    The staff in the office are so courteous and friendly. They know their job and they do it well. The technicians have extensive knowledge regarding your needs. They show up at the time that your appointment was scheduled. I have high-end appliances and I would not trust them to anyone but the ECM team. Thank You ECM

    I called Rosner's and ordered a washing machine for my work place. I explained that I needed it ASAP as we do laundry on site. The machine was delivered the next day. We ran a load and discovered it did not spin and it leaked on the floor. I called and got them to replace the machine the next day. I told the salesman that I was going to wait to run a load before signing the delivery sheet. When I did not sign the sheet right away the delivery man became belligerent to my employees and myself. He tried to blame the water leaking on the floor from the wall. He took no responsibility. I called the office to report the incident and asked that the delivery manager , Jeff, call me back and he never did. Once they had the money the service was terrible. I used to call them for my appliance needs. Not anymore.

    .I went to Rosner's to purchase a refrigerator when ours went out. Base price was $1,499. Upon my return home, I found the same fridge online at a competitor's store for $999.  When I called the Rosner's about this, they immediately reduced my price $466.  No hassles; no argument.     Technician was on time and represented ECM extremely well, did not rush thru the job took his time and fixed it properly, I know I was his last call of the day and never once felt he was justed to get home, explained ways of keeping this from happening again and always explained why it did happen......GREAT SERVICE
    ECM is the best and I have had a contract with them for many years, they are friendly, reliable and their staff have the best skill sets for whatever needs to be repaired...I always think "it's okay I have ECM just a phone call away

    An ECM technician came on Monday, July 6, 2015, and found a coil that was frozen and causing condensation, but he was not sure about the cause.  He called the office and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday with another technician who is a refrigerator expert.  Two men came on July 8, 2015, and did some testing, discovering that there was too much freon in the line, which they corrected.  The men were prompt, professional, thorough and and neat in their work.

    We went to purchase a small refrigerator and upright freezer. We bought a small fridge from the provider. We chose to pick it up while we were there. We paid, brought the receipt to the pick up area and they informed us they did not have the fridge in stock. The rep that worked with us said they show they are in the system and offered to special order it. We declined since we needed it the next day. She told us to go back downstairs and get a refund. No apology, no trying to help us find another one comparable. We went downstairs for the refund and they took quite a while to get the refund straightened out. It was our first experience there and will certainly be our last. We went next door to Best Buy and got our fridge. The time spent at BrandSmart was over an hour. It was a complete waste of time.

    I recently contacted Rosners for new appliances. I asked them to price match a dishwasher and refrigerator. The declined to price match either items saying those were the lowest prices even though other retailers sell the same models for a 150.00 dollars less. They advertise a low price guarantee and that if they aren't the lowest price they will beat it by 10%, well that's not true. In the end we ended purchasing out appliances from Home Depot and they price matched all the appliances without any problems or questions.

    We needed specific dimensions for new stainless steel kitchen appliances. We had tried 2 other stores but the salesmen weren't very knowledgeable. Then we went to Rosner's and Staci Rosner helped us pick-out the perfect matches. The day after ordering the appliances we realized that the handle on the dishwasher would interfer with a cabinet drawer opening. There was no hassel in changing to a different model and it was done over the phone. The appliances were delivered on the date that we requested and they fit like a glove. If you are looking for great customer service, go to Rosner's.
