  • I had new tile installed in my entire house. To facilitate the install I had Bayside move the house contents into 2 Pods and my garage. 1 month later they moved everything back into my house. They were great! I highly recommend them.

  • There were so many issues I can't even list them all. All I have to say is no one needs to use them! Apparently they are under new management and have changed their name to J&J Movers. We weren't told the truth about delays, they were 2 hrs later to start packing, they were to leave the next morning but didn't get to the new house until a day later, and whenever we tried to find out what was going on, the owner would ******** us about what the problems were. It was a terrible experience!

  • Terrible. Things were boxed, sealed, not labeled as to contents or what room. Things that were in one area were placed in boxes from another area "to fit". All boxes were stacked in the garage with no way to identify contents. This was supposed to be the first of two move days but will not be having them complete the move. Will hire another company and do not recommend AllMySons for anything. Price below is for the first move day, not the total move. VERY dissatisfied.

  • It went great!  Austin and his crew literally moved our entire home three times in two weeks.  They were amazing, every detail I wanted they did. They showed up on time, were efficient, and basically knocked it out of the park.  I could not be happier with the service.  I have already recommended them and I will continue to in the future! Thanks again Austin, you made a tough move easy!

  • Horrible!  I spoke to Bob Funderburk and explained how much furniture and other items had to be moved and he said we would only need 2 people to move the items.  He quoted a price of $95 per hour and $60 for their truck.  The 2 guys showed up on time, however, they were the SLOWEST movers I have ever seen and I have used several movers over the years.  One of the guys told us that it was his first day back at work after being off 2 months due to an injury.....well, he shouldn't have come back when he did because he obviously was not ready.  The other guy was young and appeared to be in good shape, however, they had already moved another family and were exhausted when they arrived.  They also told us that we should have had a 3 man crew but one person had quit the week before so Bob gave us the wrong information from the start.   They said that the other 3 man crew had already moved 2 homes that day.   After 5 hours, they were still not through packing!!!  I called Bob and asked him if he had another person to help.  He said he would call the guys and find out what was going on and call me back.  Well, he did call them but he never called me back.  They showed up at 1:00 PM and unloaded at 10:00 PM.  One of the guys showed us an invoice for 10 hours and a charge of $75 for the truck.  Apparently, they were too tired to count because 1 until 10 is only 9 hours so my husband paid them for 9 hours instead.  I told him to pay the entire amount because I didn't want there to be any way for Bob to accuse me of not paying.
    I called Bob a few days later and explained the whole problem.  What should have actually taken around 6 hours, took them 9 instead because they were so slow......I am a 52 year old female and I was moving faster than they were.  Not only that, but they both took OUR time to fold their furniture pads as they were unloading!  Bob claimed that he had already given us a discount because he only charged us for 9 hours......but he didn't give us any discount at all because he charged us the full price for the 9 hours that they were there.  I guess he feels like overcharging by an hour is standard business procedure and then he will act like he's giving a discount by reducing by an hour?  I never could get him to understand that he didn't give us any discount at all....he charged us the full price and even over-charged for the truck, which he initially quoted as $60. 
    After I threatened to report him to the BBB, he finally agreed to refund $150.  I gave him my address and he told me he would mail it the next day.  A week went by with no check so I called his partner, Jason Funderburk.  Jason said Bob told him about the problem and he would mail the check himself that day.  Another week has gone by and still no check.  We called Bob again and he said he had thought about it some more and decided that he had already given us a discount and didn't feel like he owed us anything else. 
    I'm not sure if the man can't add or if he has a mental problem that prevents him from understanding that he didn't give us any discount and actually overcharged us for the truck.  Perhaps if he used his fingers to count, he might finally understand that 1:00 to 10:00 is NOT 10 hours!  And even taking 9 hours to do what should have taken 6 hours is POOR service.
    I would NEVER use this company again and recommend that anyone else choose ANY other company unless you are OK with being overcharged for poor service.

  • They had a very reasonable price.  They did a good job moving.  We had a mattress cover that got dirty in the move, the owner was very apologetic and very nice and reimbursed us for the price of the mattress cover. He was incredibly responsive and kept his appointments for calling me back.  He even called me to confirm I received the check because I did not cash it yet.

  • In the past I have used another well known moving company but Changing spaces were the first to respond to my request, Lori in the office was so helpful, I was doing this move alone because my husband is in Afghanistan but I really felt like I had somebody n my corner after talking to Lori. apart from that, their price was best overall.

    The team showed up at my house and worked like lightning but they were VERY careful with all my items.

    I had constant contact with Lori, she checked on me several times, such great personal care.

    Then 3 weeks later, the truck arrived at my new home, the first team in Huntsville were awesome but this team who unloaded everything in Florida were Amazing !!
    Such professional young men who above and beyond to make sure everything was put together and exactly where I wanted it... It was a long day but they completed the job perfectly, I could not be more impressed with how they completed this job.

    I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

  • We were scheduled to move Saturday, at 8:00am with All My Sons. They called Friday to confirm Saturday at noon. When I questioned that, I was told they had trouble with a truck and couldn't get there sooner. They called back later to confirm again for 7am. When the 2 movers showed up, they were unprepared to assist with final packing (as had been previously discussed when setting this up), refused to take down the television, and wanted to cancel because it was raining. We were so disgusted, we fired them. I found Motivated Movers on Angie's List and contacted them. From the beginning the gentleman on the phone was friendly and helpful. He was able to schedule movers to come out Monday morning at 9am,  He called back Monday and asked if we'd like to have a third mover to assist, as it was raining, and this would help expedite the service. We agreed. They showed up promptly at 9am, and were the friendliest go-getters.  No complaints, extremely polite and so helpful. We had it done in just less than 6 hours, and these guys never wavered from their friendly, professional support. I highly recommend Motivated Movers to anyone looking for a positive moving experience.

  • They rescheduled the start time 3 times. When the movers finally did show up, it was raining, and they obviously did not want to be there. they sat in the truck for a few minutes waiting on the rain to stop, then when they came in, their first question was, 'do you want to cancel?' When we said no, they began telling us everything they could not do. We had been told when scheduling that they would assist with any unfinished packing, take down the flat screen tv, etc. They refused to do any of this, so we fired them. I definitely will NOT recommend this company to ANYONE.
