    Not well. Installers not well trained, could not install. Went back to dealer to see what else we could do. Rude, arrogant & not well informed. Went Tto hhgregg & got appliance, and at a lessor price.

    Martin's Family Appliances is the best in Gainesville--be sure you go to the Main Street Martin's, not the one on the west side.
    I don't even both with estimates for appliances or service from other appliance stores. When I need repairs or replacements I go straight to Martin's because I know they won't steer me wrong. When something breaks down, as all modern appliances do, they're responsive, helpful, professional and friendly.
    I've shopped with Martin's Family Appliance for over 30 years and have no complaints.

    he fI called Appliance Savers Repair after getting an email about an Angie's List deal. I had not heard of the company before, but when I saw a review saying that he fixed a 4 year old LG refrigerator, I gave him a call. He answered the phone right away, and I told him at length about the problem we were having and that I had had another repairman look at it. I also told him that there have been serious problems with this model and that the other repairman and a local appliance salesman said to trash it and get a new one.
    Mike felt it was worth trying to fix it.
    He was able to come the very next day and spent over three hours checking everything and trying to diagnose the problem. He was willing to remove the doors to be able to get to the back of the unit, something the other repairman did not do.He admitted to being baffled, but wanted to try replacing the freezer thermistor in case that was the problem.  He returned the next day when the part arrived, but that did not fix the issue either.
    I have never had an appliance repairman work so hard. He was so good about explaining what could be going on and how he was trying to fix it. The amazing thing was that refused to take any payment for his work, saying that he came to do a diagnostic on the appliance and that since he was unable to repair it, we should not be charged. This is my first experience with anyone doing business this way. I would recommend him to anyone.

    Technician came out and replaced a bad bearing in a dryer, tech did suggested additional parts, which require spending more that the dryer cost. He said it might go years without a problem if not replaced. We did the basic repairs and heard a pounding noise after the tech left.  Called back, and was told by the service manger, who by the way, has a real attitude problem and may cost this company much desired business. He told us that we did not do the recommend repairs, which the tech said was ok not to do. The service manager did not feel a need  or have a desire to stand behind the work they did.  Bottom line, they do not stand behind their repairs and the service manger is rude. Be careful if you use them for appliance repair. We suggest that you call Cornerstone Appliance Repair 352-454-3607.

    I went to their store with my part that I needed in order to fix my washer.  They were unable to match the part but took the time to see if there were alternatives, which there wasn't but overall I felt that they did the best the could and didn't try to brush me off.  I will use them in the future for other repairs that are not so problematic.

    Was great to talk with someone who was able to explain the differences in dishwashers and suggest options that meet our needs.  Highly knowledgeable about different appliances and manufacturers; gave us good advice about making appliances last longer and perform better.  No pressure to buy, reasonable prices, and good selection.  Feel better knowing someone will care if we have a problem - different from feeling like an anonymous customer of the big chain stores.

    I don't remember the exact date the service technician was here from Martin Appliances, but it several months ago. My daughter had overloaded our front loading Kenmore washing machine. When it was running and hit the spin cycle, it started making an extremely loud and grinding noise. After stopping the washing machine, and taking out all the wet clothes, it still made the sound and I figured that a gear or similar had been stripped. We called Martin Appliances the next day and they came out for service. We explained the problem and the tech thought he knew what it could be. He took apart the washing machine housing, and found a sock that got spun out of the tub into some mechanism. He removed the sock, put it back together, and it ran fine. We've been using it for months now and have not had any problems. I was charged $90 for the service call and labor time, which is a bargain, especially when you consider that since we didn't know anything about washing machines, the tech could have said it was anything and charged us accordingly. The tech simply fixed what was really wrong, and was finished in less than an hour from arrival to departure. I will be calling them again when I need an appliance repaired.

    They are an excellent company. Their prices are very fair and they are upfront about additional costs and they inform on the quality of each product. They will let you know which option has what function. After they installed the stove they went over the proper way to use the product.

    I chose them because the y seem to have most everything, so it is a good place and when I compare prices on line, I usually find it LOWE'S is very reasonable. It is a pleasant place to shop and they are very  responsive and easy to do business with.

    On the 22nd we turned on our range. We heard a loud bang then smoke appeared. This company advertised that they are on Angies list so we called them on the 23rd. Within an hour a serviceman was at the door. He showed us that the assembly where the power enters the machine was destroyed, burned and melted. He told us it could be repaired but the electronics could have been affected. We decided.

    .  We determined not to repair it and to buy new.  We went to the showroom that day and bought a range.  The price of the range was about $20.00 more than an online purchase (which did not include installation and disposal of the old range.)  The sales man told us that their product was service and he was correct.  The next morning, as promised they delivered an installed the new range.  The installer pointed out the cause (A loose connection - previous owner had self installed.) he asked about the other appliances which were also self installed and inspected the dryer.  He found a crimped vent tube and replaced it.  There was no charge for these additional services.
    This was probably the best service experience we have ever had.
