Very well, they came when they said they would, competed the work in 2 work days, cleaned up and checked for nails and debris at the end of each day. All in all I am very pleased with the job they did.

I love my new metal roof! Capps Roofing did a fantastic job. From start to finish everything went as expected. Everyone that I dealt with, from the owner, Blake Capps, the sales rep/estimator, Woody, and all the crew members and carpenters, was a pleasure to work with. My job was completed in 3 days as promised (and it was a huge amount of work). The price I was quoted was the price I paid. I highly recommend Capps Roofing to anyone in need of a new roof. They are a superb company and their work is top quality. You will be so happy that you called the BEST!

Caleb came to our home promptly when he said he would be there. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and how he would do it. He made suggestions on size to get optimum light in a very dark kitchen. His suggestion was right on.....we opted to go with the 14 inch tube for maximum light. The difference in price was only $100.00, but the natural light in the kitchen was well worth the extra money.  We could not be happier with our result. We have 16 recessed lights in my dark kitchen, that we used every day just to enter it to clean, cook, etc. Since the tube was installed, We only turn them on when the sun goes down at night. Our savings on lightbulbs alone was worth it. There is no additional heat that comes through the tubelight compared to a regular skylight, just the additional natural light.  Caleb told us he would be done in two hours and he was done in two hours. I can't recommend this company and Caleb highly enough. Our overall experience was fantastic! The added bonus is that that we just went through 3 days of the worst rain in our area of the Treasure Coast, Florida,  and we did not have one leak. All I can say is Great Company & Staff!!!!!

What a pleasure working with a professional organization that takes pride in its work and wants to ensure customer satisfaction. Out of the several quotes I received for the re-roof, Capps was not the cheapest, but I felt I could trust them to do an excellent job and I was not disappointed. From beginning to end the process was smooth, communication was excellent, and the job met my expectations. They arrived on time, there was a supervisor on site most days, and they took great care to protect the plants and shrubs around the exterior of the house as well as clean up each day. Blake, the company owner, was in phone contact almost daily making sure I was satisfied with the work that was being done.
The first day they arrived they covered the plants and shrubs as they began ripping off the existing tile roof. Plywood was placed on the driveway and over windows to avoid damage. They replaced a couple rotted fascia boards, reinforced the soffit in a few places and replaced the aluminum overwrap on two sections of the fascia. The tile was delivered late on a Friday afternoon and they were back early Saturday morning to get it up on the roof deck. The crew that did the work were tireless working some days until almost dark to keep the job on schedule. There was some minor damage to the interior of one of my skylight wells from where the skylight had been removed and put back and they took care of the repair. Capps also took care of replacing the gutters once the roof was complete. It's great to know up front the total cost of the re-roof. (One of the things that added to the price was the brand of concrete
tile required by my HOA - they require Eagle tile instead of Integra tile which I understand is more commonly used). There are no surprises at the end of the job. Capps' price is all-inclusive.

We live in Boynton Beach but have a property in Fort Pierce we are trying to get on the market and learned we had a small leak due to a skylight. We were referred to All Area Roofing by my husband s father since we knew no one in the area. They worked with our schedule to come on a Saturday while we were working on the house. They finished in a timely manner and were very polite and professional. The cost was very reasonable, especially since we are selling the home. If you live in the area and are looking for good quality work you can trust, I recommend giving them a call and let them do a great job for you as they did for us.

Surprisingly prompt. A visit had been scheduled for the following day but one technician found himself in the area on another job and took the opportunity to come by saw the problem and fixed it in minutes.

Gary is a true professional. Quoted me a price after a home inspection. At first I thought it was kinda pricey, so I got a second quote which was a couple hundred dollars cheaper. The problem with the lower quote, the installer never came to my home to inspect my roof.  On that note I gave Gary the go ahead. On the day of service before he rang the doorbell, he was all setup  to go in my driveway. My situation was a little difficult do to the pitch of the roof, a 10 ft. attic, and a concrete barrel tile roof .He conquered all the hurdles.  His workmanship was excellent!
All and all, it took about 5 hours from start to finish on a very hot and humid day ! There was not a speck of dust left in my home when he was finished.
Craftsman of this caliber  is a rare in this day and age. A perfect gentleman I might add ........................

the quote (final price $1200.00) roof repair/skylight replacement process was quick, efficient.  We requested and received a quote for additional lumber and plywood if it was needed further than the original area quoted.  Shingles were not part of the quote as we mistakenly thought shingles in storage were appropriate. Manuel and his brother were pleasant, hard workers.  The aforementioned incorrect shingles were purchased by them (the new ones were almost a perfect match considering the roof is 5 yrs old) and installed within 1/2 hour of purchase from local supplier!  After the roofing repair/installation was complete, Manuel checked the interior ceiling around the skylight and the wall surrounding the slider as he saw extensive interior ceiling/wall damage when the roof was open.  He said that Panda Roofing could accomplish interior repair work as well.  He explained how far back the wallboard needed to be opened to view the underlying beam and support damage.
"Brad" of Panda Roofing gave us a reasonable quote of $2135 to repair the interior area referred to by Manuel.  The work commenced on the day of the quote.  Brad replaced all rotting plywood (There was also extensive termite damage which was remediated before roofing work began), replaced structural beams over the slider (providing proper bracing for the ceiling while the beams were removed), reinstalled the slider, replaced wet insulation and replaced, taped, mudded all new dry wall.
Important to us, every day the work area was protected and  debris was thoroughly swept up and hauled away!
