AMaidPro Southwest FloridaAt first, not so great, we had someone who came out and didn't really give us the results described and agreed upon so, I called the office asking if this was going to be the results expected moving forward...they were extremely apologetic, and immediately scheduled us for a "re-clean". The next day, Eliani came and did a PHENOMENAL job! She listed to what was needed, and executed to perfection! AThe Sarasota Marble crew did the work while we were away and upon our return we were absolutely delighted with the results on our marble floors and counters. They also moved and replaced our furniture in the same locations and left our home spotless. We had the same work done by another company 4 yeas ago which was more expensive and poorer quality. FIt did not. Scheduled for a Friday at 8 AM, and we got a text at 7 AM stating that the cleaning person was not going to show up and that they were unable to find a replacement. They then went ahead and rescheduled for Sunday morning without inquiring whether or not this was convenient. I canceled. We scheduled the cleaning as we were having a party Friday night and wanted the place looking its best. Of course, after calling 16 places on Angie's list on a Friday for a Friday, cleaning was not possible. Not under any circumstances would I hire Handy for any task. The only way to communicate with Handy is through email. Therefore, I did not even have the satisfaction of working something else out or having Handy refer me to another company that could help out. Nobody needs that kind of frustration at 7 AM on any day. F across the Board.

The technicians did an outstanding and careful job and the couches and chairs look clean and new again! Very polite and efficient and clearly know fabrics and their business.
