    I've had problems with Honda because there have been times when I've went for an oil change and they took the oil out, but didn't put any back in. So then my car was smoking and I had it towed elsewhere. With a Honda dealership you never know what they are going to do. My level of trust in them and gouging me is really what causes me to rate them a B. I've had too many instances where I leave the shop and within a week something else went wrong with the car. If I'm going for preventive maintenance and I do it routinely I shouldn't have that problem. People are very friendly. It is easy to go in. They have a nice waiting area. They provide you coffee. They make it very easy for you to bring your computer and work there, or they have a car that can bring you home. Of course the customer pays for all of that.

    My experience was great. I pulled into the service drive for my scheduled appointment and my service advisor Leon was there to welcome me at my car. My vehicle was immediately taken by a service technician. The customer lounge was very accommodating. There was plenty of ports For my laptop. and I was able to do some business work While I waited for my vehicle. I was impressed with the fact that I did not have to put money in a vending machine when I wanted a cool beverage. Coffee, Sodas, water, and cookies were all complimentary. My vehicle was ready on time, and the price was extremely fair. I would highly recommend their service dept to all of my family, friends and co- workers.

    Aaron's Quality Auto Detailing
    Aaron was timely, professional, engaged, detailed and is simply amazing at what he does! I asked him if he would come to Boca Raton, where I have just begun a new job and gave him only a window of 15 minutes within which to first interact with me. He was exactly on time and gave my car the attention it has likely never had. I left him my key, as I was not sure I would be available to meet with him after his work and told him he could leave it under my front mat. He checked in with me via text periodically during his cleaning process, to keep me informed of his progress and even sent me a picture of his work under the hood (LITERALLY!) - AND he took the key to my front office to be certain nothing happened with my vehicle. When I finally got to get a look at it, I was simply thrilled! He cleaned every inch of it and got out a few stains that I thought would never come out - I bought it recently (it is a 2012) and hadn't had it cleaned from the previous owner. I am going to have him return and do the same every other month and have told my coworkers about his exceptional service. I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you, Aaron!

    They did a good job, they were fair, the service was good and they completed it when they said they would. I guess there is always room for improvement, but they were very good. I like their convenience; they are close by. The price, I think, is a little high, but it is a dealer.

    I showed up and the same person said that my car is not covered in that deal.  It takes more oil and the filter is differnt.  The nlew cost would be $46.00.   It went up from $29.99 to $46.
    I left, quickly, and went next door to Tire Kingdom.  They are nice there. $32.00

    All went well, until the business aspect of Financing. We were sold an additional "Service Package" costing an additional $3500. We cancelled this service package 5 days later, however, they never bothered to inform the bank of this discrepancy, and we are still being charged the wrong amount by the bank.

    We called the dealer, and wrote 5 times, yet, after 2 months this issue was not resolved, even though dealer business manager stated it would be resolved within 4 -6 weeks.

    Turned the complaint over to the Division Of Motor Vehicles for litigation.

    I am not really happy with their sales because after they sold us the car, they kept calling us almost every month wanting to know if we wanted to trade it in. That was when we bought it in 2009... both of them. Within a month, they started calling us. They just bugged the heck out of us. Finally my husband went off on them and they haven't called us since. That is the fault I had with them. They were a decent dealership. The people that sold me the car were good. We bought one in 2009 and one in 2011 so that is a second car we bought from them. The service department is excellent. It's been almost a year, we are getting ready to take it back for an oil change. The only thing we wanted was for them to stop harassing us.

    I was there a year ago.  There's no fee because it's free.  Usually when you get service they're suppose to, you know, like give you a car wash and vacuum and things like that and I didn't mention it to them because I assumed that they were going to do it because when I picked it up it was like they hadn't done any of that.

    Outstanding on all counts. Ordered the shipment and they had the car picked up (by the hauler) the next day. It arrived in perfect condition in Dallas 2 days later. The operators were a couple who were very neat, well-spoken, professional, and efficient. Not my normal stereotype of long haul truckers.
