    Ac not working. They added Freon and tracer. Did not see any leaks. One month later Freon all gone and ac not working again. Went back and they now said the expansion valve and the line were leaking and needed to be replaced for over $1000. Went to Robinson���s automotive next day whom I trust and they replaced the service valve and charged it up for $160. At previous visit I heard the employees complaining that the owners were putting pressure on them to bring in more money. I guess this was part of that plan.

    I'm grateful for 87 Garage for helping me today. I took my truck to another repair place and they didn't even have time to look at the engine to tell me what might have been wrong (my gtruck was dead last night and this morning but eventually starts, and I am driving to ATL today). So i drove up the street and the owner of the garage said to just pull it in and he would take a look (he was also booked up for several days). It was a small problem that he immediately identified and fixed and barely charged me. I feel comfortable driving a six hour trip with the truck now and I am happy I found this garage. For locals and tourists alike, I would recommend this garage. Thanks.

    When we first moved here, my husband went there. He needed something on his car. He's really nice, personable, gave discount for military; retired veterans. My husband just likes the guy. He thinks he honest and fair, so we just keep going back. We never shopped anyplace else. Thank goodness we haven't had any major issues. Just the regular oil changes, that's it. Oil change and brakes now. I'm going to need tires here pretty soon, so I'm going to go back to get some tires. He said I could wait until my next so, I'm going to listen to him. It's not going to be cheap either. My husband seems to think he's really good on price.

    Gave a quick and fair estimate. Arranged transportation and payment via phone. Kept in contact through the whole process and were very honest.,.. so I thought... They repaired the same thing again and it didn't last... I'd try other shops first.

    from beginning to end awesome experiance. they had trouble finding air conditioning line for my 2003 Dodge Durango.. Trevor was awesome. He would call me with daily updates on my car. he finally found part in Texas and expiditad shipment. Living in Florida air in my car is neccasary. I alco explaied to Richie Starr taking vehicle on long trip and he did a free inspection for me. Detailed billing too.

    I went to get an oil change and tire rotation.  The check engine light was not on.  They said the O2 sensor needed replaced and the car needed to be aligned.  I said just to do the oil change and tire rotation.  Another company said that I didn't need the work done.

    SANDY SANSING NISSAN
    I was looking to purchase a used Cadillac after leasing with Nissan for
    the past 6 years back home in NJ. I found a 2013 ATS that ended up being
    at a dealership in Foley, AL that is owned by Sandy Sansing. I had
    spoken to Kristin Moffitt who is with the dealerships internet
    department about the vehicle. It is listed at 22k with 33k miles. She
    told me they could pick it up and bring it to Sandy Sansing in Pensacola
    and I told her to let me know when they get it and I would head up
    there being I live an hour away. I received an email from her on 1/3/14
    in the morning saying someone was going to the dealership in AL, picking
    up the car today and bringing it to the Pensacola and she would let me
    know once it arrived. About an hour later I received another email
    saying it had arrived. I even responded asking" it's at the dealership
    in Pensacola"? She responded it was and gave me the address and said it
    was at the Nissan dealership. I contacted a sales guy I had spoken to
    last time I went up there looking at an Infinity they had and advised
    him of the car and that I was heading up there. The salesman told me he
    would get the car and have it ready when I got there. He called me back
    advising the car wasn't there and it was in there AL location. I
    explained that Kristin Moffitt told me several times even by email that
    the vehicle was there and they brought it from AL. He advised they
    didn't and the two ATS they had were 25k and 27k. I contacted the GM and
    told him about this. I explaining the entire story, told him I have all
    the emails saying a sales manager was picking it up from the Alabama
    location and bringing it to Pensacola and then telling me it's there. I
    told him Jason (sales guy) told me it wasn't there and no one picked it
    up. The GM said he would look into it and make sure it's not there and
    get back to me. Never heard back from GM. Sales guy (Jason) ended up
    texting me a short time later that the car is still available and in
    their AL location and I could meet him at the dealership and drive up
    there with him if I want. I told the GM my wife and I just moved down
    here and my wife just got a new lease from Sandy Sansing and that I nor
    her will ever get another vehicle at their dealership again. This is a
    sleazy practice and they allow an employee to knowing lie about this and
    wasting an hour drive for a car she knew no even brought to the
    location. I wouldn't buy a vehicle from this dealership if it saved me
    two thousand dollars. These tactics aren't used by reputable dealerships
    up north. Was not sati. sfied with the GM handling of this. Kristin
    Moffitt knew very well she was lying about the vehicle not being there
    and should be fired for doing so. Since she's still employed and the
    lack of response from the GM it's safe to say this is a typical practice
    at Sandy Sansing and no action is taken when they do this. I have all
    the messages and emails from Kristin Moffitt and will be filing
    complaints with the BBB and appropriate agencies so others are aware of
    this.

    Was very pleased with response time and guys seem to give a very good look over of your car.  Although it was a lot of money it had to be done.  Job was done before promised and final price was a little below what quoted.  Have now made them my auto care center.
