    It all went very well! The product is good, the work/installation was good. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good company that will take care of you. However, there is always room for improvement I think that the sales people need a little more training in what is available, and I wish I was a bit more informed about where my project stood while we where waiting for the product to come in.

    Arsenio was conscientious about trying to arrive on time and called me when there was an accident on the way to let me know that he will be 20 min late. He was very professional and respectful and kept the area clean while working and took his shoes off without me even asking him to. There was complication with taking the hose off b/c it was rusted on and the thread part came off with the hose. He had to be cleaver to add an elbow pipe to get around the tight space issue with the box and was able to replace the hose bib. It would have been nice to have both hot and cold hose bib to match but we didn't want to touch anything that didn't need to be touch. It all worked out at the end. He kept his word about the maximum amount that they would charge if the bib was a problem. I would recommend Cape and Arsenio and would call them again for other problems.

    Great. I have used Honetown Pest control for almost 20 years. Moved 5 times & they have always been available to accommodate my needs. If I have an issue Hometown will come out to my home the following day. Reasonable prices. The office staff is very nice & always willing to help In anyway. Each exterminator that has been in my home(s) have been extremely friendly & go above & beyond if I have any issues. I highly recommend Hometown.

    What a NIGHTMARE......Buyer BEWARE... Simply Shutters has an "F" Rating with Better Business Bureau This whole experience has been extremely frustrating, stressful, very concerning, and without a doubt the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. It's been 17 months and I have yet to receive my shutters. Without going into a long dissertation, I will provide my experience and frustrations in a bullet point manner....after you read this, YOU decide if you DARE have this company step into your home. *May 18, 2017 - Contracted with Simply Shutters-provided down payment for two panel Shutters for one opening in Master Bedroom *August 24, 2017 - First installation of Shutters - They were too wide and too short - Simply Shutters had to place a SECOND order. Also, during the installation process of the shutters my smooth ceiling was marred by one of the shutter panels which required professional repair to be made to the ceiling. *From August 24-May 10, 2018 Simply Shutter kept giving me a song and dance on status of my order, container issues from oversees. Did you know that their shutters are made in China *May 10, 2018- SECOND installation - this time they made FOUR panels instead of two and they were too short - Simply Shutters sent in a REORDER Because I was departing FL for the summer, Simply Shutters advised me that they would store my third order shutters once they arrived FL. They requested that I give them a week's heads up notice upon my return to FL and they would put me "first in line" for installation. September 16, 2018 - I advised Simply Shutters via email of my expected return to FL on September 24th September 17, 2018 - I received a email response from Simply Shutters that there was "an unfortunate delay in the order process" and "employee turnover" and I was advised that my order had "slipped through the cracks". A phone call was made to Simply Shutters advising them I no longer had confidence in them and that I request a refund of my monies. I was advised at that time that my request for reimbursement would be sent to their Accounting Dept. In the interim between this date and October 4th many phone calls were made to the office requesting status of my request for a refund....no calls were returned. October 4, 2018 - I sent an email to the main office requesting reason for no return call or status of my request. October 8, 2018 - received a phone call, not from the main office but from Dawn, same person who I have been working with and she advised that she is "working" on our refund. October 15, 2018 - another email From Dawn claiming she is "still working" on my refund From Oct 15, to Current date, Oct 30, 2018 I have yet to receive any responses to many numerous emails and phone calls. BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE-BEWARE

    The owner, Scott, was extremely responsive in setting up an appointment for the re-installation. What a pleasure to have an honest business professional to do business with! He scheduled Tony to do the installation and he was phenomenal. Tony is a perfectionist, as well as a professional, courteous, very fast, and I appreciated the care he took in being neat and cleaning up. Glass USA is very fortunate to have Tony - a huge credit to Scott's business. I would work with Scott and Tony again in a nanosecond. Thanks again for job very well done.

    SR Technics needed to move from Sunrise to Boca. An entire functioning office. Right Choice Movers were absolutely phenomenal they were so efficient and helpful. Without hesitation I would recommend Right Choice Movers as the BEST MOVERS IN FLORIDA. I compared their price to approximately 8 other moving companies and they were the most economical. There were no hidden charges. They did exactly what they said they would do and more. I highly recommend them.

    I had issues with my A/C unit, I called them and immediately they reply and took care of the problem. They Inspected the system to avoid future problems. Issue solved . I am very pleased with the service.

    It went great....Lois did an excellent job...a very tedious area in the hallway he papered...very meticulous in his hanging services. Came on time each day.....let me know exactly what days he would be here and he did a great job..communicated perfectly Would use him again...I am an interior designer and I am going to use him on all my other projects I have going on...very happy with his work..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Beyond excellent!!!!!! Rod is very detail oriented and saw things I would never see in our home and I listened to him every step of the way. We were away for a couple months while they renovated and left our home ready for us. Complete kitchen, porcelain tile installation, popcorn removal, woodwork, electrical upgrades, interior paint, and a bar project. So happy my husband is happy. Now I���m happy! Love our contractor! I wish I had another house that Black Gold could do!!!!

    I brought my 2 handbags to Smart Choice Repair in Boca Raton in early July 2018 to have them refurbished. Regrettably, I relied on (probably fabricated) good reviews online and I will never make this mistake again. A person named Tom, ostensibly the owner, assured me that he could make my bags look as good as new. He quoted me a price of 800 dollars. I thought this was an exorbitant amount of money to repair 2 bags, but he convinced me that they would be good as new. He did tell me at the time that I could pay by credit card. Several weeks went by and my bags were finally ready. Tom called me and told me I owed him 850 dollars. I stated that I was told 800 dollars originally. He went on to say something about how hard it was to fix my bags. I then asked if we could make it 831 to which he replied yes. I told him that my housekeeper was going to come to the store and pay by credit card. To which he conveniently told me that I have to pay either cash or check because the credit card machine was broken. Right there that was a red flag, but I just wanted my bags back. My housekeeper gave him a check for 831 dollars and when she returned I could not believe the condition of my bags. It was like nothing was done to fix them. Immediately, knowing that I had been scammed, I called my bank to stop payment on the check. Unfortunately, the scammer immediately deposited the check when he received it and there was nothing I could do. I called him and expressed my dismay that I paid over 800 dollars for this garbage. He instructed me to return the bags to the shop and he would fix it. Regrettably, I returned my bags to have them repaired, and several weeks went by when I received no follow up. I called Tom on Saturday 8/11 asking about the status of my bags. He told me he would call me on Monday, which of course he did not do. I called on Wednesday and despite his website stating that the shop is open until 9 pm, he told my housekeeper that she could only come by at 5 pm. Well, that was not possible. Finally, Friday 8/17 we called back and once again despite his website stating he is open until 9 pm, he said that I should not expect to be able to pick up my bags at 6 pm at night. When I pointed out to him that his website states that the shop is open until 9 pm, he said it is not open that late for customers, just the workers. He did not apparently like the fact that I was challenging him, and he accused me of "disrespecting him" and he then hung up on me. So as of now, he has my 2 bags and I am out 831 dollars. Please do something to stop this scammer. I am sure I am not the only one, and I am sure I am not the last one.
