Attempted to contact twice. First time via telephone where I left a detailed message and requested they call me back. The second time I went through their contact link on their web site. I filled out every entry on the form and asked for a response via telephone, email, or text. In both cases I was never contacted.

Everything they've done has been top notch quality! We took 3 bids and they were the lowest bid. He also told us how to put certain things in a separate bids, and just gave us a lot of extra tips on how to save us money. They didn't skip days or weeks, they were here every day and they worked. All of the workers were very nice people. The house was 20 years old when we had it added on and you can't even tell there was an addition.

We hired Carlson Enterprises to do some siding work on our home. We had T1-11 siding put on when the house was constructed and throughout the years it had sustained water damage, rotting areas and parts of the bottom edge were peeling away. We were extremely pleased at the price that was quoted to us. The project began in short order and the courteous, professional crew got right to work ripping out the damaged siding and replacing it. We had a double pane window on the back of the house that was damaged and a neighbor had given us one that was like new. Since the siding all around that window was being replaced we asked if they could put in the window when they got to that area. They agreed to do it. Come to find out the window was a little bigger than the current one so they did the necessary adjustments in order to make it fit. They went above and beyond our expectations. We now have brand new, good quality siding that should last many years to come. We would definitely recommend Carlson Enterprises to our family, neighbors and friends.

Keith meet with me several times as we developed the design concept, starting out with my idea of a 2 car garage, and ending up with 6 car garage with a upstairs room with a wine bar. There were a few rough spots during construction, however, the finished garage is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Keith's employees, Fritz, Chris, and Mike, as well as his sub-contractors, did an outstanding job. The new building fits into a tight space I had, and blends in with the existing house well. I would recommend Keith and Remodeling Pros

When we dared ask some questions and express concerns about some of the terms in Riverside?s building contract they got upset and now they outright refuse to build our home, even if we agree to every one of their terms.  They did not even have the courtesy to tell us in person, and we needed to have our realtor contact them to learn the truth.  In my opinion, they behaved like a toddler having a tantrum.  My advice ? stay as far away from Riverside Homes as you can.

as How did it go?  It was a nightmare from contract to closing.  I would not recommend Dream Finders to anyone for new home construction unless they a) have a strong stomach b) can be at the job site nearly daily c) have a good lawyer d) have a good realtor (which we did thank god!) and finally a very good home inspector.
We found the sales representative to be very condescending and disingenuous during the pre-construction process and she was virtually invisible during the construction process, including when we were trying to resolve issues she helped create.  The Dream Finders process for going to contract is very frustrating in that the sales center can only essentially quote floor plan/construction items and gives you zero insight into pricing/options at the design center, which is an appointment that comes 3-4 months down the road from going to contract and the design center won't quote anything until your appointment.  So, you are left in limbo with prioritizing how you spend your money on options for the home and how much money to set aside for design center upgrades.  Additionally, you are left with only one 3 hour appointment to make all major design center decisions for your home - which is very aggressive.  Further, you leave the design center with no samples or anything to remind you of what you actually picked.
    Construction issues we encountered:
    1. Concrete slab was poured and within 72 hours the front porch and back lanai had significant cracks.  Both had to be jack hammered out and re poured.
    2. Roof decking was another major issue, apparently its an acceptable construction practice to smash out sections of the roof decking with a hammer vs. going down from the roof to get a saw and cut the board properly.  I questioned it and the builder said there was no issue.  He only changed his story after I contacted the roof decking manufacturer and was told summarily that warranty claims would be denied in instances where the photographed construction methods were used.
    3. Our home inspector found an issue with how the stucco was not run up behind the soffits on the home in key areas.  This is a risk for moisture intrusion long-term.  The builder originally agreed to fix it, then relented and we fought for a month to get the issue fixed correctly.  It got so bad the builder even offered to give us our binder deposit back.
    4. The final walk through process was a total joke.  Any other builder we've worked with has sufficient quality control processes in place so that many items are caught before they make it to your punch list.  Our builder seemed content in doing the bare minimum possible and hoping we would not catch issues or flaws.  We spend 2 hours on the Sunday before the walk through developing a punch list on our own and 2 hours on Monday walking the house with the builder.  We came to agreement on what needed to be done, later that week most of the work had still not been done.  Monday of the closing, the house was filthy, the wood floors were still damaged and most of the punch list had not been done.  We refused to close and only then did things actually start to happen.. Why did it have to get to that point?
We frequently walk our dog at night and meet many neighbors and virtually EVERY single homeowner has a DreamFinders nightmare story and is not happy with them.  Trust us, build with someone else!  You'll thank us later

I had my house built and was finished in Jan 2009.  Between then and now several cracks have been appearing in my stucco around my entire house and cracks in the driveway.  The taping around the windows was fixed once by the builder during the first year warranty, but they have started to appear again.  I have been told if I do not get the cracks fixed in the stucco that I could have serious water damage.  I would not expect this to happen on a 6 year house.  I have looked at several houses in the neighborhood and do not see the damage as in mine. I was told that they did not stucco to the thickness required.  My house was the first this contractor builder built and very disappointed with their quality.

We are happy with our purchase and overall experience. However, our yard took over a year to rectify the flooding issue. After living with dirt in our side and backyards for several months, they finally came out and put sod down. Even with all their attempts to fill in the low spots, we still have standing water in the yard. Richmond American has given up at this point and they haven't done anything else for us.

Justin showed up at my residence on time and I felt as if everything was going well.  We discussed my desire to build a small cabana alongside a pool that was going to be built.  The cabana was to have a bathroom, storage area as well as a summer kitchen.  Justin left my house and never contacted me with an estimate.  He didn't even have the professionalism to return a call letting me know he was not interested in the job.
Would not waste your time having him come out to offer services.

Joe works at an intense pace. He also talks the entire time he works, so you have to get used to that. But he doesn't stand and talk, he WORKS and talks.
In my opinion, he doesn't take short-cuts. He thinks things out, explains what he's going to do and why, and then executes.
I've used Joe's services several times over a 10 year period. If you want quality and a fair (not bargain) price, call Joe.
