AZach's Lawn CareKevin at Zach's Lawn Care did an excellent job for me at a very reasonable price. He updated my irrigation system in my front and backyards by replacing the sprinkler heads with low flow drip sprinkler heads, repaired leaks to the old system, and upgraded the panel to a digital display with the addition of a rain sensor which will prevent the system from going off when it is raining. The actual work came in at approx. $100.00 less than the estimate. I can't even remember when that has ever happened before. To top it all off, included within the price and without my even asking, Zach's Lawn Care will check on my new irrigation system every 3 months to make sure I don't have any clogs or leaks and will unclog the sprinklers at no charge, as necessary. They will also adjust the timers to account for seasonal changes, at the start of the winter and spring. This is the kind of old-fashioned great and personalized service that is so hard to come by these days. I wholeheartedly recommend Zach's Lawn Care.- Rosanne G.

AZach's Lawn CareKevin has become my lifeline at my property! He come over to the property in a very timely manner and got my property ready for my next tenant. He performed a few repairs that were needed, set up the TV that had been disconnected, got out my many chairs that were put into the house pre-storm, got me pool chairs out and cleaned up the lawn. He than cleaned up the landscape which was a mess after the storm. Kevin is very dependable and most importantly just a genuinely nice guy!- David C.

Explained our system to us & made sure it Was Set up how WE wanted. we had too many sprinkler heads for our small yard and most were not functioning properly, they capped them off where they needed to & turned others to water our yard instead of neighbors. AI cannot recommend Mark and his team enough. I was having drainage issues in the back and along the side of my house. I sent an email to Eau Gallie Wholesale explaining the issue and asking for options on ways to fix it. Mark came out and walked me through his recommendations as well as the reasons behind them (which was unexpected but greatly appreciated). He also gave me a reasonable quote along with some fair expectations as to how much the drainage would improve. He and his team did an amazing job. You honestly could not even tell they were there once the sod took root and the lawn was back to normal. Not only did they come in slightly under their estimate, but the drainage was even better than he originally told me to expect. My neighbor even noticed the improvement and asked me who did the work. I was more than happy to point him in the direction of Mark and Eau Gallie Wholesale Nursery!

DOnce Mr Lionel Thomas is the home inspector your in great hands !!! He’s a straight shooter 1000% !!!! If Lionel recommend checking for termites and basil send you someone get the report insist on seeing it before your closing!!! Any other recommendations from basil will be unprofessional don’t make the same mistake I did please !!!! Just to name a few $17,500 Cash complimentary food ,my payed Materials all gone and ..... if your looking for all your brand new items in your home painted up ,cement and full of dust not to forget on finish paint job in EVERY ROOM, new Windows with paint all over the outside, I was told by him and him team everything is finish ,after driving 14 hours clean and mop my dad room to give your 80 year old dad a bath to find out there’s very little water coming out his bath by then where coughing from the bleach , there’s not enough water to wash out the shower, went to second bathroom same problem but a little more on the bottom . Theses are brand new showers ! water leaking under the sink and they put a T-shirt under after 3 months 3 weeks don’t take any advice from basil. His intention I think is good buy at the end of the day I’m paying for a service not empty words and unprofessional work ! He’s a smooth talker that will cost you stress and more money in the end !

FTerrible after several years of decent service the tech actually killed the grass. I called last Tuesday and they sent out somebody out Thursday that did nothing but take pictures so I called again and finally got a call today (no resolution) that yet another person had to come out but it would be Monday before he could be there......are you kidding me you killed my grass and now no results just waiting for the guy on Monday to pass the buck yet again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

FWe have used this company since 2009-2014, for several properties per
month. The service started out pretty good for the money, but then
throughout the years, went to very poor quality of work. The
communication and follow up from the owner was not good. The invoices
were not professional and not itemized, making difficult to know what we
were paying for.
