I live in Texas but my home is in Florida. Rob really took care of my projects and I was always confident he would do what he said. He provided regular updates with photos. My project started out as a power washing of the exterior of my home. I was so satisfied with that, I asked him to paint the exterior. I was so satisfied with that I asked him to do the interior. I was so satisfied with that I asked him to re-do the garage. Everything turned out perfect. Rob handled the small jobs and the big ones and each received quality treatment.- James G.

AAvalanche CleaningI arranged over through Angie's List and talked to Eric to have my carpets and ducts cleaned. I had to be out of town and was able to leave my keys with my neighbor. Avalanche was very flexible and accommodating. Avalanche did it all for a real good price. I know Stanley Steamer would have charged at least $100 more for the same work. They were booked out a few weeks so I had to wait to get the service done. I would definitely hire these guy again.- Stephen G.

AMr. Bill was extremely patient and professional. He was always on time, prompt with returning phone calls, and followed up regularly. The roof looks so beautiful, my neighbor hired him to do their roof as well. After the roof was complete, Mr. Bill continued to follow up with me to make sure everything was good to go, and even helped me get a new cap for my chimney (not included in the contract). Always respectful, clearly takes pride in his work.

AJohn and his crew painted the interior of our house. They provided top quality and were extremely professional. They are very responsive and patiently answered all of my questions before and throughout the process. I made a mistake with one of the paint color finishes and John immediately picked up on it and remedied the situation right away. I was thoroughly impressed. The painters arrived every morning at the same time and they cleaned up each evening before they left. They did an amazing job and were reasonably priced. We are very happy and satisfied with how everything tuned out. We will definitely engage them on all future projects. We highly recommend them for any painting job.

FEXTREMELY NOT PROFESSIONAL! I called this company to try and get a gift certificate for my wife as a Christmas present. The lady who I spoke with said that many people were doing this and that it was no problem, all they needed was me to send them an email with details such as what I wanted and how many square feet the house was. I quickly sent the email (within an hour) and waited for a response. I checked daily my spam and inbox for a week and received nothing. The following Monday I called the number back and went to voicemail. I called 4 times throughout the day and never got them to answer. I received a text from the number a bit later stating that they were in a bad service area how could they help. After a brief exchange I gave them MY email to send me quotes for both deep cleaning and just a cleaning. Again I waited as Christmas approaches and received nothing. I texted them back at 9 am on the 23rd of DEC stating that I still had not received any emails to which I got no answer all day. This company clearly does not want my business or need any new business. I highly suggest finding someone else to use and believe thoroughly that if they can’t manage to send out a quote in 3 weeks they should not be trusted in your home.
