I am changing my prior review to reflect my updated experience with Moskovits and staff. His scheduler Millie is RUDE and NASTY and after changing my ins company to get surgery, it was never performed, First they cancelled 2 days prior THEN Millie scheduled me the wrong date then got nasty about it but the kicker was when Moskovits explained to a friend that was trying to get everything straightened out that he was "AWARE THAT JAMES IS A LITTLE OFF" I SHOULD SUE THE CREEP. He is a conceited jerk and I would not recommend anyone put themselves through it. Also never recommended physical therapy or helpful orthotics. This all happened in their Lake Park office.

Without the care Dr. Jonathon Moskovits I would be in very bad shape right now. To my UTTER DISMAY I acquired Medicaid with Humana as my provider and PBF&A does not accept it. Now I'm left to find another but I seriously doubt the experience will hold that personal and caring element as that of the doctor and staff. I highly recommend Dr Moskovits and Trust him completely as stellar in his field.

.I did not see Dr Jacobs, himself, but rather his assistant, Tom. Tom was very knowlegeable and professional and diagnosed my problem correctly. It required that I get a referal to an endocrinologist, which he provided. Tom is very amicable and has a great bedside manner. He did not speak down to me as many dctors do. I would definitely go back there.

He sent me a bill and I paid it. I continued to receive notices that I had not paid the bill. I spoke with him on the phone about it and told him not to continue sending me notices. He told me to provide proof of payment. I told him that he should talk his accountant. He ended up sending it to collections. I got the proof of payment and gave it to the credit agency. They still contacted me again about the issue and I told them in a few words that they should not contact me again.

He also had misdiagnosed me for two conditions. I think, in general, that he is a poor doctor. I do think that the office staffer is generally pleasant, however.

Daniel is an EXCELLENT clinician. He asked appropriate questions, provided lots of information and education. He spent time with me and didn't rush. He and his staff asked me if it was OK if they examined me BEFORE they did so. I felt like I was a valued part of the interaction and that I was involved with me care plan. The care was wonderful and I'll continue with Dr. Caruso. The negatives were that they moved their office and failed to contact me with the new address (very frustrating). There was no signage outside of his new office. And the doctor was 1 hour behind schedule. My husband also sees Dr. Caruso and he has been anywhere from 1-2 hours behind schedule for those appointments. So the practice really needs to work on effective pre-visit communication and keeping the doctor and quot;on time.and quot; But I must say.....Daniel is worth the wait because of the manner in which he interacts with his patients.

Staff and office environment were wonderful. The doctor is very competent and caring. She explains everything you need her to or ask her to. I found her extremely well informed as to currently available data. She was gentle and comforting with her comprehensive exam.

Dr. Scanlon trusts what her patients tell her about how they feel , and will work proactively with them to solve problems. She doesn't and quot;talk downand quot; to her patients, and even all the ones waiting in the reception area have nothing to say but really wonderful things about her.
She went over my test results and explained what they meant, compared them with the last set of tests. She made some recommendations about exercise and to monitor how I was feeling while on my prescription, and suggested a referral to a physician who does bio-identical hormone therapy. She asked about any other physical matters that I may have noticed, to give an overall assessment of my health.
She is an old-fashioned kind of doctor who would have been comfortable practicing medicine 30 years ago, when there was a real relationship between patients and their doctors.

He does a great job. He is like a detective in trying to find out what is the issue with you. My wife and I have had very good results with him. He has been able to find an infection problem that other doctors were unable to find. He is experimental and not afraid to try out of the box thinking and remedies. He feels like he could do anything within medicine.

You have be on your toes that they give you the right perscriptions. They are very good with what they tell you to do, but just make sure the communication is there from the doctor to the staff. Be sure to write down what he tells you to do. Patient responsibility is important in his office.

I was really not impressed with this office overall. I felt more like a number to them than an actual patient with a name. I got the feeling that the doctor did not remember me from visit to visit, since they see so many patients through that office. Wait times are extremely long, whether your appointment was scheduled weeks in advance or last-minute (if they had a cancellation). I was frequently kept waiting for 45 minutes to an hour past my scheduled appointment time, when I had arrived a few minutes early. And this was only the wait time to be shown to an exam room. I was still kept waiting for an additional 10-15 minutes once in the exam room for the doctor to come in. Dr. Heroux was nice, but not really all that warm or friendly, and that, combined with the office staff that always seemed too busy to answer your questions, made for a somewhat cold office environment. A few weeks later, 2 days before my next scheduled prenatal appointment, the office called to say my doctor would no longer be seeing patients at the West Palm office, and that they could schedule an appointment for me up at her other office in Jupiter. I kindly said and quot; Thanks, but no thanksand quot; as my husband and I had been talking about switching to a midwife practice in Boca, and it ended up being just the kick we needed to finally switch providers. I couldn't be more happy that we did!

He is incredible. I went to see him when I was not satisfied with my regular gynecologist. My regular gynecologist could not cure something I had. Dr. Trabin is much more knowledgeable. He is available only two days a week. I would use him again in the future.
