    I used them in late November.  It just seems that they could maximize my claim money more, not that they do a bad job, I think that they, I don't want to say overcharge but it seems like my claims money isn't going as far.  Their  service is great, everything is great it just seems like that, I don't know, I don't know if their charging too much for the sitting fee or whatever but something seemed like it didn't add up right but they were nice, they were good.  I would use them again.  It's just if you want that A make sure you're taking care of customers especially from, just make sure you maximize that money man.  Make sure you're taking care of your VSP customers very well.  They have a nice waiting room.  The doctor is good, she is real good.

    It went great. My appointment for the surgery was at 11am. The only hold up was me, my nerves kept them waiting for a few extra minutes. Everyone there understood and told me to take my time. It turns out that my nerves were for nothing. The whole surgery took less than ten minutes. The laser time was less than 7 seconds in each eye. There was absolutely no pain at all. A bit of pressure from the contraption used to hold my eye open but absolutely no pain at all. I am sorry I waited so long to do this. The next day at my follow up appointment my vision was 20/15! Also had a one week follow up with 20/15 vision! Will go back in for a one month follow up, as well. If I had known how simple this was I would have had Lasik years ago! I am telling all of my friends to get in there and have it done!

    After getting my prescription, I wanted to get my glasses because I had previously used this company for my son's glasses and didn't have this much hassle. Unfortunately, it appears their quality of service has dropped since my son got his(about 1.5 years ago). First, I couldn't get anyone to assist me the first time I went there because there was just too many people and very few employees. But that didn't bother me much because I did realize they were really busy. I came back the next day which was wednesday december 5th and was helped after 30 minutes of looking around on my own, despite not being that many people around. The employee, Cynthia was pleasant and helpful and I was able to narrow down my choices with her help and finally settled for the two I wanted. She told me that they could have it ready late that day, but was relieved when I told her I wouldn't be unable to pick them up until the following day. She mentioned that the person handling the glasses told her that if people didnt mind, she should tell them to pick them up the following day instead of the same day because she had a lot of work and wasnt sure she could finish the same day. I replied that I did have a previous engagement later that day and that I couldnt pick them up until the following day the earliest. Cynthia assured me this wouldnt be a problem since the glasses should be ready by early the following day(thursday). Due to unforseen circumstances I was not able to pick them up until today(friday). Upon arrival there was one lady before me. The one employee working came back to inform her that her glasses were not ready because they had to be ordered. She immediately complained that she had been hearing that for the last 10 days. The employee clarified that the glasses were not ready at the moment but that they would be ready in one more hour. It didnt bother me much because I do believe that anyone can have a fluke. So Imagine my surprise when he goes to check on my glasses and comes back and asks me, "did anyone call you to tell you they were ready?". I replied that I was told they should have been ready by yesterday morning and that this was a whole day extra they had. In fact I mentioned that she had even told me they could be ready that same day I ordered them but that they had had a lot of clients and were running behind. He proceeded to tell me that the girl who took my order was new and that they usually tell people that glasses take a week( which kind of contradicts the "same day service", they brag about in their website:

    The above was taken from their website, and while the disclaimer does say some lenses require more time, mine was a single vision lenses, not even bifocals. The employee also proceeded to tell me that my lenses took longer to get and that, that was the reason they were not ready. Then he added that they would be ready later today. So, I am not sure which excuse was real, that the girl didnt know she was supposed to give me a week to get my glasses or that the lenses where just not in. I do not appreciate any business that makes me waste my valuable time and the gas on my car. Also I work nights, 12 hrs and loosing time of rest while getting glasses that I was told would be ready but then weren't is not something that makes me want to give this people any more of my hard earned money. I would have much rather prefer to be told straight up front that my glasses would take longer, instead of being told a lie. Be warned about these people. If you need glasses in a hurry, this is definetly not the business for you, as they have proven unreliable and liars.
