose bleeds problem for years and no doctor nor home remedies had been able to cure it. Then I saw Dr. Parnes and it has now been over a year and I have not had a nose bleed. Previously I never went much more than a month without having one.
I saw the good doctor just a few months ago (August) because my dentist thought I might have oral cancer. Glad I saw Dr. Parnes (ENT) rather than one of the dentist's oral surgeon buddies. Dr. Parnes examined my tongue and then explained how the spots were nothing to be concerned about. Then he cleaned some wax out of my ears.
