Excellent, work was done beyond expectations. He was not the lowest bid received, however was very impressed with Matt Reeds explanation with how work would be done and time of completion. Definitely would rehire for next project!

    Amant Homes of Florida, Inc
I can not believe the extremely terrible communication, terrible professionalism, and very unreliable time table. I regret choosing Amant Homes, I was out of my home for nearly a year and a half. He damaged my property and had the nerve to make me pay. I was told one thing and he did another. I foolishly believed the positive reviews on their site to my dismay. I would never ever work with them again. They did a sloppy job on my property and the owner had the nerve to state that he went out of good way to please me, when I was promised one thing and given another thing of lesser value. Please think twice before using this terrible company.

Cary did our porch enclosure when we bought our house. He was punctual and professional and didnt an excellent job. We have since referred him to work with friends of ours and they have been just as pleased. We would definitely hire Cary again!

I was sceptical about the cost of the work however friends informed me that it was a very competitive price. The men were professional and personal. The work exceeded my expectations and I expect a lot for hard earned money.

Fast and efficient Chris fit our job right into his schedule so the danger of the old water logged roof was dealt with quickly and the new roof and other projects were finished the same week. His assistant missed a spot or two when caulking the new roof but Chris responded quickly and made the repair a top priority.

From A to Z, this went perfectly. I called for an estimate and set up an appointment. The owner came out and addressed all my questions, took measurements and provided a very reasonable estimate. I was told that the turn around from signing the contract to installation would be about 3 weeks due to their current workload. It took me about a month to decide, but when I finally reached out the the office and signed the paperwork and paid the deposit, I had my new screening in just under 3 weeks. I could not be happier with this entire process. The owner, the office manager, and the two installers were each professional, friendly, and efficient. The installation appointment was set for a Monday between 9 and 10. They showed up promptly at 9AM and worked for almost 12 hours straight and the job they did was flawless. They also somehow managed to thoroughly clean up in the dark and finish the day in good humor. I also want to note that they redid the entire screening on the back patio (including the doors) with the strongest "animal proof" screen, which so far has stood up to clawing and probing by my cats and dogs. They also redid a small screened enclosure and door in the front of the house.

The written estimate given was arbitrary. There was no justification for the estimate cost to re-screen the Pool Enclosure. Although, I was verbally told by the owner that the cost for labor and materials would be $1.25 per sq. ft. However, the person doing the onsite estimate never put into writing the calculated sq.footage for the job and the calculations showing the actual cost based upon the sq. footage. Senior Citizens beware this outfit is apparently insensitive to the needs and feels of senior consumers and are out to get your retirement money. . . . I'm just saying.

We had our initial installation of a screened area on our back porch that leads out to our pool and our front entry to our home. The doors on the back patio were broken and inoperable within weeks. They came back and told us they needed to be greased. After a few days they were in the same condition but also the part that eases the door closed was also broken. After three visits we asked them to upgrade the doors (2) at a cost of an additional $1,100 to us. We waited another three weeks for the team to show up today and ruin some of the other parts of the back porch, including the fact that the replacement doors were ordered wrong. They had a bad day we were told. They dumped parts into our 6 lb dogs pen that is adjacent to the work area and we were told that the metal shards, rubber silicone and screw were not something that would harm our dogs. That is absurd. Metal shards left all over the interior of our patio and on the outside of the room where we walk to go into our pool. One excuse after another for the horrible experience we had today. We still don't have functioning doors, requested another team to make this right and when "Rob" gave us a hard time my husband said", we will take you to court to finish this job correctly and Rob's response was--you don't have a contract. Is this who you want to do business with?

    Alliance Group
Alliance Group was referred to me by neighbors who has their roof replaced by them last year. They got someone out to my house the next morning, I got the quote the following day. After a few emails with the rep, I got my long list of questions answered. Work started the following week and took about 2 and half days. The guys cleaned up after themselves well, which was a concern because of experiences with crews I've hired in the past. I'd say overall, the process went smoothly and I'd hire them again.
