I've been seeing Dr. Doolin for the past four years.  He really takes time with you to make sure he gets your vision prescription right.  Dr. Doolin carefully explains how your vision has changed and the status of conditions he is watching - e.g., "You're starting to get a little cataract; we'll see how it looks next year."  With other providers I have felt rushed through the vision exam and have been dissatisfied with the results.  Never with Dr. Doolin - the glasses I get with his prescriptions are always right on the money!  His staff are friendly and helpful.

Every time I have been to see Dr. Fregger, he and his team have treated me as a real person, which is not always an easy thing to find in the medical professions. They are prompt and friendly, and the one time they were running late, they kept me advised of the status. They have an efficient system for moving a patient through any pre-exam tests (glaucoma, peripheral vision) before seeing Dr. Fregger. The doctor is very easy to talk to, inquires about your life overall as well as those aspects that might impact your eye health. He is very thorough in describing not only changes in your eyes since the last visit, but also projecting what might happen in the future. I highly recommend Dr. Fregger.

I've been going to him for years and years for my eyes. He's been in the business for a very long time and he knows what he's doing. He never scared me wrong. I have progressive lenses and I can see so I'm glad about that. He's not a doc in a box with these mall eye clinics and stuff. His office staff is great. I would give him A all the way across everything.

When I first moved to Clovis, I needed an eye Dr. Called and spoke with Dr. Barkers office and the lady that answered the phone asked me if I could hold. You could hear laughing as she was trying to have a conversation with someone else. I said OK. 15 mins went by and I hung up to call back. She answered the phone again and asked if I could hold. I explained that I had been on hold for 15 mins already and just wanted to setup an appt. for a new patient. She told me there was a 6 month wait list for new patients. I asked if there was any way she could put me on a standby list and she said that she did not have time to do that and for me to call back in 6 months. Not happy.

I went to Dr. David P. Ditto for 15 years. I schedule my appointments for when we go back to visit. I won't change my optometrist! He is knowledgeable and professional. He and his whole staff are very kind and have great bedside manner. They treat you well, they are understanding, I can't tell you enough good things about them, they are just wonderful. They have treated my family so well over the years, I just feel safe with them. They do a great job, they are professional, and I trust the whole practice. Yes, I will continue to use them in the future - they are exceptional people.

Dr. Michael A. Fregger was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. He is very patient. He was very thorough and spent the time with you. He would go through the vision and trying to fit multi-focal contacts. It took three goes to fit my husband with something he was happy with. I was lucky and got it first time. He said I don't care how many times you have to come back and how many sets of contacts we need to try, we'll just keep working on it until we get something that you like. He is very competent and thorough and is willing to satisfy the patient, to meet their needs.

She is very sweet. She is wonderful and very patient. We have no problems. We have been with her for about fifteen years. She has never been that close to us but she is overall a good person and makes you feel good when you go to her office, just feels comfortable and relaxed around us. She is very gentle, very sweet and kind.

I went to other eye facilities, and I was not impressed. When we tried Walmart, I liked it a lot. The eye doctor is extremely professional, and I really like the eye doctor here. The office environment is extremely busy though.

Another reviewer mirrored my experience ... "They did a good job. They do not take Tricare unfortunately and that's the only problem, but I went to them anyway. Their availability for getting appointments is pretty good. I use my credit card for the billing and administration. It was easy and there were no problems. I will use his services again in the future. "

He is very, very thorough. I have been wearing glasses for 35 years. He double checks his work. When you get fitted for contacts, he gives you a sample pair to wear. Then you go back, and he makes sure they are correct. His staff is wonderful. We will use him in the future.
