    Toshiba laptops tend to overheat and shutdown after they are a few years old, because their CPU fan and filter get very dirty.  That is what happened to mine.  Scott told me that he would clean it for $75.  I was concerned about leaving my laptop with all my financial records on it.  So, Scott quickly agreed  to remove the hard drive and let me take it with me while he worked on it.  After a few hours, I picked it up, and it no longer overheated.  Scott was very competent and helpful.  I would definitely do business with him again.

    My laptop computer was unable to access the internet.  I took it first to the Geek Squad at Best Buy, who wanted $200 just to diagnose the problem. I decided that was too expensive.
    Scott dropped off a business card at my office, after having done some work for others in the office park.  I called him to get a quote on repair.  He called back within twenty minutes, then  came later that day to my office and picked up the laptop.
    He called by noon the next day to say the repairs were done.  Scott actually had to back up everything, install a new hard drive and re-install all the drivers.  
    He brought the laptop back to my office, with a flash drive where he'd backed up everything for me.
    The process was quick, efficient and reasonably priced.  Scott was very pleasant and fixed my laptop to perfection.

    Glen was outstanding.  Easy to talk to and explains everything, so that you are not left in the dark when his work is done.  He was able to figure out the problem we were experiencing quickly and was very thorough to ensure everything was working properly.  We went from having four wifi access points, to only needing two once Glen was done.  Now our wifi is great all over the house and the cameras are solid.  Would def recommend Glen to my friends and family.

    My hard drive needed to be replaced. The provider left me with Windows 7 and instructions to install the operating system. I installed my hard drive this morning. I called, and five hours later he returned my phone call. I was unable to install everything, and the provider told me that he forgot to give me the programs I needed and wants to charge me an extra $75 to come out and give the programs to me.

    I would be happy to make this a positive review if I receive my program in a timely manner.

    UPDATE

    He did called back a second time after reading this review and offered to drop program off to  me that he   forgot  so i could activate Windows 7--

      by then i called another service and paid another 75$ .

    The new service company  straighten everything out.

    Just wish I could get stickers with the company name and number to put all over my computers.  I'd like to add in the name of the tech that was sent here.  His name is Daniel ... if you are able to request him DO SO.  He's GREAT!

    She had to wait about a week and a half to get the job scheduled. They finally came last Friday night. They came on time and proceeded to work on the computer for 2 hours. They were not able to set up the iPad with the wireless printer that was just purchased. They were also not able to connect a brand new printer/fax to answer the telephone, print, and take a fax without closing it so the telephone would not answer. She did not even have a telephone that worked after they left. I had to hire an expert to come out the next day to straighten out the mess. I do not understand how they made such a mess and do not believe they know much about computers.

    Glen was very punctual (or called on the phone if he was going to be a few min. late).  He worked for several hours at my house, trying to restore my computer.  He worked well over his max. charge of $180, trying for almost 3 hours to bring things back to normal.  In the end, he asked if he could take the laptop to his shop where, if he couldn't repair the issue, he would install a new hard drive (faster than the one I had).  He presented the cost of this, so there were no surpises in the end.
         Glen appeared to be very versed in his IT work, explaining things as he went along.  When he took the computer with him, he promised to return it on a certain date, which he did.  The computer worked well when he returned it.
        Also, I might add that I needed some help loading an I-pod which I needed for the hospital the next day, and he stayed over for at least 30 min. helping (and instructing) me how to load the i-pod from my computer.  He knew how important this was to me, as I was scheduled for surgery and needed the i-pod.  He volunteered his time and skills to actually get this organized for me and he did it on his own time.  I was very appreciative!  Thank you, Glen!

    We just moved, and needed the printer set up with the internet and computer.  We also have a new TV which has an internet component that needed to be activated.  We called Panther PC and were delighted with the fine service provided by Lance Hellinger.  He arrived on time and did an excellent job.  I was especially pleased with the fact that he took the time to clearly explain what he was doing in layman's terms.  There was NO computer geek gibberish, and he did NOT "talk down" to me.

    It was fortunate we sought professional help, because it was necessary to do a custom set-up with the TV, and there were software issues with the printer.  Nevertheless, Mr. Hellinger knew what to do, and had the system up and running in a timely fashion.  He knew exactly what web sites to access to address the issues.  He also gave me excellent advice about programs to protect my computer.

    I did extensive online cost comparison before choosing Panther PC, and I felt the price was most reasonable for the service provided.  Mr. Hellinger was polite, patient, and most informative.  He assured me that he would be very happy to provide further assistance if needed, and explained that most help could be provided from his office, making a service call unnecessary. I would recommend him with no reservations, and will call Panther PC next time I need any computer/internet help.
