    Our refrigerator suddenly stopped working, and after searching around on social media and repair referral sites, and reading the stellar reviews, we decided to call Ray's Appliances to see if it could be fixed. They were great! The offered to come out that very day, were prompt, courteous and professional, and their pricing was more than fair. The technician, Rex, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the refrigerator running in no time. I would call them again in a heartbeat. Strongly recommend.

    Very Well. David was earlier than he estimated both visits and was actually waiting on me! He was in and out in no time and left his card in case I had any issues. It was warranty work, so I had no out of pocket expense, which is of course helpful, but I would use them again on my other appliances.

    The service technician was incompetent and the dispatcher was unapologetic.  Worst customer service possible and never fixed the problem.  4 home visits, no results.  First visit was a diagnostic and parts were ordered. 2nd visit technician called ahead and then was a no show.  I was home the entire time and they tried to tell me they rang the doorbell and I never answered.  Really? Third visit, tech. Installed parts that did not fit with knobs.  Then he broke the handle off the oven door.  We notified the company that the knobs did not fit or operate with the mechanism he installed.  When he returned to fix the damage he caused to the oven door, he refused to fix the knobs.  He claimed we took his plastic adapters that he swore he installed last time and he would do no more to fix our inoperable stove burners.  How does one even argue against this kind of detachment from reality. 4+ weeks later we now have to start over with a new company.  NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.  If this company is selected by your home warranty provider, ask them for someone else from their list.

    Service was excellent. A-got a confirmation call before the technician arrived as we had previously scheduled. B- The Technician was honest and told me that was better to replace the oven as the repair would be more expensive, he also advised me on what to check when buying the oven. The refrigerator was fixable and provided a down to earth estimate and ordered the parts. C- the repair was on time and fast as he was prepared and the area was cleaned after the work was completed. E-Mike is a good honest person and next time I have an issue I will call him.

    I will keep you posted as things progress.

    3/23 - finally have an appointment to fix the microwave.  The part came in after 21 weeks.  The technicians arrived on time and found that they did not have the correct part - they left pieces of my microwave on the counter - and left and said they will the part in another 3-4 days - which is what they said the first time and it took two weeks.  So far, the only thing they have going for them is that they arrive on time.

    Our expensive over the stove combo oven/microwave just stopped working.  When the door was closed the light inside stayed on but  there was no power. We then immediately went in search for a appliance repair guy and came upon the Appliance Doctor.  So glad I found them.  Gave them a call and Mike came out the next day to assess the problem.  He immediately knew what it was - the PLASTIC  door latch had come loose preventing the door from closing properly.  Mike had to call in for a part and he came back two days later and replaced the door latches.  Now the microwave works like a charm! He was very professional and  has many years experience.  I would definitely use The Appliance Doctor again.  They were fabulous.  I must add that they guaranteed their services for one year which is great.

    Less than 18 hours ago, I came home to find my GE Profile Refrigerator not cooling (freezer was 50 degrees).  I opened my Angies list app, found the Appliance Doctor, and messaged them via the app at 11pm.  I got a message back at 8am saying that they could be by today.  At 10:30, Mike came by, diagnosed to a controller board, repaired it, and it was fixed by 11am.  Wow...happy...thanks!

    Appointment was a window of 11:am to 1:00pm. Mike arrived at 10:55am. Instead of giving us three appointments with a 1) washer tech, 2) dryer tech and 3) ice maker tech, he fixed all three in 40 minutes. He did not give us any B.S. about one of them needing a "secret, expensive circuit board" like others have done in the past. He showed us that the problem with all three was easy to fix. Good guy!

    Our refrigerator quit cooling, but the freezer was still working fine. Our repairman, Mike Mannino, came out and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. The parts needed were not available that day but the folks at The Appliance Doctor got them for us the next day, everything went in according to plan. I can't say enough about how professional, courteous, prompt, and thorough these folks are. You can bet the next time something breaks down, I'm calling these guys. I wish they worked on cars....

    Thank you Allen's Appliance Service Inc. for the great customer service in refunding the money for the dishwasher parts. Your technicians tried their best to repair the dishwasher, not knowing that it had an electrical failure issue.

    I have never known of a company to do this. This was above & beyond and my husband and I truly appreciate it!

    We will definitely call your company again should we need an appliance to be serviced or repaired.
