I really liked Dr. Welch and her staff. They seemed very caring and knowledgeable. That was until the bills started coming in and our dental insurance wouldnt cover hardly any of the cleanings and cavities we had done for our children. Dr. Welch was not in our network under our insurance, which unfortunately was not disclosed to me. We are a family of seven with one income. Our insurance barely covered a quarter of Dr. Welchs fees. We were never told at any time that our dental insurance wouldnt cover the routine dental work she provided for our children. In 15yrs living in the area and working with in and out of network dentists, Ive never been charged what she charges for fillings and cleanings. We were charged over $3,000 for 3-4 fillings and cleanings for our children. And we normally receive 2 free cleanings a year per person under our insurance. Never again will I not make sure ahead of time what the fees are and what is or is not covered. I feel robbed and scammed. I went to Dr. Welch solely on the promise of her being a natural dentist. I will never be conned like this again. Beware and ask lots of questions regarding what insurance will and will not cover. I wish I had. I even called and spoke with the person who runs her front office. I asked if I could please have a cash rate to pay our bill because insurance wasnt covering any of it and was told no. Please save yourself the cash and headache and find a better dentist.

Dr. Graves and staff were very friendly. Dr. Graves has a great sense of humor and puts you at ease right away. The options for dealing with the tooth I need to have removed were clearly explained, and ballpark estimates of the cost (I'm a self-pay patient). Full mouth x-rays were taken prior to the doctor examining my teeth. There was no pressure to select any specific option, and pros/cons provided for each one. At the end of that appointment I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and a small cavity filled (that appt occurred today, 7/30/18). The dental hygienist was very friendly and explained everything she was going to do. Dr. Graves was very gentle numbing my lower jaw in order to tend to the cavity, and there was no pain involved in either experience (minor discomfort, but no worse). Fun '80s type pop music is played in the office, and both of my visits I've heard laughter and seen smiles from the entire staff and the patients. It's not a serious, stressful place to be. The prices are not unreasonable for the service provided, even having to pay out of pocket. I will continue to use Dr. Graves as my dentist of choice. The first appointment with the full x-rays, and exam to discuss my options for the baby tooth cost $230, and today's appointment to get a small filling done and a good teeth cleaning (7 yrs of buildup) cost $243.

Fast appointment. Less than 15 minute wait past appointment time. Got an honest referral for my condition to UAB when this practice thought that would be better for me than trying to address it within Ft Walton Beach and Pensacola orthopedic practices. By the way, I saw Dr. Brothers on request because he did a total knee replacement on me back in 2013. He did a terrific job and I seem to have had the easiest and quickest recovery of anyone I've met who has had the same surgery. If, God forbid, I need an ortho practice in the future, it will again be these folks.

My child has attended since november 2016. This has been a great experience for him. It isnt just a daycare. This is an excellent school and i have seen my son learn so much from going here. I highly reccomend childcare network.

My first visit was 1.5 hrs, with the first 20 or so minutes consisting of us discussing why I was there, Laura evaluating me, and then talking about the technique and what was going to happen. I walked out after the session with a little less pain, but the next day realized she'd helped an issue I hadn't mentioned (that I thought I would have to live with). My right knee would not fully extend immediately upon standing, due to tightness after surgery a year prior. After my first visit with Laura, the knee extended properly upon standing (without me having to rub it or hobble for a few steps) and it also flexes a bit better. The treatment she provides takes effect over time, and as the days went by, my hamstring pain got better (but didn't go away). We had discussed the probability that it would require at least 2 visits, if not more, to resolve my issue. I returned a week later for a 60 min visit, and my situation improved even more, and Laura said I was 85% toward my goal. I could return or just let the issue finish resolving itself if I didn't want to spend the money for another appt. A week after the 2nd visit, I had no hamstring pain, and only slight discomfort (tightness) when running, that didn't plague me after my run. Laura texted me asked that I return for a 3rd visit (30 mins) to get me to 100%, and I agreed. Why start something and not finish it? I went for my 3rd visit today (a week after my 2nd visit), and am very satisfied with how I feel and look forward to feeling the benefits in the coming days. I will definitely return to Laura if I have other issues in the future that this technique can benefit, or just for a yearly (or bi-yearly) body tune-up. I'd much rather have hands-on, caring therapy for my body than to take meds for pain and just feel like I have to live with it. I'd never heard of myo-fascial release before I went to Laura, but now I'm a huge fan and tell everyone I know, who might find her treatment beneficial. First visit for new client - $125 for 90 mins. After that, 60 min visits are $95. My total cost was $220 (plus gratuity, which is not required but I was happy to give).

I always feel as though I am given the same level of care they would provide to their own family. Everyone is caring, kind, compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experiences in every department.

This is my second follow up.  I had C4 though C7 operated on where a bone graft and metal splint was place in the disk spaces.  I woke up from surgery with immediate relief from the severe pain that I had been having in the back of my neck.  I am extremely happy with the whole staff that has taken care of me in the office and at the hospital.  They had a class that explained everything that was going to happen before, during and after surgery.  There isn't enough words to explain the wonderful care that I have received.  I thank God that I found Dr. Poelstra and his wonderful staff.

His bedside manner is great. I would absolutely use him again. I've been using him for about 15 years. He's absolutely outstanding and knowledgeable and extremely sensitive and caring of his patients.

The pharmacist's name is John. It's hard to say on the price  because I have a prescription drug plan and so the price is set but for other things that they have, they're very competitive with other drug stores.

This was my son's first daycare experience and he loved going here. They did special project often learning the different letters of the alphabet. They sent home special projects that I will be keeping for the rest of my life. Mother's day was really special! These women are amazing and so kind. I was even stuck at work one day unable to drive to the daycare to pickup my children, they were so kind as to bring them to me. They go over and beyond what was expected and they really care about your children. They are very special and very good at their job. I recommend them to anyone who has children. Thank you ladies! Ben misses going to your daycare.
