    Carrabba's Italian Grill
Carrabba's outperformed every caterer with EXCELLENCE and GREAT FOOD. My wife and I got married on November, 2016 and Manager Mark Rojas stepped up to the challenge of feeding 120 people. They arrived early and prepared the food and appetizers. Along with arriving early, he scheduled numerous servers to serve the wedding party and guests with GREAT service. The food was cooked on site and it was AMAZING. My wife and I are extremely grateful and happy that we chose Carrabba's to feed our guests for our special day. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING THEIR CATERING SERVICES...THEY CAN HANDLE ANY SIZE PARTY AND THE PRICES ARE AFFORDABLE!!

    Davoli's Catering, Inc.
I am still hearing how wonderful my reception was from all my guests. Everything that Mr. Davoli promised, he delivered and more. In our contract, we agreed on a Fruit & Cheese montage with chocolate fondue. There was so much added that we never expected, and the tree was nicer than what we were shown. The dinner was beautifully presented, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. I would recommend Davoli's Catering to anyone. From my intial contact to the evening of my reception, I never felt stressed. Mr. Davoli made me feel confident in his company, and he delivered 100% and more.

    LE JARDIN ON PARK
I was not involved in the planning of the wedding nor did I see the couple's contract. However,I was disappointed that the owner would not allow a speaker to be placed inside the house for the music and announcements to be made where the majority of the tables were set. This meant both grandmothers who were unable to go outside did not here the music nor the toasts. Even though the owner had told the bride, this would be possible. The food and music were located outside due to the the size of the two room seating area. This held approximately 10 tables for 8 people. This is a lovely location but not suitable for 100 people or more. There were no alternatives if it had rained. The parking was located down the street. Again not suitable for bad weather or disabled guests. After the bride's family had packed dishes and was preparing for a final walk through after the reception ended, the owner would not allow the mother of the bride back into the site. The cake plate, a container belonging to the bride's mother and some silver wear , small plates and flower arrangements were left behind. When I called on Monday after the Saturday event and left a message, my call was not returned till Wednesday . The owner assured me nothing was left behind other than a few forks and that the cake plate would be picked up by the cake company. Although I offered twice to come by and look for the missing items, she refused. She said she would mail the forks and deposit refund to the bride. Two weeks later, this has still not been done. While the couple was on their honeymoon, the owner spoke with the mother of the bride and threatened to charge the couple an additional $2,500 for the use of the hall prior to the 5pm wedding time. Even though the owner had told the bride there was no problem nor charge for her family setting up at 12 noon. This owner appears to be very sweet and kind and generous when renting her facility. But she was very uncooperative and inconsiderate the day of and after the event. Although it is a most lovely old home and adequate for a small event, BEWARE of this OWNER/OPERATOR?. She does not follow through on her verbal promises and is a difficult person to deal with. I definitely would caution others to beware and get all " promises and details" in writing. In total contrast, as the groom's family member, I had a wonderful experience with my caterer and the sight for the rehearsal dinner. No problems. No false promises or additional charges.

    Davoli's Catering, Inc.
PROS:  1) Flexible and agreeable to any changes in the menu or adding tables 2) Easily agreed to special menu requests (gluten free, kosher, vegetarian, etc.)  3) Kept in touch with frequent e-mail messages  4) Very friendly waitstaff that were very hardworking.  5) Very positive feedback for the hors d'oeuvres.  CONS:  1) The bride had a very specific food allergy and it was agreed that this food was NOT to be served at the reception. It was served.  2) The couple spent a lot of time personalizing the place cards for each guest that were color coordinated with the meal each guest had requested. This was communicated to Davoli Catering to assist their waitstaff and met with appreciation. However, at the reception, the waitstaff were clueless about the color coding system and had no idea which guest had requested which meal.  3) The couple had specifically requested that Davoli catering not serve ice cream and were assured it was to be substituted with an extra vegetable. This did not happen at all.  4) We made it clear that Davoli catering was to slice and serve the wedding cake. This was fine, but they did not provide plates for the cake slices!! Did they think we were going to bring hundreds of extra plates? This was so confusing to deal with in the midst of the wedding reception. Also, the couple communicated that they DID NOT want to save the top layer of the wedding cake, it was to be sliced and served. This was not communicated and the catering staff boxed it up -- the couple donated it to a soup kitchen.  5) The children's menu was served in adult portions and the meat was in huge slabs that had to be cut by adults. The meals were obviously not for children, just additional adult meals served to kids. 6) The meat for the entrees was sad, soggy, and way way way overcooked.  7) The couple had handmade specific items to be placed at each guest's place setting for the reception. This was explained to Davoli catering and the company agreed to place one of the items at each guests place setting. Instead, the items were tossed in the center of each table next to the floral arrangements. Quite the display of laziness and neglect for something special.  Overall, I would never use Davoli Catering again.

