ADavid Meyer Builder, Inc.It has been said that a contractor is only as good as the tradesmen that he hires. In the case of the renovation of our den, the tradesman that was used was Tommy Ealum, subcontractor for David Meyer Builder, Inc. Tommy Ealum and his crew did a fabulous job repairing the room and went over and above what was expected, with attention to detail. After roof damage by an EF0 tornado was repaired, a contractor was needed to repair the den, the room under that roof. David Meyer Builder, Inc. was selected from Angie's List . His proposal was submitted on May 3, 2018. Repairs were started four days later and finished on the date specified. The team was very professional and skilled in workmanship. The den now has a much better appearance with corrections on the walls, window areas, and ceiling. We would highly recommend David and his team to anyone who needs this type of contractor. The contracted price was more than we expected to pay for these repairs, but with the extra efforts of Tommy Ealum, we feel that we received a very fair deal.- Teresa Clemmons; F.

AArt Construction of NW FL LLCnewly emerging St Augustine grass sod before I got to the door. Putting that much weight onto a soft, waterlogged and sandy soil caused the truck to sink up to his rims. After depositing his load onto my roof the driver attempted to back out of the yard and promptly sank further into the wet soil. Only thing that saved him from burying up to his axles was a storm water pipe his rear wheels were sitting on. A very large (three axle) tow truck was called to pull him out of the yard. This resulted in some rather deep trenches dug into my front yard. Thankfully, once the onsite crew notified Art Construction's front office and provided the details of our situation they contacted the front office of the third party vendor who in turn informed me they would willingly work with me to rectify the damaged lawn. I am currently seeking a landscaping specialist from Angie's list to assist in restoring my front lawn to something I can maintain myself.- Carl C.

The price was less than I would have spent if I'd gotten rolls of fiberglass at Lowes and installed them myself. The install team was very professional and prompt. The price was competitive and what won us over was their ability to meet an immediate install request. The only negative thing we expereinced was when the ductwork was being done more care could have been taken to warn our family about falling insulation from the vents. AGreat! Tim did great work, he came by to ***** the work and gave us a very fair-priced estimate, he even offered helpful tips on other projects we discussed that weren't related to the work we hired him to do. He was very punctual both times he was in the home and very respectful of our request to wear a mask. He was quick to call when a spot opened up, and I really appreciated him thinking of us and fitting us in on short notice.
