Provides excellent cell phone service. My niece purchased a plan for me. I was sp happy with the personal contact and service that my son switched his service to them. 'I once had a problem with making a double payment. I emailed Christopher Ronzo, he contacted me immediately and helped solve the problem. In all my dealings with him he has been personal, courteous and professional.

I've been using them since 1969. My cell phone is $75 and the home phone is $45 per month. I have voicemail on my cell phone. I have about 750 minutes a month and I have about 3,000 rollover minutes. I have an iPhone and it is very useful. I've never had any problems with them. The store has been very responsive. They will say they will be at my house between 8-2 so they can't give me an exact time so somebody has to stay home. They come when they can and I've never had any problems. I've had a couple of lightning strikes that took out the surge protectors on the phones. There were some lines down that they repaired very quickly. It has been an incredibly reliable service.

I have had some billing issues with them but when I call, I always get it corrected, but sometimes it takes a long lengthy call and a long lengthy wait. I was charged for what I had not used, when I called there was a girl who was new and I don’t think she fully understood what I was trying to tell her because she was talking to me from Philippines and finally after being on hold for over an hour, they finally credited the amount. They have charged me twice in 2 months and I am holding my breath for 3rd month. My daughter also uses their services and she had lot of problems with the phone and she keeps going back to the stores to get it corrected. I frankly don’t like the fact that they are shipping things out to other places.

Because I can't get cell service at home I have to take long distance on my home phone. It is better than anybody else that has had phones that comes to visit us. I think their price is a little high. I talked to someone in their store but she was not very friendly. I thought she would be me to try to sign up for another contract or something like that but she did not.

I think my bill comes in the middle of the month.  I just have one line.  I am getting rid of them too.

would get a callThe tech fixed the home phone and 15 minutes after he left we lost it again.  I called ATT explaining the problem and that we needed the phone service due to my husband's medical condition and that their cell service here is spotty at best.  ( We live two miles outside Gainesville FL), she said she would write down that it was medically needed and we would get a call.  An hour later I called back and they said it was never put as medically needed and we would get a call from the repair center.  Two hours later we got a call that they would not be back that day due to heavy workload.  I called back explaining that this was not accectable since ATT broke it I needed it fixed today.  I was transferred and got a recording saying they would call back within the hour.  After the hour passed I called again and was told there was no one there to speak with that everyone had gone home.  If it is at all possible to switch from ATT I will and I would not recommend them to anyone

Things did not go well when I contact AT&T to get a booster for our family's cell phones. We have moved from a very small town to a much larger one, although still rural. After not being able to make or receive calls in the new house and getting only two bars outside, I mentioned the problem to the pool guy. He suggested, since he had the same problem, that I call to get a micro booster to boost the signal in the house. He said they would try to charge me for the dvice, but that if I persisted, I should be able to get it at no charge. I spoke to a young woman at AT&T who did, indeed, try to charge me $99 after a $100 rebate. She says the problem is thatvthere is only one cell tower in the area. I explained that since the lack of adequate signal and towers was thrir fault, I should not be epected to pay them $99. In the middle of the conversation, she hung up on me. Needless to say, we sill be looking for other providers who can offer a decent signal.
