  Unfortunately, the tests revealed that my cat had tumors and the lymph nodes were involved.  Treatment was not an option.  Dr Shapiro was very thorough and very kind.  Dr Nichole Patterson is our primary physician and we have been depending on her for five years now.  She has been through "the wars" with us - a cat with over 200 kidney stones and CRF, another cat with bile duct cancer.  Both cats are thriving due to her dedicated care and concern.  Because it is such a large practice, we were incredibly lucky to find Dr Patterson and I recommend her to all of my friends with cats.  Dr Shapiro and Dr Sessa are also excellent.

  They're very good!  My dog, a poodle, had a seizure and they were able to stabilize her.  I went to my normal vet for the follow-up, but everyone at this facility was very kind and professional.

  owner is arrogant and defensive....they failed to have my dogs ready and clean for pickup.....said it was minor error....no apology and blamed me for the problem....owner is overly arrogant, has an elevated sense of her importance and value to the community...when one is this defensive...one is usually hiding other stuff....be very cautious and read all other e=reviews on this place....
  The manager is very good...but that does not make up for the lack of customer service demonstrated by the owner and weekend staff!....
  again be very cautious about using this place....and know that if anything goes wrong it will be minor and your fault!

  They are close to home and they are inside the Pet Smart. They are very good on the price of their services, the quality of their work with our animals, their punctuality, their professionalism and their responsiveness. I think that they are too pricey but their price is less expensive than the place that we used to go to.

  My dog goes every day. It is a package. We can buy a package or we can pay daily rates. We have the package because she goes about four days a week. Sometimes she is there more than eight hours. She probably gets there at 8 and we pick her up around 5.

  They are excellent in here.  They are not cheap.  I had to run with an emergency with my cat, and they took a very good care of him.  I am still there with him.  He is not on permanent medication.  I have to check him out and every six months I need to go in for a blood test and stuff.  They do a good job.  They are on top of it.  When they do a test, they will call and let you know what the outcome was for the test.

  The employees were extremely nice, the wait time was minimal and they gave us an appointment the same day. The techs were compitent and not pushy, did not try to sell us anything. The veterinarian was extremely friendly and the dogs had minimal stress while there.

  I have another Rat Terrier, she is eleven years old, and I take her to the same vet. They can always handle us on a short notice, either the day we call or the day after, and they seem to care a lot about animals. They are very friendly as well.
