  Six months after install of gutter covers, I noticed the down spout getting backed up with leaves. I could see that the cover did not go all the way to the downspout. I texted Kevin April 8, 2019 and sent a picture. He wrote back: ���I���ll take care of it.��� After 2 weeks I called and he said he would be by in a few days. I waited at home and he never showed. After additional texts to him and leaving phone messages which he doesn���t return I climbed up a ladder to see if the cover slipped out of place. Looks like he never even installed it all the way to the end of the gutter. Needless to say I would never use him for any of the services he offers. I have the texts and phone log to prove how many times I tried to contact him.

  Joseph Ford (owner) gave an estimate that was reasonable. Brought his young son with him. Told me he was going through a divorce and had cancer. Gave him a downpayment for the job, but then he never showed up. His voice mail was full when called and he never returned text messages.   David called and came out right after receiving our name from Angie's List. He gave us a written price for what we wanted. He checked back a couple of times and we had to wait for a tree to be removed. We called when the tree was removed and let him know we were ready for him. Then we went through days of rain and finally a dry day and he came out and put up our gutters. He discussed everything with me and did a lovely job. Next year he will come back and finish the house. We were pleased with his work.

  The job was done very well and as promised. The employees were polite and cleaned up after the job. Several weeks after the job I called and asked for a quote to extend 2 of the downspouts out past my flower beds. The President of the company came out and offered to extend the one and actually re-work the other one so it completely missed my flower beds. When I asked how much it would cost, he said we will cover it. This was awesome customer service and beyond what I had hoped for. They came out the next day and did just what he said they would, at no additional cost to me. In this day and age it is very hard to find a company that will simply do what they promise, it is so refreshing and nice to find a company that does more than what they promised. I highly recommend this company if you have any guttering needs.

  Very well. Quote came right away. Good materials, the technician cleaned the gutters and they were pretty bad. We live under several live oaks, and the leaf guards make a huge difference. Two buildings, main house and cottage.

  I am very impressed with their service. He arrived exactly on scheduled time and completed the work quickly. I thought it would take longer, but he was very efficient.   It was excellent, it was fine work. Essentially they guttered my house and installed two underground drains. I have some drainage issues, some of the spots are not good.  So, I During the hurricane, we got about 14-15 inches of rain in a very short time. I had no backup problems at all. the drains work perfectly the drains look good. There were some issues initially because of the changes I made. We had to reschedule their trips a couple of times. They were very flexible and accommodating. They probably made at least one extra trip out here for my request and I ended up getting it for the original price. So, I'd say that was a good deal. they were really clean no sharp objects left around. I have dogs, so, I'm very sensitive to sharp objects those type of things, but they were neat and clean.
