Over that time, I���ve hired Apex Property Restoration for larger projects like kitchen and bathroom renovations, exterior or interior repainting, cabinet installation, etc. And also a number of smaller things like appliance installation, baseboard installation, pressure washing, some carpentry work, screening, installation of fixtures/fans, painting, and a number of other miscellaneous repairs. I have been extremely satisfied with the results and I can recommend them wholeheartedly. Jon Bucci listens carefully to his clients, and customer satisfaction and quality of workmanship are extremely important to him. He wants the customer to be happy and works very hard to make that happen. If you're looking for a company to assist you, these are the folks to hire.

    Total rip off, thieves. I booked the deal on 11/06. I was told it would be. 4-6 weeks for install, I agreed. Two months later, having not heard from them I called. Had to leave a message. I did get a call back and was told my install would be on 01/02/19 at 10am. I was told by Scott, person who came to my door that I would be debited for 10% of the bill that day. The cost for the gutters was $721. They should have taken $71 but instead they took $217. On 01/02 I called at 11am because no one showed up. Left a message, they never answer the phone. Call back said they were finishing up on a prior job an would be here right after lunch...no one ever called me. So after 7 hours I called, lest VM asking for the return of my $217.00. Needless to say, I have never received my refund I will be filing a small claim action and also asking for assistance from the office Senior Services. I will not allow this company to take advantage of me just because I���m a senior citizen. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

    Excellent! Great quality and workmanship. Not your average gutters. The product is seamless and larger than most. They did the works, new downspouts, splashguards, etc. a much needed improvement and looks great!

    Estimator arrived within a day. (Most of the competitors were 4-7 weeks behind because of hurricane). She gave me a written estimate. After approval from our Arch. Review Board, I called and set up an appointment. The workers arrived timely-worked dillegently and were finished within hours. After the installers left, I discovered they had installed a downspout directly over an irrigation sprinkler head. Since I was having the sprinklers serviced, anyway, I will have that tyaken care of by the irrigation specialist. Otherwise, they would be required to relocate the downspout and replace a section of gutter.

    Installation was fast and on time and price was right except that the pitch was opposite to down spout. Therefore the gutter first has to fill up a quarter of the way before draining to down spout. This causes problems of debris and black mould/dirt build up. I have been calling since day three after installation and these guys say they will schedule a day to come out and fix but never have gotten back to me. It now has been 3 months. Many calls later and no one has been here to repitch my gutters. Very unsatisfied customer they have here. They offer one yr warranty but are terrible on customer service. I do not recommend their services. If you do have them install do not pay in full untill you have verified the pitch on your gutter by using a hose l, pour water and see how your gutter is pitched.

    My house had minor damage from hurricane Irma, and in order to get one piece of damaged soffit replaced, I decided to go ahead and replace all of my gutter and downspouts at the same time. I was out of state and had to work with Scott Grafton via phone and email. He was so great to work with. He was able to send a blueprint that showed the gutter work they would do. I had a couple of places where I wanted gutter added and Scott had it all included in the estimate he sent me. I had a couple of questions and he responded immediately with answers. I thought the estimate was very reasonable under the circumstances. Scott let me know that it might be several weeks before they could schedule my work. However, he called me a within a couple weeks to say the had a small opening and could do my work then. I was so pleased to be able to handle the work over the phone. When I returned home, I found that everything was done exactly as I requested and the new gutters look beautiful.

    It went pretty well. As a word of caution, take down any items on the wall, or any items anywhere that may fall to the floor. We had a few minor items broken from the roofing crew throwing shingle bundles down on the roof and over aggressive hammering of nails. We found some nails around the property and in the street after they finished the project Office/Administrative personal are not as quick to respond as they could be. This was just after Hurricane Irma, but isn't this the time they should be the most responsive? Even if they have to take on temp personal?
