    Phil Rossi is an arrogant, egotistical, demeaning person. We had a flood and my wife shattered her knee cap. When I called for advice, he said call insurance company. I explained situation and he just was cold and told me he could not help. NEVER ASKED ABOUT MY WIFE. He only cares about commissions. I willNEVER use him again. STAY AWAY

    I've been with them for 29 years.  They used to be great, now they're just another insurance company.  They may not be very bad, but they are not better or more caring then other highly rated companies.  I had minor damage to my front bumper caused by catching on the concrete wheel stop in a parking lot.  I was willing to pay myself but after several calls to USAA speaking to different people they assured me I had accident forgiveness and it would not effect my rates.  They suggested that I might as well report it as I hadn't had a claim in many years.  WITHIN 48 HOURS I GOT A NOTICE THAT MY UMBRELLA INSURANCE WAS INCREASING DUE TO AN AUTO CLAIM. (that  claim remains in force for 3 years.  With compounding, it won't take many years for them to get the price of my claim back and then some)
    I called to ask if I could stop the claim and pay it myself and they said it would still be on my record.  Additionally I can not get a better rate at another company because I have an accident on my record.  
    As an aside I also have Medicare part F with USAA.  MY wife has it with another well known company.  when we started there was only a $10 or $15 dollar difference.  with recent increases by both companies, I am now paying $76./month more, but being over seventy I can no longer afford to change companies.  I still get decent service, but buyer beware they are a business not your friends.  29 years and well over $10,000/yr in total premiums, and I don't feel special.
    PS  Don't try to talk to management on a weekend.

    They are very good, very attentive, you can call them up at any time, and they will give you their best in the matter. They are pretty good. I had 2 old cars, and they had a lot of insurance, and they were able to help us go through them, and not needing so much coverage. There was an auto accident, and they were very quick, and they gave me a list of people I could go to for having the car repaired. On the home side, after we had a hurricane, they sent someone here, and what I thought was covered was not covered. Elviz Perez have been helpful in the past, they have helped us reduce the cost of insurance on our cars, and even give us advise on our home. We wanted flood coverage, and he checked and saw nobody has had flood around here. I am quite satisfied with him.

    Needing to consult a general insurance broker, my wife and I
    went to A&J Insurance Services for a review of our Car,  Umbrella and Home
    insurance policies which were since long established dating back well before our
    recent move.
     
    Welcomed by a most attentive and friendly Alfredo Diaz (owner)
    in his office, he had Ano problem finding identical coverage, unfortunately
    however the carriers ratings, nor the premiums could be improved upon. Alfredo's
    time spent with us was no object and his honesty stood out
    throughout.
     
    We left with a most positive impression and recommend his
    services to anybody.

    I was able to improve my home with a new roof,  new hurricane shutters,  new garage  door, new front door and all

    the work was inspected for miami dade hurricane proof.   I took the advise of the agent in Eaton Insurance co.

    I have a mold issue in my home and Heritage Insurance has taken eight weeks so far to determine if they're going to clean it up. I'm still waiting for an answer. We've called them four times recently and they haven't responded. They do not respond to claims, did not represent their company well and have no courtesy to their policy holders. The mold is a danger to my health and I also had to dispose of some of my belongings because of it. My insurance adjuster is fine and responsive, but it's the people over here who are not responding to their clients or their workers. She's waiting to hear from them, also. The engineer came to inspect things to give his report, and he still hasn't done that. They haven't even told us if we should not be living in the house, because of the health risk. I'm just hoping they do something soon. We don't have a big choice here with insurance companies, but if I had another choice, I would absolutely not use them again.

    I have been using them since I was sixteen. I have had a phenomenal experience with them. They have been incredible. I was in a severe car wreck years ago, and the other driver didn't have insurance, so this company paid for everything. Their prices are beyond reasonable. I will use them for the rest of my life.

    I have had my home, auto and life insurance with this agent for the last 5 years and my experience has always been positive. The office staff is knowledgeable, polite and always willing to help. The insurance rates are competitive and I always get a real person on the phone when I call the office. I would recommend this agent anyone
