    I ordered a Dion plasma pen that was defective. We exchanged multiple emails regarding the device because she wouldn't accept the fact that the device did not work. I had to send her a video to prove to her that it didn't work. I am a college-educated medical professional, but she questioned my ability to use an ON/OFF switch. I finally got her to agree to exchange the device, but I had to pay for the shipping and additional insurance as the device cost $500. When I received the replacement device I immediately turned it on, checked it out and it all looked good. Two weeks later when I was ready to finally use the device, I turned it on and it worked for like 60 seconds. A plasma pen zaps the skin to perform the treatment. This pen zapped my skin 4 or 5 times and then was dead. When I contacted her, she tried to insist that it was something I was doing wrong. I think if it was me, that the device would not have worked at all, but it did work. It worked for a few seconds and was done. At that point, I did not want another device replacement. I don't have faith in that particular brand of plasma pen, so I just wanted my money back. Again, I had to pay shipping and insurance. She initially tried to say that she didn't think I was inside of the 30-day window for a refund, but I had all previous emails and tracking numbers to prove the time frame. She grudgingly agreed to refund my money, but she kept a 20% restocking fee. Companies are not allowed to keep a restocking fee when the product is defective. The product is not a good brand in my opinion. Having received two of them and both of them were defective. EWB and the woman that owns it is unscrupulously. You do not keep people's money when you are the one selling defective merchandise. With the money she kept and the cost of shipping and insurance, this experience cost me $150. I don't recommend her or her wares.

    Excellent work... Dr Makimaa is a fantastic doctor... He diagnozed my problem, clearly presented my options and performed the procedure at the same appointment. I only wish all my physicians were as good as he is... Also his staff are just as good... A very friendly considerate office... very efficient as well.

    Like I said, I would always make an appt with Regina Epple before I would see if a doc was available! I don't have to wait very long to be seen and the office seems to run very efficiently. Make sure you know what kind of insurance you have and what you are expected to pay. More than once, they told me I had to pay for the visit up front, when in actuality, my yearly visits are covered by insurance, so I always tell them to call my provider to double check. Otherwise, if you pay up front and then find out later your visit was covered, it seems like you have to chase them down to get a refund.

    I was very pleased with Dr Bendowski's caring attitude. I have been to this Dr once before in Feb, he gave me a cortisone shot at that time and ordered above. This time I had another Cortisone injection but it did not seem to help. Because Medicare will only pay for one injection every 4 weeks, I have to wait until next week for a repeat injection. I had called and told Dr Bendowski's staff I was still in tremendous pain, they said they would give Dr Bendowski the message. This was 9am, I figured he would call me back in the afternoon but within a half hour the phone rang and it was him. He is a very caring doctor and I highly recommend him. It does take awhile to intitially get into see him but I figured if I would need knee replacement, I would want him to do it.. He is worth the wait. The injection was painless and it seems like he is doing everything he can to avoid surgery which is a good thing.

    Overall went very well. Mr. McGhan, p.a.c was very attentive and also sought the opinion of Dr. Roberts for the treatment of my allergic reaction. I had hives and welts on my arms, thighs and stomach. They asked that I return in 1 week to evaluate my progress. Also encouraged me to call if the hives and welts did not subside. I returned in 1 week and showed some but not enough progress so another round of steroid was prescribed. This did the trick. I was very pleased with Darrin McGhans services and desire to help me out. The staff was also very courteous and professional

    I have been using Dr. Lyon's office for a couple of years. I am a complete customer service snob and expect to be treated well ANYWHERE I am spending money. The girls that you first meet in this office are ALWAYS smiling and friendly. ALWAYS. They never act hassled or annoyed even at their busiest. I have never waited more than 20 mins to see Dr. Lyon and I never make an appointment. I have waited twice that with other doctors that I did have an appointment with. Upon seeing Dr. Lyon he is always friendly and easy going. When you talk to him you can see him hearing you. Like really listening. He always asks the questions you have forgotten to tell him on your own, he discusses with you the why and the how of his treatment. And then he listens again to how you feel about it. I can't say enough good about Dr. Lyon.

    HTHE NURSES WERE PROFESSIONAL, WELL DRESSED, NICE. I THOUGHT THE WAITING ROOM WAS A NICE CHANGE FROM THE OTHERS I'VE SEEN IN THIS TOWN. IT WAS HUGE, I DIDN'T GET FORCED TO SIT BY SOMEONE THAT WAS OBVIOUSLY SICK. IT WAS CLEAN, NEW MAGAZINES. THEY CHECK IN PERSON TOOK MY INSURANCE CARD AND TOLD ME WHAT I WAS EXPECTED TO PAY FOR THE VISIT AND COLLECTED MY COPAY. WHEN THE NURSE DID MY EKG SHE DID HER BEST TO MAKE ME NOT FEEL EMBARRASSED. WOULD RECOMMEND. TO OTHERS.
