My wife and I are very thrilled with the experience we had with On-Time. We hired them for our gutter installation first and were so happy with the job they did we called them back to screen in our back porch. From the initial quotes to completion of both jobs, the entire process was a breeze. We felt like their focus was 100% on us and not ten other jobs. This is probably because their scheduling is correct which is uncommon nowadays. Their employees were very nice and worked hard to get the job done right without rushing. They were very knowledgeable in what they were doing and you could tell by the final outcome. We have neighbors who had the same services completed by another company in the area in which the materials were of cheaper quality and job they did was unsatisfactory. This is not the case with On-Time, all the materials were of the highest quality and the workmanship exceeded our expectations. I recommend On-Time to my neighbors and friends every chance I get. We will be calling them back to do more work for us in the future. Thanks On-Time!

I was very happy with their service. Their price was by far the lowest, but they were great! They did a good job, they were prompt, and very professional. They were very helpful and gave me tips for upkeep on my house. They even did a little extra gutter work for us!

these guys did an awesome job. Jeffrey is very knowledgeable and his crew is friendly and efficient and easy to work with. These guys know their stuff. Price was reasonable and work was performed as expected. Any adjustments were immediately attended to. And we intend to use these guys again to build our screen porch. I would highly recommend them!

L & J Gutters was installing gutters on the new house being built beside my home.  The gutters were removed during a reroof and I had been wanting to get gutters.  I stopped next door and spoke to Jeff,  after he had finished with the job he was working on he came over and gave me an estimate,  I signed that night and he was back the next week to install.  They did a great job and the house looks even better with the gutters.

Work was started on time and completed in one day.  I have no issues with work quality. Looks good.  They do a great job of cleaning up the area after the job was complete.  Great guys. I would use them again.

It went terribly.  Agerton Construction charged a lot to subcontract this roof. It leaked from day one.  He would go to the house and caulk this or caulk that.  After a year an a half of the roof leaking terribly, we had no choice but to call another roofer.  That roofer discovered that they did not even use the correct materials. They had to tear the less than 2 year old roof completely off and start over.   The new roof has not leaked at all despite torrential rains.  We had 2 year workmanship warranty and 10 year materials warranty, but so far to no avail.  The owner agreed he would refund $4,600 to us which we decided to accept, but nearly a month later we don't have the money and he has not responded to us.

They have excellent price and they matched the property and buildings.  They did an excellent job.  I recommended them to two or three times to other people.  They did exactly what they told me and he followed up.  He did great.  I had a tall 3 storey house and they were up high.  They do it all great.  They were right on time and responded to my calls.  They were professional and cleaned up after themselves.

The service did not go well. Went from bad to worse. The owner seemed really on the ball when he and crew came for the estimate. So I hired them instead of the others to install gutters on my new home.
But actual service was very poor. First they pushed out my install by 3 weeks but said they would get to me sooner since I lived near their work facility. Never happened. The Friday morning they were finally due to come I was worried because no one had called to confirm a day or two before as most prepared businesses will do...( in case homeowners may have forgotten and workers waste time driving to and from etcc......)
Sure enough didn't hear a word, so I finally called them to alert them that there were other big trucks showing up at neighbors homes to do major work in the new neighborhood and soon street will be hard to get into with their big trucks too...but there was no answer so I left a message.
Received a call approx.1-1/2 -2 hr.'s later that they would not be coming at all. Wow really? I was here waiting. The guy said his boss told him to call. The worker also said his boss was on a fishing trip. The workers showed up following Mon. morn with completely wrong color of eaves. Luckily I had went out to look at the product in their truck before I left home. Otherwise I would have come back home with a big surprise. The workers agreed they had the wrong color and said they didn't understand why the boss ordered this color for my home....they fully intended on putting them on anyway, it wasn't until I insisted that they stop that they did, in which they said they would have to leave and comeback later, but first they called the boss to no avail.
So they left and you guessed it, they did not come back of course. Next day they showed up, worked some and they left early. I called and asked why they left so early (around 2:00 when I returned home), and they said it looked like it was gonna rain. Which it did not in fact. Hmmmm..... Guess boys will play when the boss is away....
Finally three or four days in- the aluminum eaves were up and upon returning home I noticed my gates were left wide open on either side of yard and equipment was lying around and shards of metal scrap as well. As I walked around I was shocked that they had left such a mess ALL OVER my yard, especially with fresh-cut sharp edged pieces with my kids and dog here.
Then I found a huge Rubbermaid type of bin that was full of alum. gutter elbows, completely new supplies no less. So I wondered were they really finished with work or not? So I took pictures. Finally, a couple days passed and nobody called or came back. Everything was just left this way. Was really disgusted with this service, and eventually "boss man" called me for his payment when he got back from his fishing trip.
I told him I felt like I shouldn't pay full price because of everything that went on and how disappointed I was. I told him while he was out having a nice time that I was here supervising his employees. At first he was apologetic and then we discussed a price change and suddenly he was angry. It was like an instant flipped attitude. But I was not happy either and I did not think it was fair, and finally he said forget it I want you to pay full price anyway. I told him no way, I won't pay that amount, so long story short he went to the courthouse and took out a contractor's lien out on my home within days of this conversation.
Now, because I own my home and there is not any mortgage on it, I could have let his stupid threatening lien sit there for years and years to come, but my fiance' insisted we pay him as he did not want a fly in our hair later on in case we ever decided to sell and move one day. So I did what he suggested. All in all, I know I did my part. We ended up only in disagreement of around 40.00, in which I would have been happy and would have accepted his apology.
But as it turns now, I would never care to recommend him to anyone let alone ever install gutters on future properties for me, my family, or any friends if I can help it.  Buyer Beware! In the eyes of the law, by not flat out denying and/or turning down an email that has a price and date to do work from a licensed business, it is the same as accepting and signing a legally bound contract!!! This is really a serious thing and these so called "contractors" know this and can get away with almost anything they want. Do your research, even if it doesn't seem like a really big deal. This guy knew exactly what to do and jumped right on it without missing a beat. He's obviously been here before. Good Luck!

I live in Florida where the wind can really get going. Installing the larger vents offers more protection from blowing water and the leak was fixed. He inspected the roof, ordered the new improvements that I wanted and installed them in about a day and a half. Good job and he answered all my questions and made some good suggestions. I usually don't trust contractors but Mike did good work at a fair price. This is one contractor you needn't worry about.

Our experience with Mike Dean was exceptional.  I would highly recommend his company and confidently use him in the future for other home projects. We called on a Sunday and He began work on a Monday and we are delighted with the results of the new roof.
We had several companies bid for the work and he offered the best price for the service provided.
