    My Mom and I went here after calling around to find the best deal and turnaround time for an iphone 6 screen replacement. Not only did Igor give us a great deal at $65 for the screen replacement, but he was very kind, personable, and had the job done in less than an hour. I definitely recommend Quality iRepairs.     Every time I called I got a different story on the status of my phone. Finally , after 6 weeks, I asked for the phone back and a refund which I received. The worst part was with one phone call to a tech named Dave. He argued with me and told me I could have brought the phone to Apple and paid more. I would never use them again. Per Dave, I will go to Apple from now on .

    It was excellent. It was very reasonably priced and (he was) courteous. He got me back on track. He will help me on the phone sometimes if I call him. He was here quite a while. He is very knowledgeable. He was here at least an hour.

    Additionally he downloaded McAffee which we decided to purchase to replace Webroot.   He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions.  We highly recommend this company.

    They run the cable company.  They come in and changed out some system promising that it will be a better deal but don't tell us in the meantime that when they come in and do this upgrade that none of our other TVs are going to work; we're going to have one TV and we have to spend more money at the back end of the whole thing so that all the TV in the apartment could work.  They upgraded the internet system so that we'll have higher speed but it turned out that we didn't get higher speed.  It is not anything better than it was before they started.  They don't have equipment when you call and ask to get something so you end up to Direct TV then pay Direct TV and pay Access Media to get it installed.  I don't like them.  We don't have any choice; they have like a lock contract with the high rise within the Chicago.

    His name is David Moore.  He's just first class.  If we ever need any help, he will come right to our house.  Any time I have computer work, most of the time if he can solve it, he'll do it online himself from his own house without even coming over here.  He's got a hook up where he does that from his house.  He's the only one I use for my computers.  He's a young man and really sharp.  I've got his number on my speed dial.

I contacted "Totally Wired" by email and they responded promptly, asking me to contact them over the phone so that they could better understand my needs. They explained what they would do but it was a higher budget than what I was prepared to spend. They advised me on lower cost options that I could set up (I work in IT) and provided feedback on my ideas. I really appreciated that they were ready to share options rather than telling me that their solution was the only viable one. The owner even took a phone call while on a job.

    We signed the contract and had a point of contact assigned to us who was very professional and detail as to what we needed and how fast.
    We provided pictures and a also context for the pages.
    They finished the demo in a weeks time which we had some suggestions too and they were incorporated and a fully functional site was ready in 3 weeks .
    We liked the service so we moved our hoisting with them as well.
    We will continue to use them for sure in the future.
