I don't recommend this company! Go somewhere else!!!!! They sent the pumping truck early the next day. When I saw it I meet the person on my driveway and asked him if he could check my problem with any type of tools and he said no that it was just a visual. So I called the company again and told the person who was the same person I spoke the day before that this is not the service I requested because I needed a technician who could inspect and fix the problem of my pump. And then the person on the phone said that this was the correct service and that he had sent the person to inspect my sewer so I had to pay him the $210 anyways. I told him I will pay for the correct service we agreed upon but he insisted it was the one he sent. So I told the driver that I didn't need a visual inspection so I told the person to go and he did but the next thing I know is that one of the owners of the company shows up in my house with a police officer because I owned him money. I explained the situation to the officer and then paid the $210. The funny thing is that this company installed the sewer with pipe and tank 3 years ago but I'm the new owner and they said they didn't have any records of it.

Badly , Worker came out dug up lawn then left on Thursday 9/21/2017 . Said he would be back Friday AM. Came back continued to look for cover , BROKE the cover to tank.Emptied tank, I think , my sister had to tell the worker to move the hose around . Put a flower pot and plastic over the hole , threw the dirt over hole. Would not answer my sister what he was doing. I have left messages daily for company to fix, Was told on a number of days , someone would be out to fix . Today is 10/3/17 and still NO response form this company. Might have to hire a lawyer

Rich the owner is an outstanding human being. I called Moon Septic in desperation after another plumbing company attempted to fix my drain field and performed bad work. The septic system quit and I was already 7k in the hole with this plumbing company. Rich coached me on how to work with this company to get my money back and Moon Septic provided outstanding service to correctly fix my drain field. I highly recommend.

    Gibson Septic Tank Service
Much to our delight, once the project was well on its way, they determined that we would not need the lift station, thus saving us quite a bit of money! We were so pleased with the final product! Everything was handled efficiently and all steps of this project was communicated to us clearly. Not only did we finish this job under bid, we finished several weeks sooner than expected. We won't hesitate to call them for anything regarding our septic system.

    Crews Septic Solutions
The crew was very professional and prompt and successfully completed the pump out. Additionally, our drain field was inspected and everything was explained in detail what would be required when we decide to have it replaced. We are extremely pleased with everyone from Crews Septic and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Came when expected. Did the job quickly and thoroughly. Cost was exactly as quoted, which was the going rate I learned when calling around earlier. They did the job exactly as they said they would and right on time. Could not ask for more.

I called A1 Gators, they came out early and the guy pryed open the septic cover and showed me that the tank has been closed off and my entire house is on County sewer system. He told me what I had to do to close it up. He called the office and then he told me there was no charge!! I was waiting for at least a $75 service charge just for coming out. If I ever need septic work done, I will not call anyone other than A1 Gators. The service worker was very friendly and knowledgeable.

    Next Plumbing
First, this is the most professional company I have ever dealt with from the moment they answer the phone to the finish product. Everyone I met at Next plumbing was polite and courteous. I felt I could trust them from the moment they arrived. The company sent a photo and bio of the plumber that would be arriving, The plumber arrived wearing a name tag with photo ID. Before he entered my home he put on shoe booties and greeted me with a smile and his business card. I gave him the details of my problem and he assured me that the work will be done professionally and quickly. The plumber went to work on the drain clog, when he was finished he used a video camera and ran the camera in the sewer (was amazing) He showed me where the clog was and what had caused it (user error lol) when he finished this work he repaired several leaks throughout my home and installed my new kitchen faucet. When he was done he walked me through everything he finished and showed me the end results. Everything was spotless, he even re-organized under my kitchen sink (it needed it) I can not recommend this company enough they are truly amazing.

Horrible. When I phoned this individual he asked how many bedrooms I had in my home. I replied 4. He asked my address and I told him. He quoted me $275 for the complete service. It was only $25 I paid to do the job from a rival a few years back so I said we had a deal and he stated he would come out Monday at 8AM. Monday at 8am no show. 9am no show. 10 o'clock I called him and he said he was sorry and he was on a job last minute in San Carlos and he had the wrong number. I said no problem and I would still be waiting.
James Jackson (owner) showed up at 1045. He seemed ok and stated to walk off my tank perimeter. He said the tank may be larger than he thought but never said there would be a higher price or made any reference to extra fees. He did all the work and suctioned the tanks. While the tank lids were still off the holes, he walked to his truck and made a call to the city to get the tank size that was on their docs. I heard the lady say it was 1500 gallons. James continued to sit in his truck as I was raking the yard. 10 minutes later he walked over to me with a bill for 375.00. That was 100 more than agreed. I said hey wait a minute you mean to tell me that you waited until the job was done to give me the news about this $100 up charge? He said that was a fair price. I absolutely was appalled that he would wait until that point to give me the news. I told him the right and professional thing to do was not start any work until we agreed on a price. I was still under the impression the price I was quoted was going to be honored.
His tone turned aggressive and defensive stating that apparently I was trying to "STEAL SERVICES FEES FROM HIM". I laughed and said it was exactly the opposite and he was trying to steal from his customer. He threatened me that he was going to re-attach his hoses and DUMP 500 gallons of feces and urine back into my tanks if I didn't meet his NEW Price. I told him that I was opposed to giving him 1 dime, BUT, in an effort to avoid a confrontation and get him off my property that I would meet him half way and give him an additional $50. He declined the offer twice and started pulling the hoses off his truck and laying them back on my lawn. I was furious. I am a pretty large fella and I was not going to let him pump waste back into my tanks. I stated to pull the hoses off my lawn. I also sprinted to my phone and dialed 911. I was able to battle him and not allow the hoses into the tank. I could have really hurt him but I was trying to hold off for the police. When they arrived they asked me what happened. I told them what had transpired and the officer then walked over to get his story. He said it was basically a civil matter but in order to keep peace he would stay until he left the property. I told him that I offered him an extra $50 and he declined. The officer asked him one more time to accept the payment and move on and this time he chose to accept the money. I was furious but at this point I figured it was the best thing to do. He finished the job and placed the caps on the well and returned the grass while the NOW 2 police Officers waited for him to complete the task. They actually advised him to stay away from my property and forget  the address. He clearly told him my desire that he never return to my property or I will defend my property and my family as aggressive as I need. They did convey that to him until he said he understood clearly what that were saying to him.
This idiot has probably JACKED customers like this for years. Well today he ran into the wrong customer. Stand up for yourselves people and deal with the larger more reputable contractors.

Last Sunday my septic overflowed. I called A1 gator who charged me $400 to come out as an ER service. Here I am, not even a week later and these people will not warrantee their service and come out until Monday. Unless I'm willing to pay another $400. Horrible!!! Do not use.
