    I can not believe the extremely terrible communication, terrible professionalism, and very unreliable time table. I regret choosing Amant Homes, I was out of my home for nearly a year and a half. He damaged my property and had the nerve to make me pay. I was told one thing and he did another. I foolishly believed the positive reviews on their site to my dismay. I would never ever work with them again. They did a sloppy job on my property and the owner had the nerve to state that he went out of good way to please me, when I was promised one thing and given another thing of lesser value. Please think twice before using this terrible company.

    I felt like I had a used car salesman in my home. I made an appointment for an estimate, didn't realize that I was signing up for a full-blown PowerPoint presentation which included being put on the spot with questions, I didn't sign up to get quizzed. He was more interested in finding out what it would take to close the deal today way before he even made it to discussing our needs, taking measurements and quoting prices. To begin with, the appointment was pushed back 1 hour and 20 minutes from the originally scheduled time because the salesman was delayed, we understood and agreed to the later time but he was 20 minutes late on top of that! It was raining and he didn't wipe his feet in my doormat so he trekked in water and dirt into my house. He had the nerve to call my children "little helions" when discussing the accidental breakage coverage that they offer. Who in their right mind expects to close a sale by insulting the customer's children?! Why would he assume that they are "helions" just because they are young boys when they were well behaved the entire time he was here! Meanwhile, he is sliding the window sample all over my dining room table, I was less interested in what he had to say and more worried about my table getting scratched! More than once I said "I signed up for an estimate, not a sales pitch" yet it took a while before we got to the prices, and once we did, he was quoting a door I didn't want because his prices had no breakdowns, I didn't find that out until the end of the conversation. From the very beginning, I said I was interested in 5 windows and 1 door. I stated that we were not looking at replacing our front door at this time because we won't qualify for an insurance discount anyway since we have skylights. Despite knowing that we weren't interested in a front door, he snuck that into the project anyway. Even after I told him to take out the door, he STILL included that in the project when he called the office to tell them what discount "we wanted". It felt too much like when I am haggling over a car and the salesman says "let me talk to my manager", I wasn't trying to haggle over windows, I was upfront that we were not planning on ordering today and just wanted to know what we needed to budget for. He quoted a monthly financing price without knowing what interest rate we would be approved for, he didn't admit that until I inquired about the interest rate, that felt too deceptive as I want details, breakdowns, disclaimers and fine print. In the end, I didn't get the written estimate I was expecting, all of the writing in the fancy looking booklet that he brought was for internal use only, I could "take a picture of the price". If he can't be bothered with writing an official estimate, even if he had to send it by email the next day, I am not interested. I apologized for wasting his time and while he was cordial in his speech, he had the nerve to slam my front door on his way out leaving us with a very unprofessional impression of this company.

    Be careful, and do not make the same mistake I did. I trusted and gave them money before fully vetting them. I only became suspicious when I learned they were contracting with me to perform work they were not licensed to do. This company is not licensed to perform any structural work such as door replacement, yet they advertise they do. They do not have a general contracting license, and cannot work beyond their scope of shower/mirror glass or window glass replacement. Upon this discovery, I did what I should have done in the first place. I will not link the total of 10 mugshots (5 separate mug shots for each Brandi and Casey) But you can easily google them yourself. There are multiple felony arrests in their name. The database search is free on the Palm Beach County webpage or mugshots.com. Litigation in my case is pending, and it remains to be seen if they refund our money. They have taken our money, reneged on our contract, and refused to return our outrageous deposit amount of $5,180. Proceed with caution. The crimes associated with these mug shots are as recent as 2016, and very serious drug offenses, commercial fraud, deadly weapon use, etc....     Excellent!!! Would 100% recommend IGA Construction!! It was more than a pleasure to work with this wonderfully talented hard working team!     Hi Neighbors, Just wanted to share my experience with Kamrell Window Company. We had hurricane windows and doors installed throughout our house and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We liked their salesman Kenny King from minute one, and it goes beyond the sales pitch. It was his personality, approach and ease in which he spoke to us regarding our decision that really put us at ease from day one. I felt compelled to share my experience now that the job/installation is done to commend the amazing team they have supporting their company. I could not just thank them, I had to tell you just how impressed we were with them. Being around them all week watching how well they work together and the pride they take in their craft was really impressive. They truly offer a service that nowadays is so hard to find. Their approach, professionalism, respect and pride quickly reassured us we made the ride choice. They came every day and worked hard, truly hard. Their lunch breaks were only long enough to swallow a sandwich. They worked like a well oiled machine, but somehow managed to balance their efficient install and also be personable with us. We didn't feel like were a job, we felt that our needs mattered. Every day before leaving they always made sure to mention anything you see that you are not happy with not to worry blue tape it and we will touch it up and true to their word they didn't leave until they themselves made sure it was just as such. Honestly we were sad to see them go, now seriously who says that??!! That was the experience we had and again that is so hard to find. If you are looking for window or door replacement we highly recommend Kamrell Window Company and would like to thank Kenny King and our wonderful installation crew for all their hard work.

    Great. The installers did a great job. They were neat, precise, competent and very pleasant to work with. They had previously installed all the impact windows in our home. I liked the company and owner so much that I had them install the exterior door and sidelite too. I highly recommend this company. The owner Dan Beckner assisted me all the way to ensure the job was completed by Christmas. You won���t go wrong by hiring this company for exterior windows and doors!

