    Not well, the tech came three times and every times need a new part for the refrigerator, The last time he came replaced a part and left without tested etc. Text a tech couple of time to let him know that the refrigerator still not working at all (expend in part and labor almost $400). I finished fixing the refrigerator and freezer too. After that, never see him again. Note: (I have a new auger motor from ebay)

    At first everything was great. They answered the phone right away, however, and at the time I thought nothing of it...He asked that I text him a picture of the error code, and the model number. Which I complied, they then told me they would be out around 16:30-17:30 to take a look at the fridge and that it would be $60 for the diagnostic. Which was fine, I understood that. Once he showed up which was on the later side of that hour, He pulled out the fridge, did some testing with the board. Stated the board wasn't giving a high enough voltage and needed to be replaced. The charge for the part was $143.83 and then a flat fee for labor of $150 and the diagnostic fee of $60. He explained that there was a 1 year warranty for the part and labor. I agreed, he stated that his distributor should have the part in their warehouse, and that he would be back the next day to install it, but he would have to call them in the morning since it was after 5pm at this point. I paid a deposit of $150 to guarantee the service. He said that he couldn't make it until the afternoon the next day. Which, was not ideal, but we needed the fridge fixed so we agreed, I had to call out from work in order to be there for him to fix it. It wasn't until about 15:00 when we received a text message from him stating that they didn't have the part and that they had to order it. So as frustrated as I was, he stated that he would come the next day with the part (the board). OK. I asked if he could come earlier in the day, he ignored me and said that he could come between 16:45 and 17:45. I work evenings as does my husband, so I had to call out from work, again. (That is two times now) So we waited all day, finally got another text message from him around 17:00 saying that he was stuck in traffic and was running late. So we waited longer, he finally showed up after 18:00. They replaced the part. I paid them, and then they left, they didn't test anything or make sure it was working properly, they just left after they replaced the board. Later that evening after we got back from dinner, I walked to the fridge, because I was going to replace the water filter and such, and the same error message (ER RF) on the fridge face. So at this point I was very upset. We sent a message to Arce's at that time. There was no response in the morning, We finally got a response in the late morning/afternoon telling us that he couldn't come out until monday afternoon. As frustrated as we were, he was still the one we got the part through and said would fix the problem, so we waited. Luckily my husband was off on Monday. So he waited, as the afternoon came around he sent another message asking where he was and the return message much later was letting us know that he had to wait for the fan part to come in and that he could come the next day. Luckily, he was there promptly at 8 am, however, sent us a message shortly before hand saying that he needed us to clean out the fridge and freeze completely for him to work on it. Once he started working on the fridge he realized that the part was not the right part. When I was told that he had to go get a different part and that it would have to wait until the next day, and that he was going to charge me for the part and the labor involved I was angry. It was a waste of my time. I had lost two days worth of wages. Not to mention about $200+ worth of food that spoiled that we couldn't save. I ended up buying a mini fridge to try and save some items and to be able to store some food in my house (that I know was my choice, but was necessary if I wanted to try and save any food) I would never recommend this company. It felt like he knew as much about refrigerators as I did, and that he was googling for answers. I went as far to ask for my money back because the fridge still wasn't working, and he did NOT complete the work that he was supposed to. He did not fix the problem. I did not get any further response after I asked for my money back. Please do not use this company.
