    Sam was excellent professional and did a great job moving old d/w and retiled and got new d/ w in and tiling was excellent and also did some electrical work installing over stove fan. On time called before arriving to let me know when to be at my new location. Wish could give higher than A. Sam was a wonderful find on Angie's List.

    At first, it didn't go well. It was frustrating because the receptionists do not understand English. So the repairman showed up at my house when I was not their. He left a message and a card. I called him back directly. He came, He was GREAT, professional, friendly and he fixed it. I would call him back. I cannot speak to the women that answered the phone again though. Although curteous, don't understand, and very frustrating.

    A great experience. Appointment was made for service call to narrow down the problem. I was given a time window on a certain day and Matt called me when he was on his way. Matt narrowed down the problem, didn't mind me asking questions and watching. Part was ordered and installed for the cost of the part plus a small labor charge. This company is professional, courteous, timely and reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to hire them again when I have any electrical issues.

    My dryer no longer produced heat. I called and left messages with three places since it was the Friday after Thanksgiving and no one was open. R & B ( which was my preferred service) called back on Monday morning. I explained that I was in a dither about repair or replace. The dryer was 13 years old. I did not intend to be living here for another one or two years and I was concerned on the depth of the new dryers fitting into the space. The wonderful personable young man I spoke to asked for the model # and told me parts were available. He explained it could be one of two things. He gave me prices for both. I was able to get an appointment the next day and I was also able to schedule the vent to be cleaned. The next morning, Matt arrived exactly within the time period with a smile on his face. He vacuumed all the dust bunnies up when the dryer was pulled out. Everything was completed quickly and very cleanly. I was very happy with both people I interacted with. I told both of them, they turned my frown upside down, and now I am smiling. Don't look any further call R&B for your service needs. Neither of the other two ever called me back. I wanted R&B because they could also do the vent cleaning.

    Was called within 5 minutes. Was here within 40 minutes. Had the right board in his inventory to replace the bad board in my refrigerator. (The part was a bit expensive but would take that over replacing the whole frig anyday!) Outstanding customer service. I would use this company again anytime I have an appliance issue.

    Matt was pleasant, responsible, and punctual. He came and diagnosed the problem. He came the next day twice with all parts and fixed it. It is working fine now. His price was very reasonable. I would use him again and highly recommend him.

    Matt showed up on time and was courteous, friendly, clean, professional and knowledgeable. Matt fixed my issue quickly and replaced the two water hoses to the unit. He even helped me put the washer and dryer back in the laundry room (I had moved them both out). Great service

    On the diagnostic trip, they explained the problems and answered my questions very well; they were also polite. There was a problem with them showing up at the time of the appointment (apparently their earlier job that day ended up taking longer than expected). Charged $134.95 to diagnose the issues with the icemaker and the microwave. They credited the icemaker diagnosis charge toward the cost of the icemaker repair, so that left us with paying $258.01 to replace the icemaker motor. -- total cost to diagnose and repair icemaker, and to diagnose (only) microwave = $392.96. Since we didn't have them replace/install the microwave, that 2nd diagnostic fee remained uncredited. Once here, they did a good, prompt, and thorough job. I recommend them and would use them again.
