FHome Safe ClaimsTerrible. Couldn't replace plug. Tore out original plug. Said had to order new one, that would be here in 2 days. Paid $375.00. Said it wouldn't cost much. Four days and no word from plumber. I called and was told another 2 days. Another 4 days no word. I called again, left messages. No return calls. In tne meanwhile I had to hang my head over tub to brush my teeth and wash my hands. Just had a stroke recently. Going on two wks. I called again. Finally Steve (the plumber) called back and stop by. I feel it was dis respectability not to call your client going without the use of their sink, without calling. I could've had another plumber fix it within days. A professional should never leave a client with those conditions (use of bathroom sink) go so long without service. Disrespectful to not call or return calls. The first bill was paid immediately and service call to fix sink was included, which being a so called professional should not charge twice for something that wasn't done correctly the first time, and to have a client waiting almost 2 weeks without use of service, which was told 2 days.- Rebecca Z.

AExcellent! Nevin was very knowledgeable and polite. When we hired them to install a new ac/heat pump package over three other companies, we did so because of their professionalism and honesty. They were not the least expensive but when you consider what their offer included over the other three companies, it was a "no brainer"! Their suggestion to install another return vent was spot on. Our home now stays cooler and warmer in EVERY room. The electric bill has also gone down. Family owned and showed up on time. A rarity in Florida.

FExtremely pushy salesman tried to sell us a $8000 system when we said our budget was $800-1000. He took offense to us not wanting to buy his system, refused to leave the house until we “reconsidered” his proposal, and called his supervisor to let him know that we we’re being unreasonable by asking for time to think about it. I found out afterwards that some of their sales force only gets paid when they make a sale in the spot - hence the resistance to giving us any more time to think about the purchase and his refusal to leave our house after we said no. Terrible business model. Outrageously overpriced system. Terrible experience
