    Took my Porsche to have the top replaced. Pick up the car and the next day the dashboard stated "Top Out of Alignment." Called Porsche and they said to not drive the car with the top down. Porsche serviced the problem and stated that Statewide did not install the top properly. Went back to Statewide to inform him. He made a few adjustments as I was getting wrinkles on the folds. Told me to water the top and wait three days. No help. Went back to Statewide where the owner would not stand behind his guarantee of work. Told me his could not afford to honor and to get a lawyer .I have reported Statewide to the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney general's office. Processor getting a lawyer

    I called Delta Mechanical, they quoted me a price or $547.00 for installation of a water heater (water heater not included). When they came to install my water heater, they checked my old water heater and found it to be in very good condition and told me it really didn't need to be replaced but they would if I wanted to replace it.They didn't find any rust or leakage and said it should last about another 2 years. They actually saved me a total of $895.74 (cost of water heater was $348.74). They also suggested I buy a moisture detector at Home Depot ($9.99) so I could put it on the drip pan in case of any future water leakage it would sound an alarm.
    When I actually replace my water heater I will definitely call them. They were courteous, prompt, honest & professional and their installation price was very reasonable. I was very impressed with them.

    It went great. Driver arrived a few minutes early, really nice and said he was early and happy to wait if we weren't ready. He took our luggage from inside our house and checked it in for us at the airport after a smooth ride in his town car. Another driver was waiting for us as we entered the baggage area coming home and took our luggage from the conveyor belt to the car and upon arrival home, took it into our house without being asked. Having serious back problems, not having to touch the luggage made the trip much more enjoyable.
    I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

    The driver was running a little late on the 10th of October but kept calling to let me know where he was and what the holdup was - school traffic.  Gary made the ride to the airport very comfortable by talking to me as we went and when we ran into traffic he suggested another route if I wanted.  He was very engaging.  On the return trip, I apparently missed the driver as I headed to baggage claim.  The original driver said that another driver was assigned and would call me to find out what happened.  We did connect and the trip went well.  I did like that the first driver did engage in conversation and that made the trip go faster.  I would definitely use the service again.

    When I arrived to retrieve my U-Box, I was informed by the staff at the Delray storage facility that the box fell apart -- the nails on all four corners broke free and the box literally fell apart, dumping my belongings onto the gravel. The staff at Delray Beach were very good and they carefully placed my belongings into a different U-Box. Unfortunately, several items were damaged beyond repair and several items ended up missing. Total damage and missing amounted to a meager $363 dollars out of the $1800 spent to ship the box to Florida and the approximately $180 spent storing the box. The staff at U-Box storage in Delray Beach were upfront and honest with me, the box was of an older design and it fell apart when they lifted it with a forklift. I have been trying for almost three weeks to get U-Haul to send me a damage/claim form so that I can initiate a claim for the damaged and missing items. I am beginning to feel that this company is stone-walling me. After all, how long does it take to send a piece of paper (the claim form)? I feel I am not being delt with in an honest manner by U-Haul. My loss is not a lot of money -- it is the principle -- their U-Box fell apart spewing my belongings onto the gravel below. I want the corporate office to acknowledge this (the Delray office does acknowledge this). My complaint is NOT with DELRAY STORAGE CO. My complaint is with U-HAUL who rented and transported a substandard box which caused damage and loss to my personal property.

    I called them out of the blue, based solely on their online advertisement. I could not get my car over to them, and so they picked it up, did the work, and returned it to me. Simple. And did the work as requested, going beyond what was promised re quality and final touches. Simple, and optimum experience from start to finish.

    We were scheduled to be picked up at 6:30 PM to go to dinner. Arthur the Driver for Lisa Marie Limousine Service showed up 15 minutes early which put our minds at ease right off the bat.When we came out to get in the car Arthur our driver offered us cold drinks that were already in the cooler on ice in the back of the Limo he also showed us how to whorl all the controls on the touch screen module.(A/C, TV,Radio etc.) The back of the limo was nice and cold which we appreciated because we were dressed in suits and evening ware. We went to Dinner at 32 East in Delray Beach when we got to the restaurant Arthur Gave us his card and said he would park just around the corner and when we were ready call him and he would be there in just minutes. We called Arthur and he was there in about three minutes. After dinner we wanted the se the sites and Arthur took us on a tour of some of the local hot spots we had one of the best night we have had in a long time thanks to all of Arthurs suggestions. in closing the experience we had with Lisa Marie Limousine Service was the best night out we have had in a very long time.* Arthur was the most professional, well spoken, well dressed and knew just the right places to take us for a great night out* The Limousine was spotless inside and out.* the office staff was polite and professional ( we have already booked another date for the Limo)* The pricing for the night out was very reasonable compared to other companies we have used in the past* we have no problem in recommending Lisa Marie Limousine to Any and All of Our friends.

    I called a few days before and made arrangements to be picked up early in the morning.  The evening before Nestor called and confirmed the time, which was great.  The next morning he called to let me know he had arrived early and was in my driveway whenever I was ready.  I was greeted with a nice friendly smile from a very professional looking driver and lead to an immaculatly cleaned  car.  It was a pleasant drive as we chatted away.

    On my return, I called when the plane landed.  Nestor greeted me by name and was there when I came out the door with my  luggage. My trip did not go well and Nestor patiently listened.

    Overall, a great experience from a nice gentleman with a super clean vehicle and winning smile.  I have already put Florida Sun Taxi in the permanent list at my gate house and contact list on my cell phone.  I no longer need to worry how to get to the airport.  Thank you Mr. Ochoa
