    Great experience with this company. Aaron & Veronica make a wonderful team. They are punctual polite and professional. The tile around my pool is brushed, the sides, and of course the bottom. Strainer is emptied, chemicals tested and added when needed and all of this is done weekly. The filter is cleaned monthly. My pool has never been cleaner ! I would definitely recommend this company no matter what size your pool is. They want to please, and they don't mind when I watch them or ask tons of questions.

    I would highly recommend this company. From the very start Joe was honest and professional and beat the lowest price I found. His electrician Mason was incredible and courteous and took his time to answer all the questions I had from start to finish. This company is top notch and if your in need of any pool repairs or installation I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Joe and your whole team .

    John, from Pelican Pools, was a subcontractor for my refinished & retiled pool. As contracted he came 3x a week and did an outstanding job cleaning the water and getting the proper chemical levels for the pool. He worked diligently to clean all surfaces and constantly tested the water for proper levels. He was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. He even got our pool pump primed and working again. He recommended putting in a new filter, which we did. He told us, upfront there would be an additional charge for the filter. It was a fair price. The day after he finished, my filter stopped working correctly. I called John back and he detected that we needed an new gasket/seal. He only wanted to be paid for the gasket, installed it, gave the pool another quick cleaning, made sure everything was right. It was a pleasure to do business with a person who knows how to do the job correctly and demonstrates good customer service skills. Don't hesitate to hire John, from Pelican Pools. The cost below includes cleaning for the month, filter, and gasket.

    We were impressed by the many positive reviews on Angie's List, Google, and Yelp. We were also impressed with our initial visit with the Project Manager, Barry. He measured, showed options for resurface and tiles. He presented all valid licenses and insurance documents and wrote down all details about work to be done and payments. Then things slowly began going down hill. First, the man who showed up to drain the pool arrived with a short drainage hose and could not do his job. Next, Barry called to tell us the tile we ordered did not arrive because the person who does the ordering recorded the wrong style number and did we want a similar tile so we could start the job sooner. I told him I don't appreciate bait and switch tactics and we have a contract for a specific tile you promised to deliver and install. He apologized and said the tile would be in, in a couple of days and they would start the job right after. The pool drainage worker came back with the proper size hose, and then the workers arrived and, shortly after Barry came. I was told there would be one bilingual person (Carlos) on the job to communicate with us. But Barry took off, and shortly after Carlos took off, too. It appeared everything was going well with the refinishing until one of the workers tried to communicate with me. I contacted Barry, who contacted someone else, who communicated with the workers. An hour later, the workers approached me, again. Again, I called Barry and we went through the same process. This happened third time and Barry told me to leave his workers alone and let them do the job! I told him his workers came to me. Again, he told me to back off, leave them alone, and anything that goes wrong ROSS Services would take care of. On another day, I saw acid dust flying all over the place. The workers never covered the pool handrail, the lamp pole on my patio nearby, and plants. One worker didn't even cover his face with a mask and was choking. But I didn't call Barry until I saw orange stains all over the brand new pool steps. It was drippings from the handrail which was also terribly discolored. Also, the pole lamp lantern tops and pole was all discolored. Two of the plants were gone, too! After numerous attempts to get a hold of Barry, he and 2 workers finally showed up days later and personally cleaned the handrail, and pole & lantern tops and acid washed the steps. He also said the plants died because of lack of water. All of this could have been avoided if things were covered. His remark was we live and we learn, but we corrected it. After the pool was resurfaced and tile and skim job was done, it took 3 more contacts to try to get the men to finish the cement and paint work by the skimmer. I made the final payment to Barry, John, from Pelican Pools, was to get the chemical balance maintained started coming. This was part of the job. He noticed the grout was peeling along the top of the tile.He texted Barry pictures of this and told him he needed to take care of it. I called Barry who said he would contact Carlos to come and correct the problem. After 3 more attempts within 10 days, and promises he spoke to Carlos and Carlos would contact me, I gave up. I called the main office, spoke to Martha. She got Carlos on the phone, and he was at my house within an hour with two workers. They re-grouted the entire perimeter, told me it needed to dry, and he would come and repaint it if I supplied the paint. Luckily, I had some left. He also told me Barry had never contacted him about this and Martha was the first time he heard about this! Carlos gave me his contact information. We made arrangements for him to return, he confirmed by text before coming, and came and finished the job. We were extremely pleased with the pool service guy, John, from Pelican Pools. He came 3x/week for the entire month of July and got the pool sparkling clean. He even made minor adjustments at no extra charge. I never thought I would have to put in a contract that I need an bilingual speaking person on the job at all times. I was really fooled by Barry and the way he presented the face of this company. I believe the employees of this company do quality work, but they do not need an ineffective person like Barry who fails to communicate effectively, in a timely manner, and does not follow through. When spending this much money, we would expect a much more professional level of communication between the home owner and the Project Manager. However, the pool does look terrific, but the experience left a lot to be desired.

    I went with Lou's recommendation on the pool pump and it not only works great but I can see a difference in my electric bill. He went above and beyond in the diagnosis of my faulty heater. I was very thankful. He is honest and does great work. I would highly recommend!

    It went great. My pool looks fabulous and working with Kevin is a pleasure. Kevin ALWAYS calls back or texts promptly and he is just as easy to call after the check is cashed! I have already recommended him to friends. He stayed with the original quote with no added extras later. After the agreement was signed he told me that a month of pool service, new end tiles for the steps and a supply of muriatic acid were included. His crews don't dawdle around, are very polite and clean up after themselves. For the record I am fairly picky and if I'm happy, most others would be too.

    Steve was very professional , showed up on time diagnosed multiple problems I was having with my pump, valves and heater. Other pool companies had previously serviced my equipment and all stated they really couldn���t repair... better to just replace, etc.... Not only did steve diagnose my situation - he resolved all my issues ! I couldn���t be more satisfied . If your looking for honesty and reliability I highly recommend steve and poolmaster Tod Feit

    We are very pleased with the services provided by Blue Water Pools. We had a leak in our pool and gave them a call on a Friday. Mike came out first thing Monday morning. He quickly found and fixed the leak. We highly recommend Blue Water Pools.

    We were refereed to Kevin and Bluewater Pools from a neighbor. We met with Kevin and explained that we need to have the diamond bright re-done and also wanted to pick a new tile and add a background image to our pool. Kevin listened to what we wanted, assisted us in the tile selection. Once we picked the tile we wanted, Kevin said we could look for any kind of background image we wanted and he would be able to get it. We found "It's Five O'Clock Somewhere" and Kevin was able to get it for us. He then laid out the time frame for the job. We liked what we heard and gave Bluewater the job. When Kevin told us the time frame , we told him that we would be going out of town and he said it wouldn't be an issue. The work was started on time and was completed on schedule. At the end of the job, Kevin gave us the instructions on what to do for the next month. Kevin and his crew made this job painless and we would definitely hire them again.

    Stephen did a great job replacing my pool pump. I called him yesterday, he diagnosed the problem over the phone at which time I sent him my contact information. I came home from work today and the pump was already installed. You don't get service like that anymore. Some of my other equipment is rather old. When it is time for replacement Stephen will be the one I call.