    I can only describe my experience with this company as an absolute nightmare. Installation was to take place within 2-3 months after my $15000.00 downpayment. It took more than 5 months. Installation was to take 1-2 days. It took 4 days and was left incomplete. More than seven months since making this $30000.00 purchase the job remains unfinished. No one ever shows up with the equipment or supplies needed to complete the job that day. Promises of a call to reschedule a return to fix or finish things never happen. Promises to replace a window damaged during install within days never happens. A good portion of the extensive damage done by installers is hidden or promises to fix the ones discovered go the way of all the other promises - nowhere. Calls to the company to ask when someone will be back to finish work always result in being dumped into voicemail with never - not once - a return call. This is the third home I have replaced all the windows in and I have never seen anything like this. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The sales pitch - a ridiculously high price followed by a ���negotiation��� (a blatant lie) by the sales rep with the office to lower the price to the most you would agree to pay should have been enough to make me never consider this company - sadly for me it wasn���t. Threats by the foreman when they initially showed up to either immediately pay the 50% balance or they would leave without installing the windows was another indication of what to expect going forward from this company. My recommendation to anyone considering doing business with this company is to: 1 Understand the initial quoted price is false (a scam) - ask for the best price only without regard to what you would be willing to pay or when you would sign a contract. Demand a quote that���s good for 30 days. 2 Insist that the contract (unsigned by you) be left with you to read over before making a decision. Read it and pay attention to the fine print. Understand that ���promises��� made by the sales rep which are not written in the contract are not going to happen. Insist that any promises made by the sales rep be written in the contract. Modify the agreement to final payment to be made upon ���completion��� not commencement of work as is in the contract. Demand that a significant portion of the payment can be withheld until the work is completed to your satisfaction. 3 Insist in writing a reduction in price if work is not completed in what you consider a reasonable maximum timeframe. 4 Understand that the same windows and doors from the same manufacturers can be purchased from many other vendors - including Lowes. 5 Absolutely get quotes from other companies - even for the same products if you prefer. 6 Never rely on ratings alone, no matter how good they appear to be, to choose a company. What still remains unfinished (just the major things) after more than seven months on my $30000.00 job (after having to make extensive repairs and cleanup to interior and exterior walls and concrete deck myself) is: 1-Damaged window sash which was promised in October to be replaced within 10 days - has yet to be replaced 2-Inside trim on front door promised to be done immediately after city inspection (Nov 7) - undone 3-Inside trim on kitchen window - promised to be done immediately after city inspection (Nov 7) - undone 4-5-Outside trim in kitchen window - promised to be done immediately after city inspection (Nov 7) - undone 6-Holes in patio doors which require plastic caps - promised to be done immediately after city inspection (Nov 7) - undone 7-Damaged exterior shutter on front window was hidden - needs replaced Calls and emails to Paradise Exteriors still result in no response. This isn���t poor customer service - this is no customer service at all.

    First of all they built our original screen room in 1994. Excellent job. it lasted 23 years. We had hurricane damage to the screen room so our insurance is going to replace it. They already had the job. All they had to do was show up and give me an estimate for my claim. I called Jensen Beach Aluminum and set up an estimate with John. He said it would be about two weeks so it was a go on Nov.17,2017. I arranged to take off work that day so I could be here at 9:00 a.m.. Well the 17th rolled around and I was walking my dogs when he called at 8:30 a.m.. I do not carry my phone around so by the time I noticed he had called and he did not show up yet it was ten after nine. I called JBA and talked to Jason. He assured me John would call back soon. I waited until ten after ten and called back. I spoke to the receptionist (she sounded like I was interrupting her coffee break ) and put me on hold then I was cut off. So I called back. This time I was put through to John. By this time it was getting to be 10:30 and he stated I always call before I go on an estimate to make sure the people are home. I told him I was walking my dogs and did not notice he had called until a little after nine and I immediately called JBA and spoke to Jason.( who assured me john would call back) I stated that he should make his confirmation call the night before to give people a little time to respond. At this point his tone changed and he started to sound bothered and said there was nothing he could do and that I would have to reschedule( because he had another estimate to do). Now I do not know about you but my time is very valuable to me. ( I could have been working ,all overtime hours too.) I then asked if this is how he did business and he hit the roof. I then stated that I would get someone else and hung up on him. What got me upset was his lackluster tone for the loss of my valuable time. He just didn't care. One of my neighbors had stated to me that the company was sold awhile ago. I do not know if that is true but it would certainly explain the experience I had after all these years. The old JBA would have never let this happen or been so careless in their customer service, especially to a repeat customer.

    I had several items in which I needed help with. Advanced Hurricane Protection was able to take care of all of my requests. It was nice to be able to deal with one company for everything from patio screen, to window repair & shutters, to installing engineered flooring they were easy to work with every step of the way.

    I couldn���t be happier with the care and service that I received from Advanced Hurricane Protection. The accordion shutters that they installed made my hurricane preparations this year seamless. I was able to close all of my shutters myself within 15 minutes. This used to take me hours with help! They have also replaced several of my windows and doors, including my garage door. They are professional, efficient, and fairly priced.