I called them to cancel and have my money refunded, but she would not refund my money or any information stating that she would refund my money. She has not returned any of my calls.

Ruby Reds Floral & Garden LLC
PROS:  1) The owner was very professional and agreeable and willing to work within a budget.  2) The business was very willing and flexible to attend to last minute changes or additions of bouquets 3) The flowers were delivered in a timely fashion and were well packaged  CONS:  1) The wedding and reception had a specific flower theme. This was clearly communicated to the florist. Imagine the shock when these flowers were not included anywhere in the ceremony or reception. We had discussed using silk flowers if fresh ones were unavailable. It was very very very disappointing.  2) The brides and bridesmaids bouquets were TINY. Hardly bigger than your fist. We spent thousands of dollars and had not requested expensive flowers. What a rip off!!!  3) The corsages and boutonnieres for the wedding party were amazingly tiny. Each flower was hardly larger than a penny or a dime. It was not even worth spending the money for such tiny flowers that could not be seen! 4) ALL the flowers for the wedding party were dead by the end of the ceremony. The brides bouquet was wilting and dripping flowers as the walked down the aisle. The bridesmaids flowers turned brown by the end of the ceremony, and the corsages and boutonnieres were dead as well.  5) The bouquets for the actual church and reception did well overall and met the color scheme of the wedding. They were grossly overpriced for such teeny tiny floral arrangements, but at least they survived the four hour event.  Overall, I would never ever use this florist for anything.

    LE JARDIN ON PARK
My husband and I were in a bind because we rented a house for our wedding and the owner sold the house three weeks before. We looked everywhere for a venue that would allow us to set up on Friday and take down on Sunday. We found Le Jardin on Park two weeks before the wedding date. We were soooo excited! Michael was willing to work with our situation. She agreed to let us set up on Friday and have our rehearsal there and agreed to letting us do hair and makeup there and break everything down on Sunday. Our situation was different than most because we built all of our own tables and bought antique couches, we already rented chairs and any extras from a rental company. We didn't need Michael to do anything except let us use her space. Easy right? We had no idea what we were in for. The day we went to sign the contract she acted like she had never said we could do our hair and makeup there. After arguing for 20 minutes because I had already contacted the hair and makeup people and all of my bridesmaids she finally agreed to let us, but acted like it was the biggest inconvenience EVER! The day before the rehearsal dinner she text my husband that we needed to be done at 7, when she had already agreed to letting us go until 7:30, only to find out that she wanted to have drink with her friends for cinco de mayo. When we signed the contract Michael said the band had to be done at 10pm because of the noise ordinance. The day of the wedding she was 20 minutes late letting us in for hair and makeup. Also, she told all of my guests it was last call at 9:45 and told my band it was their last song at 9:45. A band can play three songs in 15 minutes. She could have let me know that it was almost 10, but the band knew to stop at ten anyway. To top it off she kept our 300 dollar deposit and lied about damages that were not there. My husband and I would not change a thing, because our wedding was absolutely perfect in spite of Michael. It's so sad that she owns this venue because, it is absolutely perfect for an intimate, outside wedding. I don't think it's worth the hassle of dealing with Michael. She says one thing and then does another and is mentally exhausting to hold any type of conversation with her.
