He definitely knows what he is doing; he found an issue with the electrical in the house that someone else missed! MeLand Services, Inc. is a Surveying Company that is set up for the needs of real estate professionals and their customers. Our staff has over 70 years of combined industry knowledge in the South Florida region. Our fees are very competitive one flat fee of $325.00 that does include the elevation certificate if needed. 48 hour turn around!

FMeland had terrible customer service from the start. I faxed in an oder for a survey, their preferred method, and I didn't hear anything back. I called on Monday to see if they got the fax, W**** said no so I scanned it and sent it over. I got a call one week later asking if they could access the property, no gates or barriers no problem. I waited another week and called again since I was getting close to closing. I was told by W**** they were sending out someone "in the field" that day. I waited 4 more days still no report. I got an automated email saying that they would respond in 72 hours. I needed the survey asap but now I can't trust them because they keep telling me lies. I wouldn't trust this company or their services. I cancelled my order and went with another survey company that was out to the property the next day. I suggest reading all reviews on this company.

Recent Review:
FI contacted Ace Flood & Inspections and made an appointment for a Wind Mitigation Inspection. We paid the $125 service fee and were notified by our property insurance rep that a Flood Evaluation Inspection performed. I contacted Ace Flood & Inspections and was told that I would need to schedule another appointment UNDER THEIR MISTAKE. I was told to schedule another appointment and I would be CHARGED AGAIN. I notified them that I requested a WIND MITIGATION INSPECTION NOT A FLOOD EVALUATION INSPECTION. The customer service rep stated that the error was mine and she can schedule another appointment. I kept explaining to her, that I requested a WIND MITIGATION INSPECTION and why would I PAY for another appointment under scheduling error. After a few more rebuttals, she had spoken to her supervisor who offered to $30 discount under a new appointment. I notified her, that I DID NOT REQUEST the FLOOD EVALUATION INSPECTION. I would like for someone to come out and perform the service that I PAID FOR correctly. I was told that “THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME”…UNDER THEIR MSTAKE.
I went with another with Wind Mitigation Company and I rather pay full price for a wind mitigation report done correctly than deal with a company that TAKES your money and will not acknowledge their error. I would suggest not recommending this company to anyone under their UNPROFESSIONALISM and the BUSINESS TACTICS they employ toward doing business.

BCasa Blanca Builders provided the lowest quote to put a new flat roof on a small garage/storage room. The roof turned out well and has not shown signs of problems. Work was done quickly and on schedule. Communication was prompt, courteous, and greatly appreciated. I would recommend this company to others in need of a contractor, but I would still advise to obtain quotes from multiple companies. Casa Blanca Builders did not quote me the best price, relative to other companies, for other jobs.
