    Lance Lewis Painting LLC
I originally hired Lance do paint the whole inside of my 2300 sqft home. He completed this task on time. He was quick and efficient and he also patched drywall issues along the way. I then hired him again to paint outside shutters, porch and fix some drywall in our garage as well as fix a patch in our guest bedroom carpet. Anything I asked if he could do he did it for me. He was a great help. His prices couldn't be beat either.

    Salazar's Pensacola Painting
When we first sent a request from Angie's List to Salazar, he responded within that same day. He then was very prompt in coming to give an estimate. He was very professional and made sure he communicated as much as possible. He emailed the estimate within two days. Once we decided it was him we wanted to go through, he was able to schedule us within 2 weeks, which was earlier then he had originally stated. He had a break from exterior painting due to rain, so he asked if he could come earlier to get the job done. We were more than happy to have him com earlier. His team of four arrived on time at 0700, and within an hour had our entire living area taped off. They took down all the blinds, and curtain rods. They finished spraying the ceiling within one hour, then went on to painting the walls. Then they put everything back up, and cleaned up after themselves, like they were never there. To say that I was impressed with the quickness and quality of work is not doing their job justice. They completely transformed my home in one day. They took it from a dreary dark tan/gold, to a bright grey with an accent wall. They applied two coats of paint, painted the ceiling, and fixed areas of the wall that were cracked, they even filled a hole in the wall where we had our security panel at previously. To top it off, when they arrived, we asked if they would be able to also paint our laundry room, because that was not originally discussed, and they finished that as well. The crew was polite, and professional. I would definitely hire Salazar again, and will most likely be calling in a few months to finish repainting the other rooms. Hire this company if you want a quick and professional paint job!!! They are AMAZING!!

    Mike Dean Construction LLC
They bid a remodeling job on my home for $95,000.00 with VERY little detail. I needed a interior wall removed, exterior and interior painting, new flooring installed on a 2,250 sq, ft. home. I got several other bids (thank goodness) and got the whole thing for about 1/3 of what they quoted me. I guess they either were too busy or did not want the job. In any event I did not grow up in a cornfield and told them what I thought of their bid. It also took awhile and some phone calls to get this "ridiculous bid"! The work done by the other contractors was outstanding!!

We highly recommend them! They came over within 24 hours and gave us an estimate. They were available to start the job on the day we wanted, and worked steadily until the job was complete. We liked the fact that we went to Lowe's with them and paid directly for the materials, so we know we weren't being upcharged. They are good, honest, hard-working people! AND everything looks wonderful!!!

    Mike Dean Construction LLC
Every contact was professional and polite. Two crews did the work. One repaired the roof and replaced the boots around vent pipes. They were very good and cleaned up. Second crew repaired sheetrock on ceiling of garage and painted entire ceiling. Both crews were punctual and completed the work in the expected time. I highly recommend Mike Dean Construction.

Very disappointed. Rushed through job. Did not get close to light fixtures & air vents. Did not clean up spattered mud. I had hired a year ago & had been pleased with quality of work but not this time. He was here less than 4 hours & charged $1250. Quality of work was not worth more than $300 per hour. I don't like to write a negative review but I was very unhappy with quality of work & amount charged.

    Will Bazzell Painting LLC
Will and his crew gave us an A+ job. The quality of the work speaks for itself! We were under a very tight deadline to get our house ready to sell on the market & Will Bazzell Painting delivered great results! House under contract in less than 24 hours, above asking, and closed 35 days later! Will Bazzell & his team were an important part of of making our house shine where we needed it. We had differences of opinion to start off with but Will did a great job with what we asked for and I paid him extra because of the hard work and extra effort to get the job done so quickly. He is a very hard worker, leads his crew, & he did an excellent job! We feel our house sold more quickly with multiple offers thanks in large part to Will's quality service. He does what he says he will and the work completed was meticulous & looked perfect! Veteran owned & operated.

The 1st attempt A little more than a week ago, Stacie, the owner's wife, texted me to set up the job, and we agreed upon Saturday. She said they had another job to do in my area, and that they would stop by when they were finished. She later cancelled and apologized, saying that they were tied up at the other job, so we set up a new time for Monday. The 2nd attempt On Monday morning, she texted again to cancel because she said her husband was sick. I was patient and understanding because life happens, so we agreed to set up a 3rd appointment for Tuesday. She told me the job would cost $250 after I sent her a photo of what needed to be done. The price seemed a little steep considering the drywall was already hung, and all I needed was angling, touch-up mudding, and texturing, but its a skill, so maybe Im nave about what constitutes a fair price. She said that it was the discounted price for using Angies List, so I agreed to it. The 3rd attempt I have an hour commute from work, and I used 2 hours of my vacation time to meet the appointment time for Tuesday. On my way home, she texted again to cancel because she said they were stuck on a job. At this point, I was irritated that I wasted vacation time for nothing because it was too late to turn around, but she told me that her husband would be by on Saturday at 8:30 a.m., so I agreed because it was convenient for me. Im very busy, and I have family coming to town, so I agreed to book the job for the 4th time because at this point, I dont have time to find someone else to do the job, and I want it done before my guests arrive. Side note: she was very apologetic, but it was difficult to gauge the situation because all correspondence was done via text. I thought that was strange, especially after they had cancelled 3 times. A phone call would have been the professional thing to do. Until this morning, I had never actually spoken to anyone. This morning, the doorbell rang at around 7:40, almost an hour before the scheduled time, but I thought it better to be early rather than late, so I let the owner in my house. There was no apology for showing up so early, and when I mentioned it, he grumbled about having to go do another job. The next thing out of his mouth was that it would cost $250 plus materials. I told him that this was not what Stacie and I had agreed upon. He immediately got argumentative with me, and said that materials cost $50, and that they dont give estimates based off a photo. He was already giving me the discount, so did I want him to do the job or not? I was surprised at how aggressive he was being with me considering that they cancelled on me 3 times and now he showed up almost an hour early on a Saturday morning quoting $50 more than what was agreed upon. If anything, he should have waived the cost of materials for the inconvenience of the whole ordeal or at least apologized. Instead, I was met with a man who treated me like I was an inconvenience to him and his busy schedule, and how dare I have a problem with being charged an extra $50. At this point, I was uncomfortable with the way he spoke to me and with the unprofessional way he handled the situation, so when he asked me again if I wanted him to do the job, I told him to leave. Let me tell you that I have never been treated this way before by someone I was paying to do a job, and in my own home at that. I have thick skin, and I put up with a lot more from these people than most people would have done, but his attitude and treatment of me was appalling to say the least. Words cannot begin to convey how rude this man was. While I cant speak to the quality of his work, I can tell you that the man who showed up at my house was not a nice person, and if this is how he and his wife are running a business, Im very surprised that they have been able to continue doing so for this long. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.
