    I called Thomas at about 5:00 and asked if he could come the next afternoon. He said he couldn't, but he could come about 7:30 if that would be all right. He showed up on time and went right to work. He was able to fix our printer problem and then asked if there was anything else he could help us with. Since we had recently gotten a new computer with an 8.1 operating system, we did have him explain and simplify some of the computer functions. He was a very personable and capable young man. We would definitely call him again.

    They built a new computer for us, and we have been pleased with it. They put on it just what we wanted and did not have all those trial versions and other things. Overall, it was fine. We took it to them and we picked it up; in terms of calling them on the phone, they were responsive. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

    I can't begin to explain what a wonderful and honest man Bob Conrad is!!!! He's even told us when something's not necessary (saving us money). Aside from being reliable and honest...he's fast!!!!!!!!!!! We only trust Bob with our computers!!!

    Repair was done on time when promised. I showed up 30 minutes before he opened and was driving off to return later and he flagged me down in parking lot and let me in early. I could not have been happier. I was in the area early and decided to take a chance and it paid off. I will use him again.

    friendly greetine, professional assessments of my needs. He actually fussed at me for having done something stupid online (upset me at first, but when I got passed that, I realized the was trying to educate me to how not to do that again. Gave an estimate of cost of serviced and time when computer would be done. I really like this guy and his company and will keep going back to him as long as he is in business.

    John came to the house promptly and as requested checked out an old Dell computer, did some general maintenance and back up. He re installed software and also set up a router to the connection upstairs so I would be able to use a new laptop elsewhere in my home. I showed him the new laptop I had just purchased. He had trouble getting it to load and before waiting much longer, he suggested I send back the laptop and purchase another that did not have problems with the initial set up. I could have gone to various computer stores and the Navy Exchange to purchase a new laptop, but I asked John what he would suggest. He told me a Lenovo would suit my needs. I asked him to bring one to my home, but it was on back order, He returned a week later with the new laptop, installed the software transferred the data, and showed me how to use the new computer. The router he had installed worked fine initially, but when it lost the internet access...(it happened a couple of times while he was at my home,) he told me how to go upstairs and unplug a connection - wait a few seconds and plug it back in. He did not know why I kept losing the signal - but he thought it might be the location of the laptop in various places in my home or perhaps my phone usage while on the computer. The problem with the router was beginning to cause me much frustration. As this installation and purchase was just before the Christmas holidays, I was gone from my home for several weeks. I mentioned to my sister my problems with the router, and after seeing the size of her house and where she used her laptop...(without ever losing her service or having to unplug the router) when I returned to my home- I called John and told him what I learned from her. Instead of having another trip charge for John to come to my home and exchange the router, he told me how to unplug the router, remove the connections and asked me to take it back to his store. He was not able to give me the same brand router, because the store was out of stock..but he gave me another brand. It said it was a re furbished router on the box, but he said it would not matter. I took it back to my home re installed it the way he told me and I've not had any dropped internet since the exchange was made.I am happy with the Lenovo laptop and I am able to use it anywhere in the house, apparently the first router was a dud.

    On several different occasions they called me and told me they'd have a computer ready for me but then some excuse or another I never got a computer. Eventually I asked for my money and was never able to get ahold of anyone after that. I left them several messages and faxed them and no one responded to give me my money back. I finally got ahold of someone that works there and he told me he didn't have the $50 but he'd get it taken care of by the end of the week and call me back. He's never called me back.

    This was one of the most painful experiences that I have ever had. The initial install appeared to go well but when numerous problems started to appear with the installation they seemed to be oblivious on what to do.  First, they came out on several occasions using different technicians and simply guessed at the solution.  Then I was told by different technicians that there were different problems and that they would return to replace a faulty part.  After four weeks I called the store and told them what the technician had said and they had "no record of it".  So after being told by the 1800 number that I would have to go back to the store and deal directly with Geek Squad, I did.  Then the store told me that I would have to call the 1-800 number that the store could not help me.  Then I went home and called the 1800 number again.  After 1 hour and seven minutes arguing with the 1-800 tech I demanded a supervisor who made an appointment for a tech to come out with the correct part.  When the tech arrived he had NO PART and said that there was nothing noted about bringing a part.  Two days later (today)  I went to the store to see the manager.  He assured me that he would look into it and call me back.  NO CALL>  These guys are the most disorganized unprofessionals that I have ever met.  RUN from them.  Get anyone else to do the work.  These guys will be out of business by the end of the year.  The only thing  that is consistent about them is their incompetence!
